Powers Professional Lawn & Landscaping

On 5/20 we paid him $70 for a month of mowing and trimming, which was $10 more than he asked for and slightly more than the the two other quotes for lawn care we received. On 5/31, we paid him $190 in advance to rent a bush hog and do some cleanup work in the back. He had excuses for why he couldn't do the job the first 10 days but after that he wouldn't return our calls. He finally sent a friend of his on June 17th to mow our lawn, which was so tall in back that the friend had to go over it three times to get it mowed. Mr. Powers has plenty of excuses but is unreliable, undependable, and unprofessional. He's friendly and personable but I guess you can say he is a thief, since he has absconded with the $190 and won't call us back. Please, do yourself a favor and find someone who will actually do the work and show up when they say they will. Our neighbors don't have such problems with their lawn people and they pay less than we do.

He comes out weekly to mow my lawn. I spend $130 a month on the job. He is a nice kid. He speaks English and I can communicate with him. He does call and lets me know about what is going on. I like that I can communicate with him and ask him to do extra work. He does a decent job. He shows up on time. If there is a problem, he lets me know. The price is decent. I think it is the going price in my area. He is a young guy, who is trying to build up his business. He is honest and reliable. I have had some issues, which were not his fault. He is not qualified to do chemicals. So, he is trying to work with the company that does. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Everything has been very good. He has his own business and he is a young guy. He is really hands-on and is very dedicated. He is professional and delightful to work with and to speak with. He is knowledgeable about lawns and landscaping. He really cares for your lawn and takes a personal approach with all of his clients. He seems to truly care about your lawn and about all of his customers. He is such a nice young man and I couldn?t be happier with him. He is here at every job and does wonderful work.
