Excellent! John was very professional and helpful in the size required for the liner. After job was complete he followed up to see how the pool was. Not only would I hire him again, we would recommend him to our best friend. Previous install was the wrong size which caused it to fail after 3 years.

John and his two workers showed up not only on time however used every minute accordingly. They performed in a professional manner. I was pleasantly surprise to come home to a beautiful backyard with no messes or garbage to pick up as well. This company is highly recommended by me and my family. John not only has made my life easier and put my family at ease with this nightmare however I will forever be thankful for his hard work and sincere heart.

John promptly replied to our request for an estimate and was even familiar with our pool, as he had done work on the pool for the prior homeowner. He was extremely knowledgeable and incorporated our request for new steps and a swim out area into a great design which really updated and enhanced the pool. He kept us up to date on the progress of the work and was always available to answer any questions. The workers who installed the new liner, steps and swim out area were very prompt and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the work performed and will definitely contact John for any future pool projects.

From start to finish John has made a mess of this project. Everything has been done improperly. He always sends his worker and never comes to inspect or repair things himself. The floor under the pool liner was not prepared properly to support the stairs or sloped properly (according to two other separate companies). The pool liner company requested that he come back out and measure again, but he didn't even send his worker to do that. Other issues including where the worker put his foot through sand in the side were never repaired, even thought I have a 3 year workmanship warranty. I'm always having to pay more to fix things that weren't done properly from the beginning. He installed LED lights that were supposed to last 20 years. One went out after 2 years, even thought I barely use it. I had to hassle with the light company myself to get it replaced, only to learn that he actually installed a cheaper light than was written into my contract. Now the lights don't match or sync. He responded by saying that I now have a new light and only have to buy one other new one, even thought I already paid him for the lights that were more expensive than the lights he actually installed.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, John was on time and very professional. The estimate was affordable and fair. He is a great man to do business with Everything went just as he said it would and my new pool liner looks absolutely beautiful. Cody and Tony were hard workers, pleasant and respectful of our needs. They arrived when they said and went right to work. They did not have any problem with us watching, I didn't want to make them feel uncomfortable, but I was in awe with how quickly the job was accomplished. The liner is beautiful and is perfect, no wrinkles and the stairs fit like a glove. I would hire John and his crew again in a heart beat. I recommend them highly. We needed a vinyl liner replaced in our pool. We originally found someone who advertised on Craigslist as being a “Vinyl Liner Specialist.” It turned out that he had never done a vinyl liner replacement and had no idea what he was doing. He hooked up a hose to empty our pool, tore out most of the liner, then took off for three days. In the meantime, our side walls buckled, popped, and cracked. After two weeks of this nonsense I called John at Paradise Palm Pools. I found out that John is one of only two companies in the Tampa Bay area that does know how to properly change a vinyl liner, and he has been around long enough to prove it; his positive reviews are everywhere. I wish we would have just called him first instead of worrying about price. You do get what you pay for. John’s price was only about 1% more than the idiot from Craigslist. Lesson learned! John came out right away and assessed the situation. He explained to me what the other guy did wrong and how he would make it right. He stayed in contact with phone calls and text messages throughout the entire process. He followed up with a phone call when the job was complete to make sure I was confident and happy with the job his guys did. I cannot begin to express how glad I am that I found John when I did. His knowledge is incredible; his personality and business sense are fantastic; and he’s so down to earth. He really took the time to put my mind at ease. If you need a vinyl liner replacement, PLEASE call this guy!!!

Our pool was originally installed in 1972 and measures 16 x 32 and is about 71/2 on the deep end and about 3 feet deep on the shallow end. This is our 4th liner since the original installation. We have always been pleased with the vinyl liner as compared to what else is offered on the market. John came by and gave us a quote of $2800. We put $1400 on our credit card and he ordered the liner. He received it about 3 weeks later, advised us it was in, we set a date for installation. He told us it would be complete within 2 days and it was. We provided him with a $1400 check for the balance we owed. We were very pleased with his professionalism. We were leaving town right after the installation and made arrangements with him to monitor the pool while we were out of the country for 3 1/2 weeks. Normally he does not do this but made an exception in our case. We supplied all the cleaning equipment.

I will be using him again for some smaller projects in the near future for my pool areas. It was so nice that some pool services that I had come out for estimates asked for his information for references.

Paradise Palm Pools Inc. are good. We had other work done by them. They're very quick to respond to requests. They're also very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

John did an excellent job installing the new liner. He also came back to check the pool and fix a small issue. He was very professional and I am pleased to recommend him.

We have a serious problem with an older concrete pool near the water. It has leaked sea water into the pool for some time. We hired a contractor (name witheld) who hired John as a sub contractor to install a vinyl liner. Problem was not solved since water still comes in between the liner and the old pool. I emphasize that this was not, in any way John's fault. He has tried to help beyond his contract, the name witheld contractor washed his hands of the problem--John did not and continues to help where he can.. He is one of the most professional and conscientious men I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We are probably going to build a new pool, concrete is necessary, but if John could do the project, I would not hesitate to give him the job.

John Skopos (owner and installer) was very professional in his salemanship and in his workmanship. We had several estimates and Paradise Pools came in as the most reasonable ( not the lowest but not the most expensive) estimate. The selling point for us was the 2 year written warranty on "all work" that Paradise pools performed along with the standard 20 year warranty on the liner. Other companies only offered a liner installation warranty of 30 days. The process started on Sept 8th 2010 with the measuring and ordering of the liner and the job was completely done with water in the pool on Sept 20th. We would highly recommend Paradise Pools and will use them in the future.

They did an excellent job. There were some issues with it even after I fully paid him and he came back to fix what needed to be fixed. He was punctual and followed up. When I had other issues he gave me references on people that could call me.

The Pool in my mom's backyard sprung a leak. It was at the point that it was too corroded and to costly to fix, so we decide to just replace it. We called several places, but because we had an above ground pool dug in, most were kits and do it your selfs. "Not Gonna Happen" So we found John researched, and called him. He came in and showed us he would replace our pool, with his type of pool. He was very thorough, He did all the work himself, with only 2 other people. He made sure the specs were what we wanted before everthing became permanent before we decide to change anything. It turned out great!
