+ -1 moreI think the entire experience has been awesome! After 1 call all my computers working w/in about a week! That included an HP Laptop that hadn't been turned on in 6 mos. I believe that the service that I received was superb! The owners, are extremely knowlegeable & professional. I felt that they spoke to me in a language I could completely comprehend as a non-technical person! All of our computers are running really well and I feel confident that with the routine monthly remote maintenance the life of these computers will be extended greatly. 3 of my computers are used by my daughters ages,11,12 & 13. Often without even knowing they download things that cause problems with their computers. I am pleased to know that I don't have to do anything or go anywhere and the remote access that My Online Geeks has can resolve the small issues before they become big problems! I needed extra help learning Dreamweaver and Anthony did a remote class on the phone that more than exceeded my expectations
Description of Work: I have, in total, 5 laptop computers. For a flat fee, they repaired a computer that was not working at all and discovered that the problem was not as complex as we thought. Next I had my 3 daughters laptops upgraded and tuned up. Last, I had my computer remotely accessed and cleaned to optimize its performance. In addition to the flat service fee, I paid for the parts. I also had a one hour tutorial on Dreamweaver and set up all the computers to be accessed remotely on a regular/as needed basis to keep them running well.
