This is the first time we have ever had a project like this done. We are so thankful we received a quote from Rob with Mr. Handyman. From the very first phone call to the office, everyone was very helpful and understanding of our lack of knowledge to handle a project of this size. Rob explained every detail to us and continuously inspected the job to insure we were satisfied. Chris was the main technician on the job and kept us informed of every phase to ensure his work was being performed as we envisioned. They were on time every day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Between Rob, Tony, Chris, Viktor and Candon, someone was working every day until completion. Towards the end of the project, Rob would come in and tag anything he was not completely satisfied with. He noticed small, detailed items that we would have been good with. I’ve had Candon come do work three times now. He’s super friendly, diligent and stays on task. He also takes the time to explain how he is going to fix everything. I’ve already spoken with him about coming back to do more work.

Excellent. They had a cancellation and was able to do the work a week earlier than scheduled. Tony was prompt and did a great job. Clean up was excellent too. After the work was done you couldn’t tell he had been there.

Overall an excellent job - building the new TREX stairs was a bit trickier than I realized it would be due to slight slope they had to be built on. Tony addressed the slope issue really well and was very creative with finishing of TREX edges - he worked through a very rainy day to finish the project. I'm very happy with how the new stairs look, and plan to work with the company for some interior projects.

Arrived on time. Courteous and friendly. Job was handled in a workmanlike manner. Good carpentry with complex geometry. Some increase in cost due to revealed scope of work and materials costs not under their control, but I was treated fairly.

After calling several companies, Mr Handyman was the only company that didn't give me a bunch of excuses and they took on the job. My dryer duct was never properly attached in wall and had to be properly attached by cutting a hole in wall to get access. Tony did a fantastic job and was a super nice guy!

It was an excellent experience. A representative from Mr. Handyman promptly responded to my online inquiry. Made an appointment for an estimator to review the project, after which he sent me a quote for the job. The price was reasonable, given the complexity of the job. I appreciated getting a text with a photo of the handyman who was going to do my job. The handyman, Chris, did an outstanding job. He was prompt, professional and polite. And the best was the job took less time than anticipated, so the final cost was less than expected. I would highly recommend using Mr. Handyman for any home repair or renovation projects.

Jeff did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He finished the work we lined up and then we planned some future work that is carpentry repair and remodel. I’ve scheduled Jeff to return for 5 more days. I’m confident the work will be done correctly.

Tony was great! He was on time, professional, and friendly. His work was phenomenal. After a need to relocate the garage attic opening and install pull down steps, I was apprehensive that the ceiling would match when the old hole was dry walled. But it looks fantastic... much better than I thought!!! First time I used them and would do so again. Keep in mind that I purchased the steps, plus some supplies beforehand. Tony needed to get some materials that I failed to get so that added to his time. They warned me of this extra cost, so this is not a complaint. Just want you to know that I would suggest getting everything possible and take back what they don’t need. I could have saved $100-200 if I bought everything first. So I estimating this would be $600 for the labor (my total was $800)... still a great deal.

Perfectly. They were able to do my repair within 48 hours of calling. They kept me informed when serviceman was in route. No problems doing the repair. Serviceman was very nice.
