Lowe's

Today, 2/27/17, I needed 1 X 4" wood to install a door at one of my properties. I stoped at Lowe's and was told by an employee that the product I needed was on aisle 16 which it was not. I asked him to page help for me two times and no one came to help. I asked to speak to the manager of the store and a lady named Amy finally came and said she was the assistant manager. I told her of the lousy experience I have had since November. I told her that employees did not even know where the products are located, that employees did not come when paged to help a customer, that her store did not carry many basic items on their shelves, that I had to constantly leave her store to shop at Home Depot because they do not have the products on their shelves, etc. I do not understand how a store which appears to be so poorly run and managed can continue to represent the Lowe's family of Home Improvement Stores.
