LANDMARK NURSERY

Not at all well. Definitely would not use again or recommend them. Large palm tree (that they agreed later should have been staked) was just left moving around in the soil after they had planted it, even though we paid $100 for them to plant it. I had to to go to Home Depot to buy the materials and stake it myself. They took away all my topsoil and I had to go to Home Depot to buy some more topsoil to put round the trees. They said they would return our topsoil but 6 weeks later - no sign of it or contact from them. They also moaned & complained all the time they were digging, although this was what we had paid them to do. We spent $1,110.00 on this "service".

I am very pleased with the communication, the landscape design, and the work that Landmark did. The project manager, Charlie Boykin, understands the challenges with landscaping in central Florida and he paid careful attention to what kind of plants would thrive based on the temperature range of the area, the northern exposure, and the amount of light the plants will get throughout the year. I interviewed other landscapers and they didn't seem to pay much attention to this, which is why I chose Landmark. My yard looks beautiful and I will use Landmark again. DM

I decided not to use them because they came out and did a design and he was supposed to get back to me but I didn't hear from him for two weeks. I went there and set up an appointment and somebody was going to get back with me but they didn't do that for a while. Then he came out and we did a walk around and I told him exactly what I wanted and I was impressed. But then when I went to the nursery, he was supposed to have the design but there was a problem with his computer. And when he did the presentation, we were impressed but we wanted to make some changes. So we were communicating through email and I wanted him to remove a plant and put something else in there and he just never got back with me. And then, three weeks later, he called me but I had already contacted some other people by then. He had also cancelled one appointment before because he was going down south to pick up some trees and I understood that and we rescheduled. So it was a combination of all these things, and then they wanted 60 percent down. I was not impressed with their lackadaisical attitude.

They have good products and good customer service.
