Description of Work: They installed window blinds through out the house. A couple of problems but he responded immediately and fixed. One floor of window verticals we really like, but another floor, the installation had problems, plus the quality of hardware used, and the verticals themselves are not the greatest quality. But I admit we ordered a lower priced vertical, and hardware. Jim, the owner/installer, is first rate.

Description of Work: Jim repaired 2 shades and checked all the other window shades to make sure they worked ok he also removed my shades before a major bathroom renovation and was back to reinstall them Very courteous & polite gentleman who was very punctual also

 + -1 moreEverything went fine. We are delighted with the shutters. They give a super look to the whole house. There are some smaller windows in places like the laundry room where we used faux wood blinds instead of shutters and Jim was able to provide blinds that matched the shutters. so we kept the look but always kept the price down somewhat. The shutters and blinds were installed eight months ago and still look as good as day 1.
Description of Work: Jim installed internal plantation shutters for practically all the windows of our house. He gave excellent advice on the suitability of the different kinds of shutters; accurately measured the windows for this estimate and then installed the shutters after I accepted the quote and the shutters were manufactured to the measurements. Always helpful and hardworking and very knowledgable about his product. Ready to give you advice on how to keep the price lower, if possible.

 + -1 moreHe does a wonderful job. If there are any problems he will come back and fix it right away. He was able to put wood blinds in a window that was curved at the top of the window, which is a hard task.
Description of Work: He came and measured for the blinds and then installed blinds.
