This company is THE MOST reputable, professional, OUTSTANDING company we have ever worked with. We use them for both our home and our office and they are always AMAZING. What makes them amazing? The level of care, integrity and information that they provide. The fact that they are the lowest prices but highest quality. They stand behind EVERYTHING they do. We have had used them for repairs (prior to our new A/C unit) for YEARS and once our A/C finally stopped working, their team came asap and got us setup with a great new unit. We encountered a couple of issues with equipment (no fault of theirs) and they were fast to come and get things replaced. We have had to call them on holidays and weekends and they have ALWAYS come through for us. Not only is the company itself awesome, but literally every member of John's team that we have ever worked with, has been so invested in doing the best job with everything and it clearly shows. His guys go above and beyond - like even helping with things that were completely unrelated. They make great recommendations and always do their best to keep costs as low as possible. They stand behind everything they do and they don't try to sell you ANYTHING that you don't really need. Not only is the company and the staff great, but the owner himself (John) sees to things personally and makes sure his customers are taken care of and happy. I think my favorite thing about John though is the fact that he treats his employees so well - and that comes from THEIR mouths. They all have the upmost respect for him and freely talk about the things he has done to help them professionally and personally. He truly is an incredible human - who does good by everyone. I support this business 10000000000% and recommend them to EVEYRONE we know.

The owner himself called me shortly after I entered my needs. He quickly made me comfortable and provided a quote. He was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and got straight to work. He answered my questions in language I could understand. And most important to me -- he didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary! This may not seem like a big deal but as a disabled senior citizen, some unscrupulous people have tried their best to scam me, though not successfully I am happy to say. This company will be my first call for maintenance or problems! Will absolutely recommend to family and friends!

One of the very best service companies I have ever hired...their servicemen were prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and hard-working...their price was great...the owner got right back to me on a Saturday when I left a message, and he followed up the day after the work was completed to make sure I was happy with the service they provided..and I am!

They were quick on time and super nice. I just know the piece I needed cost probably 2% of the total charge but that s the industry I guess

Needed annual maintenance and inspection of my A/C unit. It is 16 years old and although I had no issues, I was hoping this service call didn't turn into a Sales call. John and another Tech arrived promptly. After inspection I was told I needed to replace a capacitor and add freon to the compressor. John took the time to show me that it was the original that came with the unit and answered all my questions. Since it turned out to be more than an annual maintenance visit, John waived that fee. I was very satisfied and I will be sure to call them in the future.

Their Technician Brett, took the time to fully diagnose the issue during the initial call, and spent the time to explain the issues and clear defined what work needed to be done and why. I would recommend this business and would not hesitate in using them again. The only thing I would have wished they told me was the charge for using credit, but this would in no way stop me from recommending this business or their technician.

We were very pleased with the work this company did. Our air conditioner was hi-jacked by a neighbor. Wires crossed, Freon line spliced and the compressor was tampered with. Two guys worked hard to right a wrong, I am so blessed they did help. I will tell all my friends and neighbors about this business. Would hire them again. Thanks especially to John.

John diagnosed and fixed our heating issue. Our system is very old and he took the time to go over all the options, potential results and the pricing of replacing it versus repairing it. He wasn't pushy, just very informative. He's very knowledgeable and responsive - he came the same day we called him. I would hire him again.
