cool seasons did a great job the Tech came out within a couple hours of my phone call with AC not working. He was able to get it working again.He cleaned the whole outside system that had frozen over. Trouble shooted some other things and looked at our ducting. We had to pay a little higher price because it was on a Sunday and holiday weekend at that. We will use them in the future and I would recommend them to friends and family

UPDATE!! The owner saw my post and call immediately he apologized and refunded my money. It turns out this tech was doing this to more people as well and has since been fired. Because of the owner quick and thorough response to me I believe I would use them again. HORRIBLE! Last week my AC was leaking inside. Called Cool Seasons due to a great response from them 2 years ago. They made such a good impression on me then, that they were the only people I wanted to work on my stuff. Guy came out, said drain line clogged, SAID he fixed it, charged me $120 bucks and said I really need to replace the unit. I went out of town that afternoon. I'm back now and it is STILL DRIPPING IN THE FLOOR. AND IT NEVER STOPPED. So I called a couple of places to give me quotes for replacing the unit. First guy gets out here and pulls the pan and guess what -- it is FULL OF GUNK. It was NEVER TOUCHED by the tech, Aaron P, who came out here. So I paid $120 for Aaron to blow smoke up my butt and give me a sales pitch. NEVER AGAIN.

Derick was on time and professional. I let him know my system was 10 years old,and after a compleat inspection I was informed every thing was working properly. There was no sales pitch or scare tactics to get me to replace my A/C because of its age. I will use Cool Seasons again in the future when needed.

Was very pleased with this company. on time, effecient. Derek and John were exceptional, The day they installed the unit it was 90 + degrees, but they never balked and kept working. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a small company

Our central a/c totally quit at about 4:30 pm on a 91 degree Friday afternoon. I completed the HomeAdvisor application, and requested service. Within the hour John called and said they could have someone here within an hour. Derek arrived shortly after that and fixed the problem (drain under under unit was full) and now we have a/c again!!!! Prompt, courteous, savvy, had to climb up in our hot attic. Cost - $137 after 5:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. I can hardly believe our good fortune . Thank you COOL SEASONS!

The two service technicians were courteous, and professional at their jobs. I highly recommend them. I will use them at a later date as well.

The technician was very helpful and friendly. He didn't try to sell me something that didn't need to be replaced. Will definitely use this company again.
