I have used Cool Seasons air conditioning and heating in the past and have always found the service to be excellent and for a fair price. I trust John who has always done my work. He is professional, efficient and I appreciate the fact that he never tries to sell me anything I don't need. I called John Y. and he responded within 2 hours. My AC had lost three lbs. of freon over the course of a year. John replaced the freon and gave me advise I needed to stop the small leak in my AC. I will be using him again should the need arise.

When it appeared I had a serious leak from the air-conditioner I called and John came the same day. After a thorough inspection a follow up appointment was scheduled to clean the coil. When John came to clean the coil, we discuss what happened between visits. He concluded the problem was not with the air conditioner but with the water tank which is immediately below. We came to a mutual agreement on a course of action which involved postponing cleaning the coil. I was most impressed with John's honesty and that he did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about the situation as well as his reasonable approach to problem-solving. He was more than fair about charging for the service call. I also purchased a service agreement from his company. I prefer supporting local business as opposed to large companies. I would definitely use this company for future heating and air-conditioning needs and will recommend them whenever possible.

Great customer service. I was concern how long it would take my house to cool down in 100 degree heat index...They called the next day (which was a Sunday) to make sure I didn't have any other questions and the house had cooled down. They were on time and very responsive to questions and explaining. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance plan!

John and I decided to start this process with taking the condenser coils out and cleaning them both inside and on the outside unit. This drastically increased the air flow and cooled the home.. I found him to be both on time, personable, and ba big one for me able to answer all of my questions with patience and understanding. I plan on using Cool Seasons as long as I need Air, or Duct service..
