We hired them to spray our yard for fleas. We signed for a one year contract for them to come out monthly or quarterly. I have no been trying to contact them for over a month with no success. When I did get them to pick up the phone they said they would come out on a particular day, but they never showed and I can’t reach them again. I was charged $250 for the service, I do not recommend anyone use this company and pay a little more for someone better.

Did not follow up after leaving a trap. Thought cost was too expensive.

I am still using them as this is the 3rd time they have had to come out because I still have a Flea problem. In fact, this time I requested the owner come out so they don't have to come out again. They were very polite, and honest, I'm just not sure of my total rating at this time as the problem is not solved, after today I may change my rating. I have used products from Lowes, and have done all I was asked to do, treated all my pets (2 kittens, 2 cats, all inside animals with collars and treatment and 1 dog, who is treated monthly with Trifexis) ) but we are all still getting bit. Although I have seen dead ones, I am still seeing live ones, especially on our couch and in our beds. I am not sure if these are "new ones" that just "hatched" which is possible, I am hoping this will be the last visit. I do understand this is a hard problem to get rid of, but 3 visits in 3 weeks ?? and only a 30 day warranty? I see others have been very pleased with their work, ( rodents) and know all situations are different ( And Fleas are VERY different) , I hope when this is all over I can be pleased also. The owner has been very professional , and understanding ( and fitting me into his schedule) and once he comes out, I am hoping this will be the last time ( and the last flea I see)

UPDATE 09/24TH: We did receive a response and the company came back and resolved the issue.**They were out for the original contact and said they would return which they didn't. I called and left a message to return my call. Never heard from them

I had contacted them to do a termite real estate inspection and to provide a letter. They had failed to put me on their schedule on our agreed upon time. When I contacted them on that morning they did send someone out, but the inspection that he performed was not thorough. I was told that I would receive an invoice and the inspection letter via email. I've not received either. Had I moved forward with the purchase of this property I would've hired another company to complete my wood destroying inspection. Quikprp may be good in some other areas of their expertise, but they failed me and I will remove them from my preferred companies list.

Came once two spray cans didn’t come back still have fleas and we have been washing and vacuuming daily. Not recommended

I tried this company for refinancing. This is a scam. There is no receipt and you never hear from them again. People please do not use this company. They are scammers!!!!!!

I have been disappointed with Quickpro. First they didn’t show up when they said they would. They rescheduled twice. When they did get here they didn’t do what they said they were going to. Then I was charged the wrong amount. It took multiple calls to get it straightened out and I wasn’t called as they said I would be. Finally they again didn’t show up as they informed me they would. Overall, I have not been impressed. I know that things happen, but repeatedly missing appointments and not doing what they say they will do is not good customer service.

Curt was the best....

Tree service is not their main product. They did not have a chipper or grinder and took twice the time to complete the job. They also damaged the sidewalk and did not come out to repair as promised. I'm also still waiting for my receipt.
