Jay is the person that came out to assist me and he was not only knowledgeable but very helpful as well.

What really impressed me was that the personnel were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They came on time or called to update me on arrival time which is very important for anyone who has waited before for people who give a window of 12-5pm or so. The technician who came initially actually took a video of my attic which had rats. He also took a video of my garage to prove it was indeed my home/garage/attic. I was shown exactly what was going on in my attic. The rep/technician (Jason) sat down with me to explain the options I had with regard to solving my problem. There was no hard sell and no deceptive comments about what I actually needed. I called Quickpro on February 2nd and the work which included all new insulation was completed on February 9th in the a.m. The "critters" that were caught were quickly disposed of after checking for 3 days in a row with a 30 day guarantee in writing. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Quickpro to anyone with a problem such as mind.
