Fast, efficient, detail oriented, friendly, clean - both the reps & their trucks. Took the time to explain to me that the new shingles would not match the existing shingles (makes sense to me as the existing shingles are over 10 years old), but I really appreciated that they took the time to even mention that. Have them on my 'go to' list for any roof repairs.

They were there on time, and went right to work. Very professional. finished the work and left without any sign that they were there. would definitely use them again.

Arry's staff managed our expectations. They were busy when we first contacted them and they updated us as to when they could start. Very professional and most of all fixed the leak that no one else was able to do.

Arry was very professional and kind--he was easily assessable to make an appointment and was able to come out in a few days. other providers i called had much more rigid schedules and could not come out for several weeks. I felt the service was more individualized where other companies i called started talking about repairs before viewing the problem. Arry came out and explained I was looking at a dry discoloration caused at the time of construction( my house was relatively new). He was thorough and not in a rush. I was very impressed--I got busy and forgot to write the review.

ARRYS CALLED EVERY WEEK TO REMIND OF THE SCHEDULED START DATE, JUST BEFORE THE START DATE THEY MOVED THE DATE TO A WEEK LATER, EVERYTHING WENT WELL AFTER THAT, WORK AS DONE QUICKLY AND NO MESS. THE BUILDING INSPECTOR FOUND ONE OMISSION AND THEY PROMPTLY TOOK CARE OF IT, WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN. ONLY PROBLEM COMMUNICATION ON THE JOB, NO WORKERS FLUENT IN ENGLISH

Provider was asked to repair a leak, but upon inspection recommended that the entire roof be replaced and did not wish to quote the repair.

Worked all day. Was here early and completed job in one day.

I had a great experience that illustrates just what makes Arry's a great company, but it started with accidental property damage at my house. Not exactly the best first impression, right? The estimator was a very smart, experienced, nice man who gave me all kinds of insight into the roof of my newly purchased home. When it came time to look at the two skylights, however, he slipped and accidentally broke the exterior dome on one of them. Suddenly, a job that might have been able to wait for a couple of months needed to be done ASAP. I called the company and they put me on the phone with one of the owners. He couldn't have been nicer, more understanding or more professional about the situation. I was simply astounded by the response, because Arry's came back to my house two days later and installed two new skylights with a $250 discount for the hassle. The skylights are top of the line, and the light that now comes into the house is like a high-definition upgrade. I am happy to write this review because, while accidents can certainly happen, the true measure of a company's character is in how it responds to situations like this. There was no fight, no finger pointing, no hassle. It was quite the opposite -- a total pleasure. I will now be sure to call Arry's in a few years when my roof needs to be replaced.

Brad has been wonderful to work with. I am the type of person who has many questions and then follow-up questions on top of that. Brad has been extremely responsive - even replying to emails on weekends. We are still in the decision process of what to do about our roofing situation, but I am very pleased with the communication, professionalism and responsiveness of Arry's.

We were most happy with Arry's roofing work and we love the look of our Key West home. from Sales to follow up answering a thousand questions they were top notch. Kept you informed quick to respond and the work crew was so polite! We have two dogs that roam our yard and every night when they left they did all the could to see to it no sharp objects were left down and the site was cleaned up! We hired them not because they were the cheapest but because they were the most responsive and helpful. Not to mention back in 2011 when we had a small leak Chuck came out and inspected and fixed it and didn't charge us a thing! when he showed up as our salesman a few years later it was like family.

Initial repair work seemed to be done well, but as will happen in FL, there were some issues with leaking following the repair. The individual who came out to inspect the work done initially indicated it needed sealant where the repairs were made. We had to make contact three times following the initial assessment to secure someone to repair the issues, but the work was done and the roof is not leaking. I would definitely consider using them again as they followed through until we were satisfied.

We were pleased with the entire experience. The estimator was informative and upfront about scheduling. The scheduler updated us on a weekly basis until the work was performed. The workers were meticulous, even covering our shrubs and driveway to prevent damage. Best of all, the work was completed on time and at the exact price we were quoted. We DID get several estimates, and Arry's was the highest, but we decided to use them based on their reputation, and I'm glad we did. Sometimes you DO get what you pay for!

Arrived on time, roofers were polite, professional, picked up after themselves. Made us aware of the supplies they used and pointed out what repair they did. They even cleaned the leaves off the roof.

From the visit of Dave B (sales) coming out to give us the initial estimate to the cleanup at jobs completion, the whole process was painless. Once we signed the contract we were called weekly with a scheduling update. We had a day locked in as we got closer and on that day Luis and his crew arrived bright and early and proceeded to set up the job site. We had concrete tiles removed and replaced by beautiful architectural shingles. The crew who I can't say enough good things about protected my plants and lighting , pool screen and cleaned up perfectly at each day's end. Believe it or not the entire job was completed in 2 1/2 days....and boy does it look great. Neighbors are commenting to me about the beautiful roofing job and the quick time it took to complete the job. Arry's made a very stressful time and job totally painless and I would not hesitate to use them again and I will be sure to recommend them, Dave B and Luis and his crew to any neighbor who is looking to have their roof done. Hire this company! They are amazing. There were problems and miscommunication along the way but Arry's went above and beyond to make everything right. After the roof was complete and final payment was made I called to inquire about a screening company I could call to fix a tear in the pool screen that occurred during the project - they sent out the company at no charge to me! Similarly, there was a 5 foot area where the soffit was hanging slightly after they left and they came right out to fix it. The project took 4 days and the only evidence that there was a roof under construction was that there was a trailer in my driveway and stuff on the roof. Every day they cleaned up entirely! If my landscaping was touched, it was not evident. My yard was immaculate when they left. The new skylight cover looked so good that the one next to it now looks really shabby; Arry's discounted the cost to come out and refurbish the adjoining skylight as they understood I would have done them together if it had been explained to me how different the new one would look. That's a sign of a company who understands the homeowner's needs and puts a priority on customer satisfaction. Did I mention that the roof looks great? It does! The wind mitigation inspector checked it all out - no problems - everything done as specified in the contract. Arry's price was competitive with other reputable roofing companies - pay a little more and be happy. In addition, they provide discounts to military families and donate roofs to needy families. I can be very critical but cannot find a fault with Arry's.

The Sales Rep (Ronald Pineda) arrived punctually, and was dressed very professionally. He carried himself well, and I was highly impressed by the company's obvious attention to detail. The Sales Rep was knowledgeable and ready to answer any additional questions that I didn't find covered in the informational packet, which was full of detailed and easy-to-understand pamphlets and flyers, and even a sample of the extreme TPO, out of which the roof would be made. After taking many measurements and pictures, he input all of the info right there on the spot on his laptop and printed off an estimate instantly, then went over all of it with me. There was no waiting anxiously for an estimate to come in days later (I called one other company, and it was more than a week after the guy came out to take measurements before they finally emailed me an estimate). And there was no having to decipher industry terminology with Arry's. It was all done in person, the day of the estimate. He also emailed me a link to apply for financing, which was a necessity for us to afford the massive project. There was a 2 month wait after the contract was signed before work would begin, but with all the torrential rains this summer, I understand the heavy workload. And the wait time was the same at the other company from which I had received an estimate. The crew arrived to start work a week before tentatively scheduled. They were efficient, and finished the job in only a few days. They didn't disturb any of the landscaping, and they cleaned up their mess every evening before they left. It couldn't have been a smoother experience! And this says quite a bit about the skill of their crew. We live in a house that was built in 1959, and it's designed in the Frank Lloyd Wright style of unique architecture. So besides all the original skylights, there were multiple levels of roof, and all very uniquely shaped. Plus, the roof is flat. And some of the design elements were not conducive to the heavy rainfall of decades of Florida summers. There was quite a lot of rotted wood underneath the old roofing, but we had assumed that would be the case, since the ceiling in the house had begun to leak during the storms this year. So the crew had to redesign a couple areas and install the new roof in a way so as to maintain the feel of the original, unique design that we love, but also to minimize the chance of standing water. From the Sales Rep, to all the ladies I spoke with over the phone and in the office, to the roofing crew, I can sum up the experience quite succinctly: Impressive, every step of the way. We have a 20-year, fully transferrable warranty on the roof. But truly, based on the expert workmanship I witnessed, and the pride and integrity of the company, I believe wholeheartedly that the roof will thrive for 20 years, and many, many more.

I was dissatisfied with them. They didn't do the work because I did not like the salesman. The salesman treated us like we were kind of an afterthought. He was young and a bit arrogant. It was one of the three quotes I had gotten. They were the most expensive. At first, I thought all I needed was a repair. He came out and looked at the roof. I thought it was kind of a cursory look. Then he gave me a quote of $800 for the repair. But then, I was thinking about it and the roof was over 15 years old, which is a home insurance issue. They won't touch houses if roofs are older than 15 years and ours was like 18. So, I contacted them to come out and do a full roof estimate. He just went to Google and looked at it from the air and gave me an estimate of $15,000. He never came back out to look at anything. It took forever for him to do that. He was just like, "Oh yeah. Okay. Sure. Yeah. We'll do that." Just brusque and not very professional. I started losing interest in Arry's very quickly. Initially, he was responsive to come out and look at the repair but then he really dragged his feet on giving us an estimate on the total reroofing job. He submitted the quote via e-mail the second time. We didn't discuss the whole roof job at all face-to-face. He was not very professional.

During that 3 week torrential downpour we had this summer I discovered 3 leaks in my roof. I got estimates from all over and Arry's Roofing was the best priced estimate I received and the best rated I found here on Angie's List. So I booked them. They were more than 6 weeks backed up in work orders but that was fine with me. (It allowed me to save up the cash to pay for it.) The workers showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. Shortly after they started I went outside and asked if they knew/remembered they were going to remove the gutter as well as replacing the ridge vents. The lead gentleman said he wasn't aware of that. Him and I went over the paperwork and found the estimate where it had been written on there. So he said no problem and that they would remove it. (As a single female, I really appreciated the fact that he never argued with me, he just said he wasn't aware and then we both looked over the paperwork and found it.) During the repair work, they had run out shingles, so they had to leave and go get more. They were back within a reasonable amount of time, continued on with the work, and finished the job that early afternoon. After removing the gutter, the gentleman (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name) said that the wood was still good, so to just fill the holes and it'd be fine. I am very happy with the work they have done, and will be booking Arry's Roofing when my roof needs replacing in about 5 years.

Trust Arry?s?it?s that simple. Professional: From the initial phone call to the final clean up, the entire company was professional, polite, and skilled at their job. Quality: We were very happy with the product quality and options available. The sales personnel were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted. The craftsmanship of the roofing crews was top notch and we?ve received multiple compliments from neighbors, our HOA, and even the county inspectors who were familiar with Arry?s work----the county inspectors were familiar with the quality of Arry?s work----think that pretty much says it all. Reliable: Arry?s stands behind their work. We had an issue pop up that was not due to any fault by Arry?s, but they came in and helped us resolve the problem. This is a company that cares about their customers and the reputation of their name. The staff was just as worried about the look of the finished roof as I was?my roof is their advertisement and it looks great! Long after they had my money in the bank, they continued to take the time to make sure I was satisfied?and I am! Price: Replacing a roof is a serious investment in your home and neglecting it will result in higher repair costs later. Given the quality of the finished product, their price is very competitive. Look around on your own. Roofs are being repaired all year long, so take a drive and look at the finished results. Several roofs were done by other companies in our neighborhood and you can see the difference in workmanship. This is a long-term investment?I really don't want to spend money and see a roof ridgeline that looks like the waves in the ocean. Anyone can order shingles, but the application of the skills to make the most of your investment is what Arry?s will give you. I am very satisfied, I have recommended them to neighbors, and I will use them again in 20 years or so?

Overall, I'd give them an A. A+ would mean that there was zero problems at any stage. Hard to achieve. The owner contacted me personally and discussed the very few minor issues ( I am very picky) and stated that they would have made things right on the few very minor issues if I had contacted them and asked them to do so. What more can you ask? Keep in mind, re-roofing a house is a big job and there will be some minor hassles. The goal is to have a great roof. That is what Arry's gave us.

The price was double what I had thought. I'd want them to lower the price. They put me on a schedule and they revised it like 4 times. I were a month and a half late. I wanted to sell my house and that cost me a lot of dollars.

We did our research in advance and made sure we went with a roofer with a reputable reputation who has worked in Tampa for years (and not one of the company's that "chase" storms for roof repairs/replacement). In fact, I watched one of those storm chaser firms replace a roof across our street in the middle of a rainstorm. There was so much water shooting up into the air with each shingle staple, it was clear the roof would have problems for years to come. A few weeks later, the renter in the property confirmed roof leaks with the first rainstorm after the "new" roof was completed. With Arry's, you are having a "GAF Master Elite" contractor putting up your roof. From what I understand, there are very few of these in the U.S. because you have to earn that distinction through the quality of your services. The owner and his family have been in Tampa Bay for decades and care about every detail of the process. They will also immediately address any concerns or questions you have during the roofing procedure. I know this for a fact because we had some minor concerns after the first day. Stephen Housh, VP of Operations and one of the owner's sons, not only dispatched a senior supervisor to our job, but personally called to guarantee that our concerns were being addressed and to offer his assistance should any other problems develop. They didn't. The supervisor he sent was wonderful and went well above our expectations. His attention to detail was impeccable and we're confident we will have no problems with our new roof in the years to come. And, even if we did, the Housh family will take care of it because they truly care about the quality of their work. So spend the little bit of extra money for Arry's. The "fly by night" contractors will charge you less, but I can guarantee you'll have problems as a result. Go with Arry's. The structural integrity of your home will be safeguarded if you do.
