Description of Work: They gave me a good price, came when they said they would, completed the job, cleaned up afterwards, and were very polite and professional.

Description of Work: Arry's replaced my shingled roof as part of a hail-damage claim. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster to make sure I received full credit towards the job. They also upgraded my ventilation to include a solar-powered attic fan. I'm hoping this will help reduce my electrical bill over time. Arry's entire staff was courteous, prompt, and communicated with me regularly during the job. It's very nice to have someone local to the community do such great work. I highly recommend them.

The crew themselves we found also very professional, clean, prompt, caring and finished the job in a very short time considering the adverse weather conditions.

Description of Work: We have had several poor expieriences with roofers in the past. We have a huge roof footprint and beacuse of some permiting snags we have had to repair our roof in sections.. After multi damages in home interior from areas we had had redone, we finally called Ary's. Bingo! Any work they have done has solved our problems thus far. We are in rainy season now and have our fingers crossed we will be able to safely make interior repairs caused by a leaky roof.

Description of Work: Arry's team (from sales to installation) was generally polite, responsive and professional. The project involved removal of solar panels, roof repair, and re-installation of the solar panels. Arry's employed a subcontractor for the panel removal/re-installation (Solar Source, aka Constructive Resource, Inc.). Solar Source caused numerous problems ranging from missing scheduled appointments, failing to communicate with Arry's and -- most aggravating -- sending us invoices (on 3 separate occasions, including 1 before they had finished their work) although all their work was included in our contract and price with Arry's. These problems persisted from the beginning to the end of the project. Arry's seemed incapable of scheduling and coordinating Solar Source, and frequently behaved as though Solar Source was an independent contractor for whom they had no responsibility. The quality of all work appears acceptable, but it takes time to know for sure. We would not hesitate to work with Arry's again, unless the project were to require a lower tier subcontractor. This seems to be the weakness in what would otherwise be a reliable, professional, firm.
