We apologize for the fact that your job was pushed back several times, but ask for your understanding, considering this has been one of the busiest and rainiest summers we have had in Florida! It is typical to get backed up several weeks during and after the rainy season. We feel blessed to have the reputation in the community to provide reroofs and repairs to so many customers; that means people trust us to solve their roofing problems. We are regretful that you didn’t get the benefit of a complete explanation of the Woodwork Contract and will strive to make sure this is explained in further detail in the future. Even the best contractors can only guess at how much woodwork will be necessary as it is unseen in its entirety at the time of the estimate appointment, and I’m glad we were able to come to an agreement for handling your situation. As for the communication issues, we were initially told to communicate strictly via email due to your family traveling, which we did, but found calling to be necessary when we were finalizing our scheduling dates the week before the job was to be done. We are regretful if this created confusion. It's great to hear that you will use us again. We hope to continue our relationship into the future. In fact, we strive to make our relationship an enduring one.
