Roy came to our home. relieved me of my concern of a need for a need roof. Told me how much expected life it had. He repaired a small section were a leak had started then showed me the proper way to repair a leak. Very happy camper.

They guarantee their work for a year. They worked professionally and efficient. They were here when they said they'd be. They did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished.

They came on time as predicted, did the work in the days promised, and completed the job, including clean up, as promised. They met the estimate. I could not be more pleased.

The salesman came and explained everything to me and the completed the work in one day. There was no evidence they were at my home - they cleaned up very well.

The work was done quickly and professionally. The only thing was that they were hung up due to the fact that the Pasco county building inspector office was closed (Good Friday) and could not get word to have the inspection on the following Monday. They were also were delayed on a previous job and did not come to re-shingle the roof on Wednesday but on Thursday. I these two days I had to call the office and ask were they were. I know delays can happen but the office should have called me to let me know what was happening.

I've already contracted them for another repair. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the diligence of the roofer. He gave us his cell phone number and told us to call 24/7 if we ran into any problems over the course of the 3 day repair.

Mr. Ankrom came on time for our estimate and was VERY educational and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. When we decided to go with this company we met with Mr. Ankrom to give a deposit and get an estimate on time of work to be done. We were told 4-6 weeks. When 6 weeks came and went we called and left a message that went unreturned. We called again the following week and were told 2 weeks more. We were called and given a date for work to be done, we were called again to say they could come a few days earlier. They arrived on time with a full crew and got to work. We had a couple questions about what they were doing and called the office and they called Mr. Ankrom who showed up at our house to explain. It took a complete day but everything turned out fine and the most important thing--no more leak.

I got a more reasonable estimate from another company, but they were very professional and nice. They estimated more than twice as much as the company I ended up using.

We called 4 roofing companies and Arry's gave us the most professional, extensive estimate. Dennis McKown was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of the project. Their pricing was the highest, but we firmly believe this is because they really go that extra mile to make sure everything is done properly and of top quality. There was a small scheduling problem which was quickly fixed. The first crew of 7 men arrived early and proceeded to remove the barrel tile roof. All the men worked diligently throughout the day and their supervisor, Agron, did an excellent job and was always available to answer any questions. The tear-off took 3 days, then the roofing crew arrived to start the shingle installation. They also were steady workers and very nice. The installation took another 3 days, but when they were finished, the roof was perfect! They cleaned up the yard again before they left. I would highly recommend Arry's to anyone looking for a top-notch roofing company.

I appreciated their honesty with patching the roof, instead of saying it needed to be replaced. I think the estimate was reasonable. They showed up on time and completed the work in one day.

They are an excellent roofing company, the best we've ever had. The rep., Frank, gave me a lot of information about our tile roof. We've had trouble getting people to work on it, but they did a great job.
