They were so courteous! They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well after themselves. They did this with little stress to the homeowner. I?ve recommended them a lot because they were so good.

They found the leak was coming from a vent. The vent replacement only cost us $550 and we are glad we didn't have to pay the $3000 that they warned us it could cost. I would call on this company again in the future.

Arry's Roofing Services Inc. was called because there was a ceiling leak in the master bathroom over the shower that is the southwest corner of the house. Chuck from Arry's Roofing came the next day, thoroughly inspected the ceiling and the affected roof. Within a few days Chuck dropped off the contract and said he would order the shingles once we had agreed on the color of the shingles. The contract was straight forward and described the labor and materials needed to: remove the valley area (approx 9 ft in length dimensional shingles; remove the valley liner; install the roofing felt; install the new valley liner; apply the mastic roofing cement; install new shingles and haul all debris from the jobsite. Chuck was very careful in trying to match the color of the existing shingles. And, after three more visits from Chuck with samples, together Chuck and I determined that there was no suitable match. Chuck pointed out that the repair could be seen from the street and therefore the match needed to be very close. Chuck checked with other vendors and we discussed other options (using shingles from elsewhere on the room and then placing new shingles on the de-shingled area). I was very impressed that Chuck was so concerned about the final appearance that we agreed not to repair the roof. The leak had stopped. I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

They did the job we wanted them to do. Except for one area in the front, our plants were protected as they had promised. In that area, one of the plants died. The man responsible for that came out on his own, and planted two plants. One of the plants died and a lot of our other plants died in that area because some of the things coming off the roof seemed to poison the ground. I pulled the dirt and plants up and replaced the soil. I also planted new plants. I received a beautiful letter written by the man who had caused the damage, apologizing. It was handwritten and asked if I would forgive him for the damage. In his letter, he asked if there was anymore I wanted him to do to correct the problem. I realized what had to be done was a lot more than he had expected. I think the company is not responsible because he was a subcontractor.

He drew a diagram of the entire house, uses different colors, he tells you what is and isn't good, and they drew up the contract. They are very thorough even during estimate. They did a good job and I was happy with their work. They were very reasonable.

They were fabulous. Their price was the best and the repair exceeded the other estimates I received. They were backed up and I had to wait 3 weeks, but they showed up on time. They completed the work and went above and beyond. The work they did was outstanding and I enjoyed having them at the house. I've had a problem with the roof for about 4 years, and they solved the problem the first time they come out.

Based on their Angie's list rating, I decided to call Arry's for an estimate on locating and repairing three (3) leaks on my roof. Their response was almost immediate. Roy came out and checked and mapped out the trouble areas. Arry's was somewhat backlogged however, due to the extent of the problem, they expedited the repair job. Stewart came out and was very professional. We are going to need a new roof and Arry's is at the top of my list for the job.

Chuck Ankrom was the Sales Rep who came to my home to prepare a bid to replace my tile roof. Chuck was on time and was very generous with his time and expertise explaining the reroofing process to me. The quote to replace the roof was very competitive in price and materials. I did not select Arry's to replace my roof because I was looking for a company who would reroof as well as replace the soffits and facia. Arry's doesn't do soffits and facia but highly recommended another company. Had I not had an equally high caliber company who could do all 3 replacement pieces for me, I would have gone with Arry's. Everything about the experience felt like high quality.

They did a good job and it still looks brand new even after 6 years. I recommend them highly. They were very professional, prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They are very customer oriented.

I loved them, they were great. We had a leak in the dining room and so we called them to get that fixed initially. We also wanted to get our sun roof re-done so we had received one estimate from another company for the sun roof then Arry?s came out and gave us half the quote as the other company so we hired them. They did an excellent job. They were clean and did everything in a timely manner. We were very happy with Arry?s.

I was dissatisfied with the quality of the workmanship on the roof installation as I have had leakage problems on the roof since I purchased the home. I am in the process of having a new roof installed after less than 16 years on a tile roof. All of the roofing contractors who have submitted a bid for my new tile roof have commented on the inferior quality of workmanship on my existing roof. They showed up on time and completed the work. They tore the roof off on a Friday in preparation for Monday work. I was concerned about rain over the weekend and they said that they would put a tarp over the roof and not to worry. It rained and it leaked. In their defense the media did say that it was one of the worst rains in a long time, bottom line is that it leaked. They told me that the reason it leaked in one spot was because their was a nail head that had punctured the top of the roof and the flashing that had been removed allowing wind driven rain to come in. It wasn't major damage, but I could see on my ceiling there was a water stain(I purchased the premium roof) I mentioned my concerned and they sent a kid that spray painted the water stain. I feel like because it was a premium roof and premium price I should have had the ceiling painted. The roof has not leaked since, that is not the issue. They should have just done a little better with the repair. They did correct everything, but I had already taken off several days of work and didn't want to take off any more. I might use them again. Not a definite yes or no.

They were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They guaranteed their work. They told me upfront about the cost and did not charge anything extra after the work. They did a very good job and I am very happy with their service.

They treated us well and did not try to take advantage off or try to sell anything to us. The work they did has held up well. The repair he did cost us almost nothing and also gave us his pricing on the replacing the roof. When he was done with the patch work however, we didn't have to do anything else. We were please with his honesty and generosity.

Arry's Roofing did a wonderful job for me. The only problem that I had with them was that they didn't clean up very well and they did leave some nails lying around. They did an excellent job and they were very punctual.

They were also very responsive and they did an excellent follow up to check and make sure that I was happy with the final product.

They were excellent, no complaints. It was correctly priced and the quality was great. They did the permitting and they cleaned up well. It has been a year later and I am still happy with the outcome.

An Arry's roofing representative came to our house and described their service and the product options in detail. He was very professional, and he really knew his products and was able to describe the job and the products in detail. It was several weeks until they could do our job, but this was no problem, as we had no pressing leak problems that would have caused us to want the job done sooner. Unfortunately, our roof required more than normal repair work since the previous roof was inadequately installed. We ordered and received top of the line products and with the additional repair work required the job added up to a rather high price for a roof job. However, we do believe we got what we paid for. The workers, all employees of Arry's, were very professional and described each task they were doing to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Arry's to anyone but advise them to be aware that they will probably pay a top quality price for the top quality job. We expect no more concerns with our roof for a long time.

He came out and said we don't need a new roof for a year. He patched up a couple small leaks and didn't charge us either time! He told us not to pay for a full roof replacement for another year or so. He was very professional and clean cut. The people answering the phone were very courteous and personable. I can't say enough about these people, they're so fantastic! And we haven't had a leak since he visited.

Arry's provided quality, professional service from the first visit by the estimator through the follow-up after the work was completed. Even with an unexpected delay in our homeowners association approval, Arry's still scheduled us very quickly once the approval came through. The work crews were courteous and conscientious. One day, before the roof had shingles, a rain storm ended the work. Although the moisture barrier was in place, the crew chief provided his personal cell phone to call just in case any problems occurred. No problems did occur, but we appreciated the chief's personal commitment to making sure everything was right. The only real issue with the whole project was not Arry's directly. Problems with the supplier delayed shingle delivery and caused work on a day that wasn't originally scheduled. The crew showed up on the new day on time and wrapped up the work efficiently. A minor nitpick was that instead of getting notified about the work a few days ahead, as we were originally told to expect, notice was usually only a day. The office staff; however, were very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. We've since seen some of our neighbors have their roofs replaced. What we've observed - longer total project time, days of no progress between replacing decking and applying shingles, and messier work sites - further reinforced our high opinion of and satisfaction with Arry's work. With hurricanes passing close by this season, knowing that our roof is secure and of highest quality is greatly reassuring. We are equally confident that, if anything were to happen, a well-proven vendor and their warranty stands behind it.

The scheduler did not understand the nature of the work we were requesting. The service technician assigned to our case determined via cell phone on the way to our job site that the company was not licensed to do the desired work. He did; however, recommend another company which is now preparing an estimate for the work.

Roy came to our home. relieved me of my concern of a need for a need roof. Told me how much expected life it had. He repaired a small section were a leak had started then showed me the proper way to repair a leak. Very happy camper.
