I called several contractors. All were listed on Angie's list and most had done work in my neighborhood. Arry's had not but I liked the fact that he had been in business in Tarpon for several years. Several people I talked to knew of the company and recommended their services. I called for an estimate and Jason showed up. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He measured the roof then showed me examples of the materials they would use. We also went over the installation proceedure. After I had reviewed several other estimates from other venders, I decided to go with Arry's even though their price was a little higher I was convinced the materials and workmanship was worth it. The paper work was very detailed so I knew exactly what to expect. Everything we discussed was attended to. I was concerned about an area where an animal had entered my attic. It was taken care of without having to be reminded. The communication between the employees was excellent. The girls in the office kept me informed all along the way. Jason did a good job making sure they all knew about all my little concerns. Once the work started, it went quickly. The shingles and underlay was removed the first day. The next day they finished up replacing defective underlay and covered the the entire roof w the moisture barrier. The next day they completed the shingles and flat roof. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left the job site clean. The entire crew worked very hard. The office personell were very nice and efficient. I enjoyed my experience w this company and would recommend them. One bonus from this job that I was surprised about was the big decrease in my cooling bills. The heavier duty shingles and lighter color made a huge difference.

WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY FROM ALL OTHER COMPANIES, BECAUSE HE IS LISTED UNDER MASTER ELITE THROUGH GAF MANUFACTURER WHICH THE WORKMANSHIP WILL BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY DIRECTLY THROUGH GAF. THE COMMUNICATION AT OFFICE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. WHEN SHINGLES WERE DELIVERED, THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH, WRONG RIDGE LINE COLOR. ESTIMATOR'S MISTAKE? HAD TO ASK TWICE TO COVER/PROTECT A/C UNIT. ROOFING PARTS LOOK UNEVEN. BLAMED IT ON THE FRAMING OF THE HOUSE. SEVERAL OTHER MISHAPS, METAL FELL ON BACK PORCH SCREEN, WHICH THEY REPAIRED, AFTER JOB WAS COMPLETED, TOLD ME TO COME OUTSIDE TO SEE IT. WALKED INTO FRONT YARD, STEPPED ON A ROOFING NAIL. WENT THROUGH MY SHOE INTO FOOT. HAD TO SEE A DR. TO CLEAN IT AND GET A TETANUS SHOT. LASTLY, WIND MITIGATION FORM FOR OUR HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE COMPANY WAS NOT FILLED OUT CORRECTLY BY THEIR OFFICE, AND DONE BY THEIR COMPANY.OUR INSURANCE AGENT HAD TO FILL OUT FORM CORRECTLY AND HAVE HIS INSPECTOR COME. WE FEELTHEY AS A "MASTER ELITE" COMPANY DID NOT LIVE UP TO IT'S REPUTATION. TOO MUCH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BUT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOMEOWNERS EXPERIENCE IN 10 YEARS.

Roy came out three times to fix a leak in our roof. It only took him a few minutes to patch up the holes and he always came out the same day. He never charged for these patch ups, which I really appreciated. I finally decided that I needed a new roof. They put on a new roof for a great price and it is very high quality. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. These people went above and beyond. They are awesome!

It was excellent. They communicated very well, they came out when they said they would. Very accomadating. I highly recommend them.

On the day of the appointment the sales rep was running late because he said the office had overbooked him. He did call to let me know but because he got there so late there wasn't time to write up a quote and said he would have to come back later or try to meet me somewhere else. After not hearing anything for over two weeks I called their office to find out where my quote was. I was copied in on an email from one of the people in the office to someone else and the sales rep about getting me a quote. It's been two weeks and no one has bothered to return my call or email.

Outstanding experience from the point of contact to completion of work.

I had some specific requirements when I contacted Arry's Roofing Services Inc Company. They came out to do the estimate and I like what they had to say so I hired them. Their price was fair when they had quoted to me, then they came in lower than that when the work was completed. I was very pleasantly surprised by that. They came in with a bunch of different contractors for the work. They all did a great job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and it worked out great. They even came out and worked in the rain. I would recommend them and would absolutely use this company in the future.

They also put in, 40 inch insulation and did a great job. I have been given a guarantee of 30 years for the roof and if any problem, I can get a replacement of the same. I have been using them for the last 30 years and will continue to use the same in future.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and competent, from beginning to end. They were not the lowest estimate we got but they were the most professional and friendly during phone conversations, and offered Master Elite certification and warranty. They were willing to do extra wood work for (soffits) while working on the roof, which was really helpful. Arry's roofing crew worked hard and did a great job. The only issue we had at all was that we were told to expect the roof to be done within 3 to 4 weeks of signing the contract, but it actually took 8 weeks, which put us in a bit of a squeeze for getting everything in order to renew our insurance - but aside from that we were very happy with the whole experience.

My roof started leaking during a huge thunderstorm. Water spread out soaking the living room laminate and carpeting, back bathroom and guest bedroom. I called Arry's Roofing and 30 minutes later Mike showed up. Fantastic professionalism; nice, knowledgeable and patient to answer all the questions I had. Mike climbed on the roof under the rain to install a tarp but also took the time to verify the water leak origins in the house. Since we were not quite sure where it was leaking from, he then made sure to inspect the attic trying to identify where the water was entering the house. He found a spot on the edge of the roof. So he climbed right back up on my roof to extend the tarp over the edge, doing so with thunderstorm lightning and pouring over his head.

I got estimate from seven roofers. They were way high. I didn't use them. They seemed professional and they didn't seem any better or worse than any of the others.

Walked the roof w/Jayson who pointed out the concerns as well as what still looked good. He provided at least three options and decided to go with a coating/sealer. Roof was cleaned the day before work was to start. The next morning Mike introduced himself and explained what was going be done. They made the needed repairs and applied the coating/sealer. Cleanup was excellent. Afterwards, Mike explained the application and was very personable --- the entire team worked well together and they were very professional. Communication and follow-up from the everyone in the office was very good --- pleasant to work with

They were great. They made and keep all appointments. They took care of all permits. They do exactly what the say they will do. They were very neat, clean, and professional. They followed up with us and even sent us a thank you gift.

They did a good job and I was very satisfied with them.

Emailed, and called company several times and was told estimate would be sent. Would not use them now. Woman at company very nice, but no estimate ever rec'd.

Dealing with Arry's Roofing Service has been a nightmare from the beginning! They did not arrive the day I was told they would by Toni, the schedule person in their office. When I phoned top ask where they were she could not answer me...she was clueless. All she said was that they would be there the next day at 8:00AM. They arrived at 8:45AM complaining about how far it was from Tarpon Springs to my house in Seminole. The three hispanic workmen proceeded to lie around my yard while another foreign man complained about what a waste of his time this job was because it was so small. He then went and sat in their truck and smoked. The only person working was an older man. When the "job foreman" Jim Fisher arrived the hispanic people got up and began helping. I left for work at 9:30AM. When I returned at 1:30 PM they crew was totally gone! The Pinellas County Inspector was there in order to do the "In Progress" inspection.....he was amazed they were gone too. He flunked it beacuse the proper paperwork was not there and no pictures were taken of what they found underneath the old roof, as required. It flunked the "Final Inspection" due to loose roofing tiles, no pitch to the roof, gaps in the flashing and an overall poor job of construction. It is now four months since I signed the contract with them and my roof leaks now MORE than it did initially. I have requested my deposit of $1034 be returned. They refuse to return it. I refuse to let them back on my property to attempt any repairs because I am fearful of more damage to my house and roof! They obviously spend a lot of money on glossy advertising, it is a pity that they do not spend it on their workmanship. I would never recommend them to anyone!

They have an excellent reputation. They were very cooperative. They sent someone out 5 times and they did considerable work on our roof. They spent a good amount of time on our roof and they weren't able to stop the leak, which I guess happens every now and then. I believe that they were very sincere in trying and that they made every effort possible to find the leak. We have no complaints with them.

The job went very well. My roof has lots of steep angles and was not a simple project. Arry's made sure the roof is absolutely beautiful! Every person I dealt with was very pleasant and very professional. They would arrive early every morning and worked every day (except one rainy day) until the job was done. One small area had a detail that wasn't quite to my liking, so they came back and fixed it right up. I am very pleased with the work from start to finish and would highly recommend Arry's Roofing.

Once the project was begun, it took only one day to complete, 12 hrs. The job was professionally done, cleanup was complete, I was very satisfied with the work.

My experience with Arry's was almost absurdly personable; they were wonderful to work with. They were very very patient with a few unexpected elements ... I had trouble getting an old abandoned phone pole removed that abutted the roof, and they simply gave me the time i needed. Minor hiccup in getting the permit for the type of roof, given the historic district ... but we got through that too. I dropped by a few times during the days the project was going on, and they were hard at work each and every time. I'll look forward to hiring them again, and have already referred them to friends.

They did excellent work! The workers were punctual each day and friendly to work with. They took pictures of the roof during the process to keep us informed. The cost seemed comparable, I was impressed with their detailed proposal. I appreciated the good work.
