From start to finish, the job was performed well. Whatever issues were discovered was resolved immediately. Overall, they were very responsive to my needs.

Arry's sent John over who confirmed what I had suspected was causing the leak. He strongly urged me to do the repair myself as it would be easy and save me lots of money. I found his honesty very refreshing and will recommend Arry's to my friends.

Performed a thorough inspection of the attic and roof trying to find the source of a small leak on the bedroom ceiling. The source of the leak was not evident, and the inspector provided various sources for the leak. He also provided estimates of the cost for trying to locate and fix the leak. The inspector was very honest about the potential cost of trying to locate a small leak, and in the end, we decided to just monitor the ceiling for leaks in the future. I will definitely call Arry's back for future roofing needs as they performed a thorough inspection and an honest analysis of the situation.

From start to finish it was a very professional job with no big disruption at all. I'm so happy that we picked Arry's for this job. They got all the nails from the previous roof and cleaned up everything. I will definitely recommend Arry's to anyone needing a new roof!!

The services were fine. They patched the roof and I am not happy with the way the roof looks. The chimney looks kind of "funky". If the roof doesn't leak then we will use them again in the future.

The start date was delayed a few weeks due to huge number of reroofing in my neighborhood. Otherwise all went well.

Fantastic job. The crew showed up early every day and worked steadily, so the entire job was done in four days, faster than I had anticipated. No surprises on final cost - right on estimate. They were very careful with the exterior, and took particular care of my treasured huge gardenia tree. Their clean-up, every day and at the end, was impeccable - not a scrap of debris anywhere. Quite a difference from the job by another contractor down the street with wrappers and empty boxes flying all over the neighborhood.

His quote was between 2 and 5 thousand dollars higher than the other quotes we received. He was very professional with a good presentation. Had his quote been lower we may have gone with him.

They orginally estimated the work to be 2 days and they finished without a lunch break on the first day. They are very very well coordinated. They had to take off the satelite dish and was able to have them put it back on at the end of the day. The roof looks excellent. They fixed different aspects of my roof and did a very nice job.

They are a topnotch company. They advertise in the magazine every month. They were professional. They were fast and they did a good job. They were straight forward. I would tell people that they do a professional job. They do what they say they are going to do. They don't rip one off. Their price was good because there wasn't much difference between other companies. I would use them again in the future if need be.

We had a challenging roof leak. Arry's did a total of three repairs before it was finally (here's hoping) corrected. The company was very professional, helpful and responsive. They honored my initial fee and kept at the repair until the problem was resolved.

Overall, my insurance company, that I had been with for years with no claims, now saw me as a guy with a baseless claim and cancelled my policy. I feel that if I had not submitted the claim, I could have had a few more years on the roof, or at the very least, the insurance company would have cited roof age and insisted on replacement, rather than boot me completely.

Acquired an estimate only from them. They responded to my material change RFQ's promptly, and were well connected with industry sources and procedures. Used another company only due to discovered complications in repairs and timing to achieve a target date. Would recommend them as a worthy source for a fair quote ,though I can't speak to workmanship etc as I didn't use these folks .

Arry's Roofing put a new stone coated metal roof on my house. I have a 1926 Sears Craftsman house. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were very responsive when I called, and were immediately available if I had any questions. They performed their service on about the date they said they would, and it took about as long (week and a half) as they had said to expect. They were very professional polite and informative, did an exemplary job, and the roof looks fantastic. The price was fair, considering it was quite an unusual type of metal roof, and I had quite a bit of rotten wood that needed replacing. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves every day they were there. I would highly recommend Arry's Roofers to anyone who needs roof work done!

Over all the re-roof went well. We had them come out to provide a quote in July, decided to use them in August. The contract was mailed to us and we signed and returned it towards the end of August. They then mailed the dirveway release and Notice of Commencement for us to fill out. I'm not sure why those are mailed seperate but, they should be mailed at the same time, to save postage and time. Throughout this whole time our flat roof was leaking. It took approximately 4 weeks to have the job scheduled from the time they received the Notice of Commencement/Driveway release. A tarp should have been placed on the flat roof the minute the contract was signed. It took some prodding to change the schedule up (we had some big events come up) and have them come out with a tarp. That was really our only issue. Once that was overcome, the roof install went great, the workers are clean, neat and efficient as well as friendly. They took pictures of the rotted wood sections and pictures after wood was replaced. They cleaned up everyday and the roof looks great. I would use them again. Thanks Arry's!

We were very impressed by them and they are going to be doing this work. They are working with us and are going to adjust to our schedule and do the job on a Friday. I looked up their record and the man that owns the business is on the board of the Pinellas County Roofing Association. They have a high ranking with the vendor who provides the materials that will be used on our roof. Their prices are reasonable.
