The service was great, everything from beginning to finish was exemptional, the sales rep came, he did an inspection, they honored the quoted estimate, the work was done very professionally, they called to update me everytime, they were very neat, they cleaned up after everyday's work. they performed a full inspection after the project and they send their project manager to inspect and make sure that I am fully satisfied. In my opinion, they lived up to their high standards which other companies sometimes failed to do. I am extremely happy with their work and their reliability and I would gladly recommend them to anyone that would need a roofing service.

The whole process was very professional. I was kept informed every step of the way by very courteous and hard working staff members. Everything was done on time and the contract was fulfilled as stated.

The work was completed in the time frame the salesman said it would. The work crew did a very good job, cleaned up after every day and the workmanship was to our satisfaction.

After careful consideration having received three different estimates, my fiancé and I decided to go with Arry’s for our new roof. Boy, were we disappointed! Following the project and knowing what I know now, I went back and read a lot of the bad reviews and our experience seemed to fall right in line with everyone else’s. Our main complaint is Very poor communication. Once they get you under contract, then they essentially do not maintain contact with you, especially after the project starts. We had them come out and start the project, but then left in the middle of the day and never came back. We were confused as to what had occurred and why the project just stopped. They did find terminate damage and couldn’t continue which I do understand; however, no one called to communicate that to us! We had to call the next day to find out what was happening and what we needed to do. We also had to ask them FOUR DIFFERENT times to remove our gutters. When the salesman came out and did the estimate, he told me that gutter removal would be free of cost. I told him I wanted that. I also asked about it and confirmed that I wanted it when I signed the contract. We had to call them again when they stopped working because they left the gutters on. They came back out and only removed half. I didn’t panic because they still had to finish the roof. However, once the roof was completed, the gutters on the back of the house were still left on and when I called to ask, I was told “It’s not in your contract”. Needless to say, they came out and removed my gutters, but they couldn’t come out until the day the company that I hired to put new gutters on was coming out. Then they called me that morning and stated they were running late. The overall quality of the work they did was fine. My roof looks good. However, I’d strongly suggest going with a different company. If I had to do it again, I would not choose Arry’s. Once they got my money, they didn’t really seem to care about me, my home, the project, or any sort of communication. I had to call all the time to ask for things I never received. I specifically dealt with Kristen and while she was polite, she didn’t seem to recall anything we had ever discussed and I spoke with her probably about once per week. It got so bad that I actually started to having to document my conversations with her because I frequently had to reference dates, times, and what we talked about when trying to get services that I had to pay a lot of money for. The bottom line, when you’re paying the amount of money that you’ll pay for a service, the company should be bending over backwards to ensure you’re happy, communicated to, and have a thorough understanding and idea of what’s going on and Arry’s does not do that.

Very well, staff were courteous. Very punctual and cleaned up well after each day. Office staff were competent and friendly to deal with.

They looked at the job but decided that for whatever reason, they didn't want it. I respect the fact that they clearly and promptly advised me that the didn't want my job. I was dismayed as I really wanted to work with this company, but I hope to work with them in the future.

Everything went very well from the salesperson to the support personnel to the installers. The whole company has provided first class professional service.

Arry's placed a roof on my home starting on Tuesday, May 1. Communication regarding my project was great up until that point. Ronald was my sales person and he is very good at his job. He explained how Arry's was the premier roofing company in this area and would do the perfect job for me. I had a small water leak in my family room from Irma. Callie and Rebecca kept me updated with calls while I waited for my turn to get a new roof. Unfortunately, I felt things fell apart once the work began. The crew spoke spanish and their foreman Rodrigo, spoke some english but still I felt there was a communication problem that led me to call the office that first day and ask to speak with a supervisor.I wanted to just review my contract with the workers who where doing the work and speak to them about my problem areas of the roof. I was told one would come out, but no one ever did. The workers continued to work Wednesday, May 2 and then where to finish up on Thursday, May 3. The foreman showed up at 6pm that night to finish the job, but I asked him not to work on my house as I was not happy with the wood working completed on the soffit and fascia. My chimney had chunks of stucco chipped off from them replacing the flashing. I explained I wanted to speak with a supervisor and was again calling the office on Friday. I finally spoke with Johnny on Monday, May 7 regarding my situation and the poor workmanship. He agreed and promised to make it right, which they did. I am now happy with my roof and my only hope is that it holds up to what this company has promised me. I also went with the 25 year Golden Pledge, but time will tell on that. I guess, I am left wondering Arry's .. if you are the premier roofing company in this area .. and your workers are suppose to be the best .. WHAT HAPPE

Very satisfied with overall work. The completed job looks very good and I hope these shingles last as long as the origins ones. The job was completed in 4 days but could have been completed sooner but there were only 3 workers on the last day. Was a little disappointed with clean up. The crew left a pile of trash and unused materials on our driveway on the last day. They were going to leave the pile right outside our garage but wife insisted that it be moved to end of driveway. Arry's did not provide the crew with a truck or trailer for trash removal on last day. Someone did come on the next day and remove all of the trash. The work crew was conscientious in cleaning up debris at the end of each day. I was not real happy with the administration. During the entire process, I spoke to at least 6 different employees. I would have preferred dealing with just one person. Also, the ELk shingles that were removed were much thicker than those installed. Had I known initially, I would have likely chosen a more expensive shingle. Overall, the job looks good. Just hope these shingles last.

Arry’s roofing completed work on my tile roof to repair a leak over my garage as well as some fascia repair. I was very impressed with the professionalism, communication, and final outcome of the work performed. From the point of signing a contract for repair, the company called with weekly updates on scheduling to keep me updated on any changes to my scheduled repair date. Once the date of repair arrived, the team of workers arrived on time, were courteous, and kept the work area clean over the two day period. Most importantly, they focused on ensuring the root cause of the leak was found and repaired. They removed tile, replaced wood sheathing, water membrane, and did some rerouting of the water flow. I felt based on communication with the team leader that they were experienced, knew what they were doing, and identified cause of the leak and repaired it.

Although we didn't hire them, the staff was awesome at responding to the problem we were having. Another roofer we had contacted earlier came through first but I would definitely consider Arry's in the future and recommend them!

I like their value for the dollar, their quality work, more professional, better outcome. The work is scheduled for October.

The experience was very good. They’re very professional, excellent staff. They kept us update on the status of when the work was going to be done and explained everything thoroughly. I used this company because of previous experience with this company.

I didn't feel this was the "Premium Roofing Company" they advertise themselves to be. One crew member spoke english and did not communicate during the process. Cleaned up somewhat.

Excellent, although sales person would not return calls for more info after contract was signed. the office staff was very helpful.

When we had the house inspected the inspector said I think there some problems with the roof and you might want to get a roofer to look at it before you agree to buy the house. They are really good. So they are coming back this Friday to fix it.

They were prompt, on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and did a really good job. They also periodically email me to make sure there's no problems. They're a really, really good company. The estimate that they gave me was exactly what I paid; they didn't try to overcharge me at all. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was a extremely complex job, made especially difficult with the varying pitch of the dome -shaped room. Through-out the process the team from Arry's was extremely professional, helpful and considerate of safety concerns.

There was a salesperson that came out and he was actually pretty good. He came out and helped us through the process. We knew what shingle we want, it was just a matter of telling him that, "Hey, this is the shingle we want.". Then, they went with the measurement. They communicated all that information to us when they'd be able to do it. The estimate for the roofing was exactly what they said it would be. Their price is good and they stuck to their price. I think their salesperson was professional and it's obvious he's been doing it for a while. They actually didn't go on the roof, I think they used google maps to size the roof. I would use them again, I don't think I'd go to anyone else.

They were good. ?They showed up when they said they were going to and did what they said they were going to do. ?There was a longer bit or area that needing replacing once they got in there. ?They were able to do it on the spot and the difference in pricing was phenomenal. ?It was great.

We had 10 estimates and they were a little higher than the others but their sales person was the only one to go in our attic and inspect the roof from the inside. They also had great insurance coverage. The roof was 18 years old and we chose to replace it. We even had an Attic Breeze solar fan installed. They worked 12 hour days and finished 44 squares in 2.5 days. The GAF American Harvest shingles look great and the Attic Breeze fan has reduced the amount of air conditioning I need to cool the house.
