Excellent. They were professional, on time and did a through job. If I were to purchase a new roof I would have Arry's do the work.

He said in order to get the skylight installed I needed a structural engineer. He told me that the structural engineer will call me within a week and I never heard from that structural engineer. I received the quote for installing the skylight which was $1500 and they gave me in August when I first moved in here.

Work started 3 weeks after contract date Work was to start 4-6 weeks after contract received by office. I signed the contract on.14 Oct.; Work actually started 18 Dec.. Communication to customer by roofer very poor or non existent. I had to call every week to get a status. Outside of that aggravating office scheduling , workmanship and professionism was excellent. Supervisor was very accommodating. The finished job was perfect; we have the best looking roof in the tract. iArry's needs to improve their customer relations with regard to scheduling and customer com skills.There is nothing worse than waiting to have a job done and you never get a definite date. The inspector/estimator did an excellent job working with my insurance and insurance inspector .

Completed in one day. Excellent job. Very professional. Liked the materials they used.

I immediately reported the situation to Condominium Associates which manages my community. They suggested I speak directly with Mike, Arry's on sight supervisor. Mike admitted to me that they did indeed disconnect the thermostat wire because it was in the way. He could give me no good reason why they did not reconnect the wire. He just kept repeating that they had to disconnect it because it was in the way. I relayed the conversation to Condominium Associates thinking they hired Arry's so they should deal with the situation on my behalf. I also reported the situation to the president of my HOA. According to Gay Rosetti, Community Manager at Condominium Associates, Arry's claimed they did not cause the damages (even though there were no other parties working on the roof during that period of time). Condominium Associates said I needed to deal with Arry's directly to recoup my damages. On Nov. 5, I spoke with Arry's receptionist, Sandy, who said she would report my grievances to the production department and they would get back to me. I have yet to receive the courtesy of a response from Arry's.

The pitch of the roof is steep and it was hard to find someone to do it. But Arry’s did it and they did a good job. They were very prompt and very professional. The price was exactly what they bid. I give them an A on the work but it was really difficult to get the documentation out of them. We needed to have it certified that we had done the roof so that we could get cheaper insurance. Their work was great. They did the job in one day. They're very good roofers.

Arry's Roofing provided an estimate for a complete re-roof on my rental property. Jayson was very prompt and professional, and he followed up with me after the estimate was provided. The estimate was competitive but I ended up using another company for various reasons. I felt compelled to write this review because 3 other roofers I contacted agreed to provide estimates but never followed through. I will keep Arry's in mind for my next roofing project.

I called Arry's and made an appointment for 10/7/13. This was three weeks in the future, but that seemed to be the standard wait time, based on other roofers I called. On 10/7, Chuck Ankrom came by, early for his appointment (which was great for me). He said that he knew when he pulled up where the problem was. There is an architectural flaw in my roof that channels water into a "dead valley" and practically guarantees a leak. Chuck said he has seen many such flaws, so he figured it out right away. He reviewed the inside and outside and crafted a resolution that would solve my problem. Chuck explained that merely patching the dead valley would only be a stop-gap measure. He said that we needed to redesign the roof to eliminate the problem; that would stop the leak from ever coming back. He took picutres and explained in detail what he felt we should do. As he described the work, I started getting a sinking feeling. It sounded expensive. REALLY expensive. Guess what? It was! Chuck explained that Arry's did not want to put a band-aid on a problem that would just come back later. The solution was estimated to be $3500 plus customization necessitated by my protruding entrance eave. I fully believe that Chuck's plan would solve my issue forever, but the price was simply too high. I have the highest regard for Arry's dedication to quality and, had I the money, I most likely would have simply used them to replace my whole roof while making the change (at merely twice the cost; a real bargain). Unfortunately, I could not afford that.

They arrived on time and worked diligently, and completed the roof In two days, as promised. They carefully went around the house and used a magnet to pick up any nails remaining in the grass. The had A $500 discount coupon in one of their ads and they honored that. And after all was said and done, they sent me a tin of fancy cookies. My dad had used their services at his home and was so pleased that he insisted I use them. I am thrilled that I listened to him.

We had an appointment at 9:30 and at 9:15 he called us to tell us that an earlier appointment had run longer than expected and gave us a new appointment time. He was neatly dressed. He brought lots of information with him and a display of shingles to chose from. He gave a lengthy presentation before he went onto the roof. He assured us of the best workers and that they use the best American made materials only. Then he went onto the roof to examine and measure it. Afterward, he went into the office in his truck and calculated the estimate. He said that the roof was not in bad shape, but will need to be replaced within one or two years. He estimated it being a $10,000 job and even gave us 2 coupons for his company, one for us to use and one to give away to a friend. He said that it would be two weeks before the work could be started. We declined his offered just because the other companies that examined the roof said that we did not need a new roof. He did not get upset that we did not want to move forward with the job. He was just as nice. I'm sure that the job would have been done properly, but we were just not able to move forward with this company.

I could not have asked for better service. From the first phone call to the courier picking up my payment, everyone was cheerful and knowledgable. I was given complete information, so I knew what to expect, and when to expect it. And, was given rationale for the roof repair process, materials to be used, and several before and after photographs. My home was built in 1946 and the chimney was placed near a roof valley. Building codes have since been written so that homes do not have valleys near chimneys. With the heavy and wind-blown rains earlier this summer, my 17 year old roof had some leakage at the chimney flashing area. This area was repaired by replacing roofing for about a 4-5 foot area around the chimney. Just a few examples of attention to detail and behaviors that impressed me: The workers were punctual, neat and professional. Even though there was no debris on my driveway, they used a blower before leaving the property. The ladder to the roof was against an eave and Jorge used a piece of rug to protect the eave. I cannot imagine ever using another company for roofing. In an ideal world, all companies were run like Arry's

They fixed the leak, replaced a section of the roof. very nice repairmen did good job neat and clean. can not ask for anything more, they do a great job.

I need a fix price - I can't engage a contractor that gives me an open-ended quote. It is not wise.

From the first contact I made to request a quote until the completion of the job I was impressed with every person I came in contact with. They all did what they said they would do and in a timely manner. When weather delayed the start I was kept informed and the job was rescheduled to my satisfaction. It was obvious to me by the time that the job was completed that this company performed as promised. I have waited to submit this review until I was satisfied that the area repaired was doing the job. we have had numerous strong rains and strong wind and have not had an incidents.

Noticing a leak under the eves of my roof, I needed some repair? After looking at several reviews on Angie's list, I made contact with Arry's Roofing Service in Tarpon Springs?. their representative came, took measurements, and presented me with the estimate needed to get the work done?. Follow up from their office coordinated an appointed day for the work to be done. The workers came on the morning promised, and performed all work in a quality and professional manner?. The blend in to the existing roof cannot even be detected without close inspection, and their work was high quality!! Their cleanup was very thorough leaving no scrap materials, especially nails in my yard. I have now discovered that I need further work done on a flat roof? MY FIRST CALL is back with Arry's Roofing! My ONLY complaint is that because of their high quality work, they are VERY busy? with that, it took them about three weeks to schedule the work? but a price I'm willing to pay for top quality work!

We got 4 estimates and negotiated with the 2 lowest which also had dedicated roofing crews and the best flat roofing material. We went with Arry's because they had a 6 months same as cash option. The work was done in 2 days as they planned. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. They worked off our driveway instead of having to drive into the back yard. They cleaned up each day and did no damage to any of our extensive landscaping or our gutter guard system. They recommended an inspector and our insurance company gave us a nice discount. The GAF shingles we used also had both a Golden Pledge Warranty rebate and a Roofs For Troops rebate which was a great perk. Our only issue was that our custom built mailbox was damaged by their large truck. Arry's paid for a contractor to come out and rebuild it to our specifications and it's nicer than our original. We would highly recommend them for any roofing or repair work.

They are always booked well in advance -- so if you need quick work, you'll have to find someone else. Now this is not a bad thing, unless you're in real trouble with your roof. The reason for it, is they do a great job, but it takes time to do it. They came out to do the estimate when promised. They came out to do the work when promised. The were clean and efficient. They guarantee their work. A year+ later no leaks. Job well done.

I was told I was outside of their service area in 33647. But Angie's list show they service customers within 5 miles of our address. They should limit their coverage area in their advertisements

This contractor was selected for the replacement of the 22-year-old original shingle roof on my New Tampa house, after estimates from and discussions with four other contractors. Bona fides regarding the quality of product and workmanship Arry's delivered were comparable or superior to those of all competitors, and with the cash discount their price came in at $500 less. I was not disappointed. They moved quickly to secure necessary permits, and scheduled the job shortly thereafter. The work was accomplished in three days, with a minimum of fuss and mess. They took careful precautions to protect my plantings, and cleaned up everything when they were done. The cleanup including patching an abrasion that had been made on one wall by a piece of heavy equipment, a repair performed so well that I can no longer even tell where the ding was. They also replaced a few screens that had received minor tears, all without being prompted. The new roof is beautiful.

AAry's was recommended by 2 contractors I trust We got a quote that was accepted for shingle replacement and installation of a vented insulation made by Atlas, venting under the eaves and on top and fixing a flat roof joint that had a small leak The crew came on the day scheduled removed the shingles and let the electrician and insulation crew do their work as planned When installing the vented insulation shortly after starting the supervisor was called on an other job and did not return. The crew installed it wrong and I had to point out the mistakes that were confirmed by Atlas customer service rep whom I called I called Aary's who spoke with the only English speaker worker on site and he corrected the mistake that was blocking the air intake .If I had not caught the mistake it would have been covered and would have resulted in a waste of money since its purpose was defeated and it would have been out of sight. When installing the drip line the same mistake restricting air intake was made again indicating they did not have an understanding of the function of the venting system. Arry's son came to see the problem and agreed that it had not been done right. By then itthe shingles were being installed and I agreed to have part of the roof cut with a sawsall to allow air circulation which created an ugly uneven cut.... Above our veranda roofing nails should have been placed on the beams but were shot in the underlayment exposing the end and damaging the wood They later on fixed them by cutting the ends off...... No vents on the 2 nd floor roof under the eaves were installed as discussed nor was there the upper vent installed. When i pointed out one of the workers went to home depot to get them and installed it cutting trough the roof and shingles No venting intake was installed either on the living room side. I had to point it out to get it done I called the company and got a call from AARY who was on a business trip I described the issues and my disapointment . he said that he would come and check by himself but never bothered. I spoke with his son who came and had some minor points fixed. ( nails) and he said that they would come fix the flat roof leak as per contract . The membrane on the flat roof part was not properly sealed as witnessed by the inspector Several days later I got a call asking for balance and pointed out that the job was not finished. I had to argue and said that the flat roof was not done. they sent a man to do it and they gave me a credit for that $ 400 repair charge In conclusion they may be OK to slap on shingles but do not ask them to do anything more complicated When i checked with ATLAS they specifically said that before installation the crew needed to be trained for the venting system to work adequately This was not done and the lack of onsite supervision made things worse. I was not looking for a financial compensation. an apology or a little concern would have been appropriate I just wanted a professional company doing what they were contracted to do for what we had agreed. The owner was very professional and actually made an appearance every day to check progress and even made the effort to come by after the roof was finished. The workers were very polite and professional and cleaned up every day before they left. Their service was very prompt in coming by to go over the old roof and got us a quote promptly, and then came over with samples and helped guide us in our decision. They had a genuine interest in what would work best for us. The price was very fair and more than competitive in my opinion. We have received so many compliments on the quality and appearance of the new roof and gutters.

We are totally pleased with our new metal roof and the service provided by Arry's two crews. No question in my mind how Arry's consistently receives high ratings. This was our third roof replacement, and now I'm retired, so I took an interest in watching the roofers' progress. The old roof removal crew was very careful of our property. They covered all our plants then laid down planks over our sidewalk for the truck that hauled-off the old shingles. This crew wasted no time in cleaning-off the roof then applying the rubberized Polystick underlayment. Our insurance company wanted this type of adhesive underlayment as a secondary water barrier. The metal roof crew spent a week covering our roof's multiple ridges and valleys. Building a metal roof takes more time than the asphalt shingle roof. They fastened each interlocking tile with stainless steel screws rather than nails. The foreman, Nemo, spent extra time in waterproofing three areas of the roof that had been prone to water damage. Arry's roofers worked well with another company (Crasea Structures) that rebuilt our fireplace chimney. When the job was complete, Arry's provided photo documentation of the roof construction for the insurance company, realtor, etc.
