They came right away, they were here for a couple of hours, replace a few shingles.They are very thorough and checked everything. It was just wonderful. They are always extremely responsive and easy to deal with.

The insurance paid most of it. The service was basically pretty good. It took a little bit longer than what they had said initially, but that was no big deal. The workers were good; they were fine. They cleaned up the area before they left for the most part. There were a few things that I found but nothing terrible or outrageous. They showed up on time.

We contacted Arry's roofing for a quote. They were very quick to provide a reasonably priced quote. The sales person (Sean) was very professional and knowledgable. It took us awhile to make a decision but we finally decided to go with Arrys. I contacted them early December to get started. We agreed upon a start date (12/16) and all was well. On 2/16 they were a no show, when I called them they said they would be there the next day around noon as they had to wrap up a small job in Palm Harbor. The next day when they again didn't show I waited until 3:30 to call them back. I got a return call the next morning and it seems they had me confused with someone else and would need to reschedule. I then told them that we would need to push the start date to January because I had too much going on over the holidays. The next morning they arrived at my door at 7:15 am expecting to start the project. I had to turn them away since I had a rather large party planned for that evening. We agreed on 1/5 to begin the project. On 1/5 the team arrived on time and replaced the roof. They did a great job on the new roof however, did significant damage to many tiles on my larger roof and made the biggest mess that I could have ever imagined. I was thankful that I had turned them away on 12/19 (large party day). Once again I started the scheduling rotation with the office staff. They sent a supervisor out to take a look at the damage. He seemed to agree there was damage done to tile roof. He got in his truck and left. After 3 weeks and showing pictures of the damage and speaking to the owner at the St Pete home show on 1/25 I had to initiate contact with them. On 2/11 I called the office and was told that they had already repaired the roof. I work from home so had to question when they did that without my knowledge. I did receive a call back later that day saying once again they had mistaken me for someone else. They once again apologized and scheduled the repair. This brings me to today, 2/20. Arrys sent a crew yesterday to fix the issues caused by the original team. That team was led by Jorge. I have to say that Jorge and his helper did a wonderful job. They went above and beyond what was needed to repair the damage and left the place cleaner than when they started. Overall, I score Arrys a B because they did eventually fix the issue and the roof looks good. Getting to resolution was not an easy process.

I felt he had a negative attidude from the start when he was talking about my insurancy company. He said my roof would last 5-10 more years. I had someone else come out and inspect it afterwards, and he said there is a hole as big as a baseball in my roof.

They were very professional and very responsive. Great customer service!!! They showed up when they said they would...did what was needed to fix the leak and cleaned up. They have checked back several times to make sure that we were satisfied.

Included some replacement of wood. Old roof was also installed by Arry's. We have patronized Arry's for years and have always gotten good service. Note: the $28,000 included new gutters which were installed at the same time, by a vendor who was recommended by Arry's. Can't recall exact cost of just the roof. .

Final Update: The work has been completed and all leaks repaired. The company took off $300 from the final bill because of siding damage by the first team. Total number of man hours spent on this repair was 81 so the company took a loss from the work done by the first team that needed to be completely redone. The company did all they could to remedy the faulty repairs of the first roofing team. The first team was an F, the second team was an A, but I cannot really give the company more than a C because of all the problems. We would not use them again or recommend them. Here are the previous reviews: Jan 23 - A different team from the first came out to redo the work on the roof. They arrived on time, and worked from 8:00 am until 6:00 steadily, replacing shingles, and repairing the previous roofer's work, at least cosmetically. They made every effort to be sure the work was acceptable and asked me to look at the roof before they left. They fixed all my suggestions. They stopped work before a rain storm. Then roof still leaked. They still needed to put some sealant and gravel material on a section of flat roof. Jan 12 - Scheduling was difficult and lengthy. We had an estimate in December. After the estimate was done, the contract needed to be signed and mailed before work was scheduled. We waited for a call and finally were scheduled for repairs to be done on Jan. 8. We were called by the office no less than 4 times to confirm the date. On Jan. 8th they were supposed to arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 am. The team of three arrived at 2:00 due to a scheduling mix up. The first day they worked from 2 to 4:30. The next day the team arrived at around 8:30 but stopped at 2:00 because they ran out of materials. The next day was Saturday. A team of two arrived and left around 2 or 3. There was more damage than anticipated and more men were needed. Monday they arrived on time at 8:30 and left at around 10. The team leader said the work was complete and to call if there were any further leaks. It rained heavily and the leaks were still there, pouring into the family room. So we called. But...on examination out the bedroom windows - wood was left exposed, metal flashing seams and roofing tar is exposed, and the frame of the window is exposed on the outer edges. Shingles don't meet. On the back roof, shingles were crooked and buckled. The entire job looks terrible. I can't believe this is the same "A" company everybody is reviewing.

Excellent job, very professional and high quality work. More expensive than others, but MUCH better products, and house looks great! Would use them again!

Chuck was on time, personable, professional and gave a bid on-the-spot. He was not able to complete the lanai roof cover but recommended Boyles Aluminum, another company easily referenced on Angie's List. The one chimney cap cited by our inspector Arry's determined a cost to replace (along with wind guard) of $1280. We got a second and then a third opinion (each contractor felt BOTH chimney caps in need of replacement) and we selected B. Griffith Roofing. They replaced both chimney caps/wind guards at cost of $1400 along with repair of lanai roof cover ($1800). Consequently, Boyles estimate to replace the same lanai roof was $3360 vs. B. Griffith's, so not only was Arry's more expensive for work they were capable of performing, the company they referred, Boyles, was more expensive than B.Griffith (who was able to perform both lanai AND chimney cap). The third bid for replacement of TWO chimmney caps/wind guards was $1500. I have no idea what Arry's would have charged for BOTH chimney caps, but since $1280 was most definitely for only one, I am giving them a 'C' for price on this item. As he did not cite the second chimney as needing a new cap/windguard, and two other roofing contractors did, I gave Arry's a 'B' on quality (although this is a very subjective matter when no work is actually performed). Since we had an issue with B. Griffith on their ROOFING job (that was later made right by Brett, the owner), I would STILL call Arry's for replacement of our shingle ROOFING in the future, based not on price but on Angie's references and on Chuck's promptness, courtesy, and professionalism, hoping that if we selected Arry's for roofing, their team would exhibit his same work ethic (thereby earning an 'A' for quality).

We can't say enough good things about this company. Yes, they were a bit more expensive than other estimates, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. ---- Chris was the first individual we dealt with. He was prompt for the appointment with us, had all the information necessary such as type of shingle, colors to choose, and the warranty information. He inspected our roof, gave us an estimate, and we signed the contract. We were informed that the office would get in touch with us when the company put us on their schedule as they were 3-4 weeks out before they could get to us. We explained that we would need at least a one week notice as we had to have a solar panel removed prior to the roofing company arriving. We were assured they would give us plenty of lead time and they did. Their office staff called us way in advance of the job so we could call the solar company to remove the solar panel in ample time. ---- The next person we dealt with was Mike. He was the supervisor of the crew who worked on removing our old roof and put on our new roof. What a wonderful crew. On the scheduled day, they were here on time and worked like a precision team. Old roof off and ready to be shingled by around 1pm. Then we ran into a snag which was not the fault of anyone. The company delivering the shingles could not get their truck up our driveway as we have quite a steep incline. So shingles could not be delivered that day and would have to be delivered the next day on a different type of truck. Mike and his crew 'dried us in' so we did not have to worry about any rain damage should rain come. Mike informed us they would be back to finish the job the day after the shingles were delivered. The next morning the other company delivered our shingles on a different type of truck. After they left, to our great surprise, Mike and his crew showed up to finish the job late that afternoon. Mike had seen rain might be on the way and did not want us to worry. Now remember we were not expecting to see this roofing crew until the next day. The crew once again was a precision team. They worked until dark and we had a beautiful new roof. --- Before leaving each day the roofing crew walked around the perimeter of our house with magnets to pick up all nails and any trash from old roof and new shingles. We were particularly impressed by this as we have had roofs replaced on other homes and never had such a total clean-up afterward. --- After job was finished, we dealt with Stephanie in the office to finish paying the bill. We received all the warranty paperwork and the waiver and release of lien upon final payment within a matter of days. --- Again, we just can't say enough good things about this company. Even our neighbors who watched them work were impressed with the job Arry's did and several have said to us that when it comes time to redo their roof Arry's will be the company they choose. Thank you Arry's for a job well done!

Chuck came out and inspected the entire roof before giving an estimate on the repair. He pointed out a few little places where there were also minor issues, and included them in the price of the major repair. On the day the work was done, the crew arrived right on time, made all repairs, and cleaned up thoroughly. Everyone involved at Arry's Roofing was professional and friendly. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

They are an outstanding company. From Sales to customer service to the workers they were all great. Several of my neighbors are using them as well. I would recommend their services.

The work started off really well and continued at the same high level of quality and professionalism throughout the project. I sent a note to Arrys Roofing Services through Angie's List and was contacted the same day and we set up an appointment for their project manager Brad to come and look at the job. Brad arrived precisely on time and I explained where I had problems with the roof. Brad was very attentive and provided me with good feedback. He did a great job of listing all the work that was needed so that he could provide me with a detailed estimate on the spot. It may seem like an obvious thing but I was impressed that he went into the loft space above the house and the garage to see the extent of the problem. I have worked with roofing companies before who were nowhere near this detail oriented. He also came prepared with an external photograph of the roof so he could mark it up for the roofers. I agreed to move forward with the work and we agreed on a date between 2-4 weeks out. At one point to looked like the dates were going to slip when Stephanie in the office called me to say that they had a tile delivery delayed on another project so they could send a whole crew out on the following Monday if that worked for me. It was due to rain in the afternoon on the Monday so I was a little nervous, but they had obviously assessed this risk and sent out a 6 or more person crew so they could work on both areas of the roof at the same time. I love it when I work with companies that can react to changing circumstances and do whatever is needed to keep the customer fully satisfied. I really appreciated their responsiveness and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The provider was very professional, punctual, friendly and clean cut. They said the big deal I purchased was not applicable for the work I needed. I decided that I wanted to go with a different company as of now but may return.

We were pleased from the beginning. Our first contact with Arry's was pleasant and professional. They explained all the options and expectations. Work began on scheduled. The crew was very prepared and professional. I was delighted with the work and materials. The supervisor on the job was very good at communicating plans and progress and I was pleased that he followed up after completion to review things with us. It's great to get what you pay for.

Great company to work with and the staff are also wonderful to work with from the office, to the sales rep and the job supervisor. Not only is Jason very knowledgeable in identifying issues / problems, Jason knows the insurance industry inside out and has a very good working relationship with insurance adjusters in the area; Jason is well respected within the industry. Next I will go to Chris who was the supervisor on my job, also excellent in what he does. I wanted to discuss with Chris an area on my roof that has continued to leak since the house was built 15 years ago. There was no need, Chris had already identified the problem area and advised he worked on that section of the roof himself. Next I have had several encounters with Joshua Rector, dropping off and picking up paperwork and checks. Very nice, accommodating and professional. Office staff, Callie has been great. Callie has worked with many of the issues I had with the insurance company and my mortgage company arranging for drop-offs and pickups of paperwork. Callie was very patient even when I was on the verge of losing mine. Thank you Callie! This isn't my first experience with Arry's. Several years ago I called Arry's for the problem area I mentioned above that was leaking in my garage. They sent someone out who gave me an estimate of around $1,500. However, the inspector said let me go up again and glue some of those shingles down. He said I would know in the next few rain storms whether it worked or not. Guess what, no more leaks and no charge! This was one of the reasons I called Arry's again along with the Angie's List reviews, I felt they had very honest staff. All of the people I mentioned above have been great to work with! I had one not so pleasant experience with one of Arry's sales reps which almost caused me not to contact Arry's again and that was David. (Maybe it was just a personality conflict but...) However, I watched a roof going up behind my house and walked over to talk to the roofing company after David had been here. When I walked around the block I found it was Arry's and Chris was in the back of the truck. I mentioned to Chris that I came over to see if I could get a quote but that I already had one from Arry's and probably would not be calling them even though they were my first choice as a roofing company. Chris asked why and I said I wasn't too happy with the person that gave me the quote. Chris came over and looked at my roof and then gave me Jason Hansel's name and contact number. I called Jason the same day and started the process of contracting for a new roof. My overall experience with Arry's Roofing has been great and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future or refer friends and family to Arry's.

They showed lack of professionalism to not honor their appointment and to not even call and inform us The appointment was Monday afternoon at 4:30. On Friday before the appointment, I received a voice message from Rose and she confirmed the date and time. On Monday at 3:00, I called to make sure they're coming since I had to take time off from work. I was conveniently told by Rose that the person who was scheduled to come, Shawn, had a 'family emergency'. I was furious to hear that since they didn't bother to call and inform me about it and they didn't even apologize about it when I called them. Based on my experience, I am very surprised to see such high reviews for them on this site. Needless to say, they have lost my business for good and I will make sure others know about it too.

It was great. They're very accommodating. It was a last minute type thing, so they got us in as quickly as they could.

We have a Toll Brothers house, and as such, have been dealing with roof leaks for some time. Many of the Toll Brothers homes in our community have had the same problems with leaking roofs due to the way the roof systems were installed. In many cases, neighbors have had to completely replace their roofs, before they're even 15 years old. After a recent wind storm, two leaks became severe. Arry's was familiar with the Toll Brothers problem in our neighborhood and laid out exactly how the issues needed to be fixed, provided us with a clear, professional estimate (he printed it in his vehicle while we waited!). The Arry's salesman/estimator was uniformed, drove a company vehicle, knew his stuff, and absolutely nailed the issue right away. The work was done in a speedy and professional manner, leaving the job site clean and orderly. Since the repairs, we've had some severe weather with blowing torrential rains and so far, not a drop of water leakage. What a relief! And, with this expert repair, we're told we can delay total roof replacement for 10 years.

Sean (Sales Rep) was very informative, brought samples, explained different options and materials. Price was cheaper than the other estimates we got. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and informative, I did not think they would have it done in a day. They started at *:30 am and was finished at 2:30 pm.. Service was excellent. They cleaned up very efficiently. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

We interviewed three different companies. Arry’s was very professional, and came with a lot of brochures and samples. It took a few days and they were neat and tidy. We were so pleased that we would have been proud to have an Arry’s sign in ouryard.
