It went well. The gentleman who came over was outstanding in his professionalism.

They came out and they were supposed to do some work and they charged us $5,000 to do the work and two weeks later I had water coming through several spots in my roof, my ceiling, my kitchen, my laundry room, my bedroom and they came out and said it wasn't their fault. We had a couple of leaks and what they did is they did cosmetic fix from the outside. They didn't actually fix the roof leak at all, so it was just a mess. They came out and fixed it again and they spent a couple of weeks trying do the kitchen and they had one guy and they didn't want to spent any money on it. They patched up and they did a really poor patched job and now I will actually have the roof completely replaced because what they had done was so unacceptable. They just completely failed and they overcharged us with the fiasco. I was out of town and my wife was handling it and she didn't know anything about it but completely took advantage of her. We thought the price was fair at the time but we realized what they did was very high because they didn't do anything.

We had to reschedule a few times due to the extremely rainy weather. The technician came out did a thorough inspection of the roof. I had just experienced a suspect roof leak during all the heavy rains we were having. He found an issue and repaired it. In addition, he cleaned out my gutters.

The only response I've had to my calls to Arry's has been their post here on Angies List. The sales person has made no attempt to contact me (three months after the initial visit). I contacted a heating and ac contractor the week after Arry's visit, but Arry's wouldn't know that because they haven't followed up. I'll be working with another roofing contractor.

A few months later roof started leaking. Called Arry's, explained they had inspected roof. Wanted someone to look at problem and give estimate for repair. They denied ever inspecting it (even though I had report signed by the owner), and would not even give me an appointment to get an estimate for over two months in the future. Got an inspection by another roofer who 1) found out the roof had been done by the previous owner, not a licensed roofer, and 2) was not built to accepted standards, that there were exposed nails that would rust and cause leaks.. So I am out a large repair bill because of Arry's Roofing.

I currently have three areas of leakage from my tile roof. Reviewing Angie's list, I identified Arry's Roofing. I called two weeks ago and made an appointment for an estimate of repair or entire roof replacement. I talked to "Judy" and she informed me I was scheduled for 8/10 at 12:30 PM. I called early last week to see if I could have the appointment moved up since I was actually getting water drops from the ceiling. I was informed that they could not move my appointment up. I called them today to verify when the tech would be arriving at my home. I was told that I had "no" appointment. The best they could do is reschedule me for Thursday 8/13. I explained that when its raining I am getting more damage to the interior ceiling. The response I received was: SORRY ABOUT THAT !!!! I was provided two numbers for companies that install tarps.

I needed a new roof put onto my house. I found this company using Angies list and they seemed to be highly recommended. The gentleman came to the house and they were very friendly.( I also want to make it clear that Sean seemed to be a very nice down to earth guy. ) It took several days to receive the the estimate and when I called they said they had my email wrong..No big deal. When I received my quote, it was for 8,000 for an TPO roof. They included brochures of the material. Honest to god, that's about as simple as the estimate was. However the estimate they provided was just a lump sum of labor and material costs. I emailed a request for an actual break down of what they thought those 2 would be and they didn't respond.. Or at least haven't yet. Perhaps they are extremely busy due to all this rain we are having. (If they respond I will take this review down. I just figured 3 days should be enough time for a response of some kind.) If they planned on not responding then its concerning because a company as well graded should be able to provide someone a reasonable clue as to what $8000 is buying them from a mats and labor stand point. My roof is nothing fancy at around 900 sq ft and its considered a low sloped roof. I included the email I sent him.. As a home owner I don't consider this an outlandish request to a roofing company and if it is, then maybe i'm in the wrong. Anyways, I only wanted them to break the estimate into 2 chunks. Labor and Material. I wanted to know what I was paying for. Also, note that in their estimate... they didn't include the dimensions of my house which is kinda surprising... and something future customers should be aware of. Below is the email I sent. Aug 5 (3 days ago)to Sean Evening Sean, I was looking over your estimate and I was hoping you can break things down a bit for me. Please don?t take offense as I suspect this is normal..I?m looking to baseline my estimate into 2 cost categories so I can compare: Material Cost: To get a materials cost baseline I feel like I need to know the following A. Your measured dimensions of my roof. What did you measure it as? B. A good faith list of ?Major? materials with brand, quantity and a cost with a 10% overage to account for the unknown: Example:· X Rolls of TPO needed @ X per roll· 3 buckets of brand X screws @ X per bucket· X amount of Insulation Sheets @ X per sheet· Any other Major material Total Material cost = X Assumptions:· +$300+ (Unknown wood damage ) ß I?m already assuming we will need every bit of that. An entire cedar plank in front of the house is rotten to the core and the soffits around the house are in disarray.· I?m assuming you do these jobs often enough to have the knowledge to answer the questions above. I?m assuming you would provide receipts on materials purchased throughout the completion of the project. Labor: To get a Labor cost baseline I feel like I need to know the following: A. How many workers will be assigned I. Will they be the same workers throughout? B. How many days will the job take to complete I. If not days, how many hrs. would you expect to assign for a project this size? Total labor Estimate = X Assumptions I?ve made: · TPO installation is faster than nailing shingles · Smaller house should lead to controllable labor costs · Level of difficulty of a house this size with minimal slop should be low. If I?m wrong about any of these assumptions, please explain. I?m fascinated about construction? I do appreciate the work on this and look forward to your response Sincerely,

Great, it,s rained and we don't have any leaks on the old roof and the new roof.

Arry's has installed roofs at this home and our prior residence. They recently replaced the flat roof over the house, and repaired some damaged siding around the dormer that had weathered out. From sales to installation to service, they've got it all. They are run like a family -- like your family, not a stranger's. They seem truly pleased to get your business and they treat a customer as if they are the only one that matters. Very respectful of time and needs, very competitive in cost, great follow up and attention. I'll turn to them again when needed.

No leak was found so I didn't need any work done.

They always showed up on-time - for the appointment for the estimate, on the day of the job, and for the follow-up inspection. The estimate was thorough, fair, clearly communicated verbally and in writing, and competative and lacking ANY sales pressure. The phone contacts with the office were always pleasent, responsive and professional. They showed up on time and on schedule, worked efficiently with a minimum of intrusion. The work site was clean, they were uber-thorough in cleaning up after themselves (no stray nails, etc.). In this, they went above and beyond in my opinion, not that I am complaining. They finished on-time and on schedule. There were no "surprises" with demands for unexpected extra payments. They simply made a stressful experience easy. Their professional employees (office, sales, roofing crew) gave us confidence we had chosen the right company. We researched our options thoroughly on the list, then obtained estimates from five companies. These folks did everything right.

They showed up on time and went to work. All seemed fine until the following srping, when we had someone else up on the roof, and he said he saw a few popped nails. Maybe Arry's missed them. Maybe they popped after Arry's was here. No way to tell.

They showed up on time and did what they would said they would. It was a pain to get them scheduled and I was able to get it done. It turned out pretty good and they did a good job. However they were a little expensive.

Courteous staff, professional job and fair price. Work site was left very neat.

The service call was for a consultation.

From the first phone call, through the service work and final phone call and billing this company was excellent. They even follow up more then once to be sure everything continues to be OK. Array's Roofing is really a first class operation. I am so happy it was recommended to me by my neighbor. I would suggest to anyone reading this review that they include Array's in their search for excellent performance.

From start to finish Arry's exceeded my expectations. They stayed in constant contact with me once I committed to getting the roof installed. The project manager, Dave Braund, came out and showed the different styles and types of roof systems. He was very professional and very knowledgeable when it came to the different types. Once we finalized the deal, the company called and stated scheduling the install. Everything went off without a hitch on install day. From the dumpster guy to the equipment guy, all went smooth. Anthony and his team did an OUTSTANDING job on the new roof and all were professional and courteous. Roof looks incredible and I am very happy with what I see. THANKYOU Arry's, You guys are the BEST.

I stupidly signed up for the $195 inspection thinking it would automatically apply if repairs. My bad because it didn't say that but I was able to negotiate a price we agreed on. However, this was a difficult process involving me regularly having to initiate all contact because I would not hear a reply from them for days. Finally I signed their document agreeing to the price and they said a scheduler would get with me. Again, nothing. No contact. What they heck? Didn't they want my money? In the end it gave up on them and went with someone else who ended up charging less and did more (removed two old satellite dishes) and actually called/emailed me back promptly. I can't understand all the A's people gave for these people. Maybe they do a good job but I couldn't tell you. To be fair the actual work of the inspection went fine and was consistent with the 2nd company's findings.

It was a lot of money, but it was the best price out of the three estimates that I got. I have a big house with high pitched roof and skylights. It was very expensive, but it was cheaper than any of the others that we got with the quality that we wanted. They were supposed to start work in the June time frame and they did not get started until August. I wanted my house and my mom’s done before my brother left. It was a lot of rainy season and there were other crisis that came up for other home owners, but I felt that for all of the things that usually come up like rains during the summer is likely to happen, so they should have a plan and include that in the estimate or for the time frame they were quoting. I felt that they did not do a good job but they could have on estimating the effort in when they could start. They did respond quickly to a leak that was produced during the repair. They came out and took care of that very quickly so that was good.

Arry's was good at calling us several times before the actual beginning date to keep us informed on the scheduling of our roof. It took many weeks before they could schedule us. The crew worked all day and came back for another part day. My husband watched them quite a bit the 1st day. He and I have reroofed quite a few houses ourselves. Shortly after the job was done and it rained, my husband checked the roof to find it holding water. He could see that the sloping roof sloped back upwards near the outer edge. A roof should never hold water due to a dip in the roof. Arry's disagreed. They thought the dip would straighten out within 72 hrs. Arry's sent someone out to look and decided to do nothing. They had the roof inspected and it failed. They thought the job was just fine and they asked an inspector out again, hoping that it would pass this time. The same inspector came out and failed it again. Arry's now wanted the top city inspector to come out, hoping the roof would pass. The inspection dept. told Arry's they had to get rid of the dip in the roof. Arry's sent a crew to redo the roof and they worked a full day. It passed inspection! It looked good to my husband. We finally paid them. I would not recommend this company due to these problems. They tried to clean up after each job, but missed some things they shouldn't have, in my opinion. The salesperson was part of the family that runs this company. Nothing wrong with that, and he inspired us to have confidence in his company and their quality of work. We selected them due to their good ratings on Angie's list. We didn't like all the delays and attempts to avoid doing the job right after it's first inspection failure. We didn't need this problem. I'd rather have a company do the job right in the first place or accept the needed changes an inspector writes them up for and make the changes right away.

They were absolutely wonderful, worked hard and saved us so much money!

I read the reviews on Angie's list, called references, all seemed on the up and up, even after I interviewed 2 other companies. What a mistake I made, I do not believe the reviews are written by actual customers since this is the second time I have received bad experiences from companies on this site. After I signed the contract Array's was calling me trying to get me to change the date I chose to have my roof installed. They would leave messages on my machine only to call back and say to disregard the message because it wasn't intended for me. Two days before my install date Arrays calls me again to see if they could come by the day before to start work because of a scheduling conflict. I had to say no because I took off from work to be around, they informed me that the would be at my house sometime in the afternoon of my original date. Why they couldn't send another team out to start work in the morning is beyond me. The afternoon came and still no workers so I called the office. I was informed by Stephanie that they told me they would be there in the afternoon because I basically couldn't accommodate their last minute schedule change, but she would make a phone call. When she called back they blamed the delay on the inspector, in which the crew didn't wait around for and came to my job. Again, no phone call until I had to inquire .I watched the crew fill their cooler in the trailer with mountain dew and then walk out of the trailer and throw the empty case on my lawn, when the door was open to their trailer and they just dumped the soda's in? When they were done with their work they did a great job cleaning up their mess on land. However when they left & I went out, I happened to look on the roof and was mortified. I keep my house impeccable because I live in a community with an HOA and don't want nasty grams sent to my house. My roof was littered with hammers, buckets, electrical cords and new trim material's. Again they tell me they will be back by 10 am the next day. So I did some of my stuff and waited. Again I get a call, no explanation, just that they would be here at 11 am. So I waited and waited, by 1230 no one was here and no follow up phone call. So again I had to call, this time I called Jayson who tried to justify them leaving tools on the roof, REALLY ???? He said he didn't know what was going on but would call the office, I told him I knew exactly what was going on that the crew was having lunch, which they are entitled to. I received a phone call shortly after my conversation with Jayson & didn't answer because I was tired of hearing excuses. Do not leave my house looking like a tornado hit it and don't call to update the customer . I do not know how they received the awards they have because their office staff does not know how to schedule the work to be performed. But you bet they want their money right on time.

I cannot say enough about my total experience with Arry's Roofing. From our initial contact and inspection with Jason - he was extremely helpful and professional. The entire experience from the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new one was on time and done in a very professional manner. There finishing touched - repainting all of the roof vents to match the shingles- as well as cleanup were all A#1. I would recommend Arry's to all my neighbors and friend

They sent a team of 5 people. They worked professionally & cleaned up the mess after the repair and it was completed in one day.
