Description of Work: Although they did not fix our leaky lanai, the fellow told me an inexpensive thing to try, and even lent me his ladder and caulk gun (since I was a snowbird without tools). It was very nice of them! The gal on the phone in the office was very nice and professional when I called to set the appointment too!

Description of Work: THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME USING ANGIE'S LIST AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN ARRY'S WOULD NOT GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. IT SEEMS THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR SERVICE AREA. WHILE THE PROPERTY IS BORDERLINE I BELIEVE IT FALLS WITHIN THEIR NEW SERVICE AREA. I REQUESTED THE ESTIMATE THROUGH MICHELLE VIA E-MAIL WHO POLITELY ADVISED ME BY RETURN E-MAIL THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY REQUEST.
