Description of Work: Very nice people to deal with. I worried about the hole they said would have to be drilled through the wall of my house to run electric, but it turned out to be no problem. The two units are installed, partially buried, outside my house and everything looks very nice, operates well and the soft water is wonderful.

Description of Work: Water was tested as promised. George looked over the system and was honest about what was needed. I am thinking about purchasing the new system and appreciate his time to explain in detail the pros and cons. There was no charge for this service and information.

Description of Work: The gentleman checked our existing system and discovered it was a Culligan System with proprietary electronic circuitry. He advised contacting them and asking for one of their technicians to service the equipment. We appreciate this, as my wife and I are both nurses and have seen people try to bluff their way through procedures they weren't familiar with.

+ -1 moreTHE OWNER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID GO OVER THE PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING AND WHAT COULD BE DONE. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND THE WORK PERFORMED IN 1 HOUR TIME. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK THE WORK AND ALL THE SETTINGS FOR OUR FAMILY. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE.
