Friendly, timely, and well worth the money! The moved over 4,000lbs of house hold items and loaded them into our moving container in a little over 2.5 hours. Effective and efficient use of space within the storage container gave us peace of mind that our items would be safe during the 800 mile transit to our next house. Definitely recommend for anyone needing help moving!

All your belongings are shrink-wrapped in a very heavy duty wrap that protects all surfaces. This is not something that most moving companies do and I see it as a huge value added service. Once again, I highly recommend them. Their prices are great as well!

They took my deposit didn't show up until 5pm when scheduled for 3pm. Mike advised I had chosen a fraudulent mover in the uhaul site. I cancelled my credit card per his advice and set up for my flight from TN to FL. All this being done due to a family death! Mike took my 55 dollar deposit and Saturday I am greeted by the " fraudulent movers" as he called them who loaded my uhaul all along I'm thinking was his company! I had no idea! Two men called two men showed now Mike's A1 Affordable movers truck pulls up at 5pm I'm flabbergasted. I had no idea that the so called fraudulent movers weren't his company! Now I've paid 55 buck deposit to A1 Affordable movers who said they aren't giving back because they didn't get the job! Totally ****** to treat a human being. Especially when I just had to go to get my things due to my stepdad dying. Very disturbing they took the money for nothing and said too bad! Very sad indeed!

I was completely dreading moving as my experience with a different company was horrible. A-1 Affordable Movers has restored my faith in hiring professional movers. The team assigned to me, Jarvis and Eric, exceeded my expectations. My move went so smoothly that my daughter and I were able to relax and allow them to work their magic! Jarvis and Eric were quick, efficient, and oh so polite. They tolerated the ridiculous Florida heat without one complaint. I truly appreciated their professionalism and attentiveness to my items. Estimator came out, seemed competent and I was ready to chose this company with one change. Both my wife and I were a little put off by the logo and graphics on their trucks. To us, it creates a cheapo image that would give a wrong impression of us to new neighbors. The estimator said that they have an unmarked truck and so I requested it. I didn't get the quote. When I called Mike, the owner, He started spewing insults at me for not liking his logo. I won't repeat them here. Clearly this man does not understand the business/customer relationship. It makes me glad I saw this before hiring the company. This is not a person I would want to do business with under any circumstances.

Mike phoned me the day before my planned move to confirm arrival. AJ & Brad arrived on time & were so organized! They took good care with protecting our furniture. AND....Mike, AJ & Brad were all professional. I will definately hire rhem again & recommend to my friends.

Hello I will like to say Bryce and Ron of Affordable Movers were very professional. The morning started with a call to notify me they were encountering which included an estimated time of arrival. The came up introduced themselves accessed the items to be moved then had me to sign paperwork. Bryce and Ron worked seamlessly together from loading to unloading until the job was completed. Upon completion Ron conducts the final transaction then they left and our final receipt was emailed. I will be using Affordable Movers again. Thank You Charmaine Strong

WONDERFUL! I spoke at length to Mike, who contacted me through Angie's List. He was able to set me up with one of his crews based on the information I gave him. The 2 men who showed up were courteous, helpful, and efficient. I was immensely impressed with their professionalism and how they came prepared. I will recommend Mike and his guys to anyone - business or personal!

I recently hired A-1 Affordable Movers to load a Uhaul. Mike the owner was great, he gave me a great price and there was no unexpected fees at the end. This was the cheapest I had found. Devon and TJ were the people who actually came and moved my stuff. They worked quickly and had my I haul packed in about an hour. When I got to my new home nothing was broken. They were nice, polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have always moved ourselves due to the horror stories of damaged and stolen items from movers. Due to age and health issues we had to call on a moving company. Gods grace allowed us to find an advertisement card for A-1 Affordable Movers and it turned out to be an absolute blessing! Mike (the owner) returned all our texts in a timely manner and even worked out start times due to rain. Team AJ showed up and they were very polite and focused forward to the job at hand. The whole move took approximately 3 1/2 hours and we DID NOT experience a dent, wall bump nor damage to any of our belongings! They didn't even stop to eat the fresh donuts and ice water I provided! During my 30 years as a firefighter, perfection was always job one! A-1 has shown me that the pride in the job still exists! They will be my next moving company!

The move was awesome. The guys that you sent to move my home; how dare you send such awesome and courteous and respectful guys to move me. I mean, I tell you I DO NOT have 1 bad comment to write and that just makes me feel some kind of way about movers now; especially Mike and Kevin. It was like having 2 old friends with me the whole time. Those two showed so much professionalism and pride in there work... JUST OUTSTANDING. Prompt. Hard Working. Not a Problem. Yes We Can Do That. Is there anything else? I did not hear a single complaint, bad word, or poor behavior from them. I really did not want them leave, just good people. That was probably the happiest time I had writing a check for so much money. They also left me with a few magnets and flyers that I'm already handing out.
