Incredible flexibility, showed up as promised. FInished within an hour. His expertise was invaluable...i doubt my other choice could have fixed this.

If you want someone to shoot you straight good or bad and tell you what it will take to fix the problem, this is your guy. He has great integrity and will not try and take advantage of you. All servicemen should do the job like this guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

Marty would not leave until the job wAs totally sorted.. We had 2 other guys out before mary and they were unable to solve the problem suggesting a new unit was required. The unit is only 6 yrs old...... Marty fixed the problem., with a bit f time and patience

Within seconds of hitting "send", Marty called me directly to see what we needed. (I emailed around 6pm on a Friday). He was here the next morning, right on time and was able to fix the A/C without breaking the bank. Marty provided great information to us on Friday to stop any further damage and when he did the repairs, explained everything in a way that anyone could understand. Marty's is REPAIR ONLY, so you can rest knowing that he isn't there to sell you a new system. We will definately be using Marty's again!

I got a response right away (it was late, and I was completely expecting a next day call!) and Marty came out to my home the next day. The fix took longer than expected through no fault of Marty's, but he had all the necessary parts in his van, ready to go. I highly recommend Marty's!

Hire this company! Immediately! Keep them as your service company. We are. They are that good. I struggle to find business people that I want to continue to do business with in the long-term. I no longer have to worry about my A/C service. Marty's A/C will be the only company that get's our business. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I have never been more pleased with service.

I was very pleased with Marty's service and professionalism. Marty is very friendly and straightforward, he told me that it would be more cost effective to replace the whole unit rather than repairing it. To some that would sound like a sales pitch but Marty's does not install new units nor does he recommend any particular company, his business is strictly repairing your existing unit. If you want an honest repair man; Marty's is your best choice, I wish I found him a few years ago, I would have saved myself over $10,000.00. Do yourself a favor, call Marty's before buying a new A/C the $70 trip charge could save you thousands.

When my elderly parents lost air conditioning in 90 degree plus weather on a Sunday, I was expecting to have to move them out of their home until repairs could be completed. Marty came within a couple of hours of my call, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and was very reasonable in his pricing. He was very kind and respectful to my parents and made them feel their safety and comfort was a priority for him. He is the best!

Marty was great! Called me back very quickly, came to the appointment even though there was a huge accident on the higway. Did a full inspection of the AC unit inside, in the attic, and outside. Gave us great advice on how to care for it and keep the air cleaner. Took the time to measure the filter area so that we could get proper filters. He even inspected out smoke detector and let us know that we needed a extra carbon monoxide detector because of the gas unit. Marty truly cared about us and our health. With a baby on the way he gave us peace of mind about the air quality of our home. Will definitely call Marty again!
