Quickly diagnosed my problem, explained to me how to spot the problem and quickly fixed the problem. He also recommended a line test when the weather warms back up to replace any parts under warranty that runs out in 3 months. Very friendly, professional, and experienced. Our air conditioner had simply stopped. This was an emergency call late on a hot Saturday afternoon, to which Marty responded within an hour. Marty did a fantastic job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be less of a problem than we had thought, and fixed it. He showed us how to prevent the same problem from reoccurring in the future. The cost was extremely reasonable, and I cannot overemphasize how professional and friendly he was. Customer service the way it should be!! I would highly recommend Marty. He is experienced, honest, and fixes the problem right, and without piling on extra services or costs.

The owner himself came out and worked on my Air conditioning unit. He explained everything he was doing, showed me where the problem was, and had the part that needed to be replaced. I will only use him in the future.

Marty is an old pro and really knows the ins and outs of your A.C. My outside unit had a freon leak. Using a couple different methods, he detected the leak in a very unlikely spot that was not visible. He proceeded to make triple sure that was the spot, even showing me how to tell so we both knew. Anyway, he fixed the problem, always showing up when he said he would, and doing a very professional job. Give him a call. Also, while he's there, spend some time with him. You'll hear some great stories and learn more than you need to know about your AC and how to fix it. I highly recommend Marty!

He was very nice and was able to fix it within a day. I feel he went above and beyond as I know most would look at the unit and say they could not do it and he actually took the time to think about how he could do it and got it done.

Came home one evening to upstairs A/C off, even though termostat said it was running. Submitted the form, got called back within minutes, and had working A/C the next morning. Knew his stuff, didn't try to BS. Friendly, courteous, & professional. Even showed me what to look out for to avoid (or help diagnose) problems in the future. Will be calling them for routine maintenance as well.
