My air conditioning went out sometime Sunday while I was on vacation. I called service magic Monday morning and they gave me Marty's phone number. Marty was working in my part of town and agreed to meet me at my home in 20 minutes. He was very nice, professional and knew what he was talking about. Since he owns a service repair company he carries many AC parts in his truck. Thankfully the part I needed was in his truck and in about an hour my air was working, and my bill was under $200.00!! I highly recommend Marty's Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Appliances, LLC!!!

Marty was a great professional with excellent communication and efficient service. I called Marty out to do an annual review of my unit to ensure everything was working correctly and also help me improve the airflow throughout my home. He did a thorough test and was able to provide me with feedback on my unit without trying to up sell me on any products. He also enlightened me to how to improve the airflow which works great now! I appreciated Marty's honesty and that he is not in the business to sell products, but to service, unlike some of the bigger companies in town.

I could not have asked for a more professional, high-quality job performance than what I received from Marty's Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Appliances. An extremely pleasant and highly experienced technician arrived exactly on time and began reviewing my concerns with the HVAC System. I never felt rushed, and was never made to feel that I "didn't know what I was talking about." We examined each problem area; some had a very simple explanation while others required further investigation. At the end of the visit, not only was the unit running better than when we moved into the house 7 yrs. ago, but I felt I'd made a new friend!

What a great experience we first called two major places in central florida and got no help at all with our Dilemma A/C not working at all. We phone Marty and he came on the same day it was a complicated problem and hard to pinpoint but Marty stayed for 5 hours and got the job done. We expected to pay alot of money due to the timing of the project but he did not charge that way. We paid a very reasonable rate and most of all he did not quit until he got it working. As a business owner myself I would highly recommend this company. Its nice to see a person who is interested in getting the job done not just overcharge for nothing. Great!!
