Worth Moving of Florida LLC

My review of Worth Moving Richmond VA is not good. We were promised an Air Ride truck and they showed up with a rental truck. We were told that they never double load two families items because of bed bugs and then they wanted to do that so we could get the air ride truck. Then they wanted to charge us extra for using our credit card. This was not explained to us. Upon arrival in Florida there was only one man to unload the truck. We had several large items that needed two or more people to lift off the truck. My husband and I are in our 70s and didn't feel that we should have to unload our own truck but that is exactly what we had to do. The movers were all very nice and hard working. They even had to make accomadations for the glass top tables because they were not given the needed info for packing.I would not recommend them even though they claim that Angie's List rate them the best in VA.

These were the movers from ****, they damaged four pieces of furniture valued at $4000 and their insurance company wants to pay $626. They appeared to be poorly trained and didn't bring enough furniture blankets. We moved on December 3, 2018 and now 3 months later we are still trying to get this damaged resolved.

Mike never showed for 3:00PM. To 4::00PM appointment Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2018. I called, he apologized so I gave him a second chance. Appointment Oct. 25, 1:00 PM. I needed to change to 2:00PM. He said he could make that. Well 2:00 came and went. At 2:30 I called and told him, if he was that unreliable to show for an estimate, how could I trust he would show up for the move. Be careful who you choose. Guess you can’t trust all the reviews.
