Ann and her colleague did an outstanding job cleaning the interior of a filthy SUV that had stains on the carpet and upholstery and cigarrette odor. There were no hints of stains or odor after the team cleaned and sanitized the vehicle. Ann and her colleague have utmost work ethics; they worked for hours in the summer heat to restore my vehicle to an acceptable condition after it was abused while loaned out. The amazing results not only left me a clean vehicle but also calmed my distress after the mess was cleaned. Ann was very responsive and easy to work with; I would hire her over and over again.

Ann and Stevie were amazing cleaning the carpets and the following day helping us with the water damage. We called them in a.panic and can back within a few hours. They are absolutely amazing!!!

They came out the same day I called and that was very convinent for my schedule. They were professional and did a fantastic job. The odor was completely resolved as was any stain. I will certainly use them again if needed and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing these types of services.

Our dog made a mess in one of our rooms and she got that cleaned up for us. She was very friendly, personable and my wife enjoyed talking to her.

We needed a thorough cleaning after the passing of a long time pet prior to the holidays but were going on vacation very soon as well. On quite short notice they adjusted their schedule to accommodate us, were punctual, professional, organized, fast, and gave an excellent product for a fair price. We weren't surprised by the work as we had used them on a prior occasion but the flexibility to meet our sudden need really made them standout as a special provider of exceptional service.

I wasn't sure the color could be matched. Anne did a great job to match the burgundy color of the recliner. She has a lot of experience and it takes an artistic eye and touch. She was also very courteous, professional, and punctual.

Because the chairs were so stained by my two dogs, the outcome was questionable. Considering the extent of the dirt I am a satisfied customer. As I have read previously in theses pages their pricing is definitely on the higher side. Because I can't compare to any other under the circumstance - I can only say there're not cheap. Both ann and Evonne were extremely courteous and professional!!! I would recommend them with just that one caveat!

It went great. The price is more you will pay for an everyday cleaning company but the process and service provided by Anne is more than you expect. She and her partner made a 7 year old living room area rug that has been tracked on by a 120 pound dog and my 2 young boys look great again.

Anne and company did an excellent job. They showed up on time, cleaned everything with great care and much effort, stuck to the price estimate we received on the phone, no extra hidden charges. Our stuff looks like new and we could not be more pleased. And they were such nice people as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very punctual and professional. Only complaint is there was dog hair still on the carpets, but there was a lot of dog hair.

Anne was fantastic! I was able to communicate with her prior to the appointment and when she arrived at the house, as I was not able to be there at the same time. She listened to what we needed done and explained the best way to help keep them clean in the future. I would highly recommend and will be calling again to have other upholstery cleaned!

The pre-cleaning visit was very thorough and Ann listened carefully to the needs of the particular pieces of furniture as well as the carpets. She explained clearly what they were going to do to address the problems, and avoided making grand claims, just expressing that they would do their best to eradicate problems. We clearly discussed what they would do and what we would need to do to prepare. for the cleaning The day of the cleaning they arrived right on time and got to work. It took 4 hrs. to clean all the items listed and they were very thorough with the heavily damaged pieces. The sofa came out to be very clean and fresh smelling, just the seat cushions will need to be replaced, but the covers are like new again.Our specialty rug got cleaned as best it could...a light-colored rug that had a lot of water damage and traffic area stains...and they were, again, very thorough in trying to mitigate problems. They left the house with instructions for drying carpets, protective sheets for furniture and walkways, and a good sense of our furniture and carpets having been in capable hands. I would definitely use them again!

First I call at the last minute and Anne was able to move another customer around so I could get my job done before my quests arrived. They came between 8:30 and 8:45 and did not leave until 4:15. Most carpet cleaners I've had before were in and out in 2 hours. I would recommend this company to all my friends. In fact I have. Thanks so much World Class. You were FABULOUS!

Ann Shaw, owner and her assistant Yvonne arrived on time and inspected each of the pieces of furniture to be cleaned. Ann explained what would be done to have the best results. She then gave us the cost and the length of time to complete the work. She and Yvonne did an excellent job - very hard working!!! Upon completion, Ann and I inspected the work. The results were wonderful.

Did a super job on my chair and couch! Chair used the most so it needed deepest cleaning, yet it's dry enough to sit on now. Thanks! Linda Beasley

The ladies arrived on time and gave me a call 20 min. prior to arrival so I could isolate my 3 cats in the bathroom. They were friendly and extremely organized, removed pet stains and placed blocks under the furniture to allow the carpet to dry. They addressed every detail. The carpet looks great. I highly recommend World Class Services Inc.

The recliner had never been cleaned. Ms. Shaw took great time and care to work on the chair. Ms. Shaw worked on the chair for several hours until she felt it was the best it would be. I was impressed that Ms. Shaw furniture cleaning process was done mostly by hand and not by soaking the chair with a stream vacuum. I was pleased with the results.

Couch looks brand new! Ladies were meticulous! Hadn't had the couch cleaned in 8 years, have 3 children, a dog and messy husband! World Class Services added 10 more years to my sectional! So pleased!

We were having out of town were having family arrive for spring training - so we wanted everything in great shape at the house for our guests. Anne and Yvonne arrived promptly as promised at 8:30AM. Our carpets are not so young anymore, and have survived several pets - these ladies did a great job, very professional and they took extra care. Their efforts made such a great difference, not only in the appearance, but my peace of mind knowing the carpet was clean and ready for the family (including small ones that tend to spend most of their time on the floor). We are planning to replace our carpet this fall - so I took the opportunity to get Anne's input on the best type of carpet for us (having pets). I look forward to using Anne and her WSI team in the future!

This company is professional and timely, and did a great job cleaning the carpets and removing stains.

Ann and Yvonne were meticulous in their work and the results showed it. The couch was extremely dirty from several years of daily use and Ann indicated she may not be able to restore it to it's original look. She did and more! Ann recommended a fabric protector which I gladly had applied and it looks brand new. I appreciate the follow-up service they provide to ensure everything isto my satisfaction. They will also call me annually, at my request, to schedule maintenance. I highly recommend World Class Services and will use them again.

Arrived on time- thorough explanation of agendas for each cleaning process-professional and well paced procedures- pleasant attitudes and personalities- provided needed equipment for all the objects to be cleaned - after completion of the job, thorough and complete clean up of the areas-gave complete advice for the next 24 hour treatment of the cleaned items-engendered a comfortable attitude that was a benefit for this customer The best thing I can say is that the upholstery looks like new and the carpets regained their original appearances Given the results, I would recommend this firm to all my friends.
