I want to highly recommend this company. The owner Anne came with 2 other woman and did a fantastic job getting out pet stains and who knows what else because we just bought our house last year. They were all so friendly and professional... and of course they all fell in love with the baby! :-) They don't use chemicals either! I also love that I'm contributing to a small business! :-)

The crew of 3 did a really awesome job and were very professional. I though the price was a bit high for what I had done, but they did do an outstanding job.

. It went even fast than in the past since there were three workers instead of two. I highly recommend them and know I will use them again.

The owner, Ann, was very professional and gave me realistic forecast for the outcome of her work. She warned me that because the stains were old, she couldn't guarantee perfect results. I was ready to call the reupholstering company to reface 8 dining room chairs with off white seat cushions, as the stains were old ( brownish water damage stains and old cat's revenge stains) and looked hopeless. The cost of that would have been close to $400. I decided to go ahead and use the $100 worth of service purchased through AL. Ann and her team of two women worked for slightly over 2 hours and did an excellent job of removing stains in all chairs with only minor residual on one chair that had repeated water damage from several years ago. Ann not only did an amazing job cleaning all chairs but also gave me the name of the chemical to use in case i wantwd to try to work on my own later on and completely get rid of the old water stain. I would definiytely keep Ann's contact information on file and would highly recommend her to my friends. I was very impressed with the company.

Anne and her assistant came to clean our bedroom carpet, which had been badly stained by an elderly incontinent dog. Although I knew there was a chance that the stains wouldn't come completely out, I was sure it could at least be improved. They did an amazing job! Two weeks later there is still no sign of any of the stains that they removed. Anne even gave me some hints on how to deal with any future stains. If you have pet stains, this is the company to call!

They cleaned both the front and back of carpet and I left it in garage to dry. It seemed to have done the trick. The team was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely call them again when I need further service.

They showed up on time. She told me during the estimate, "The couch is worn in many spots. We can get it clean and remove most of the stains, but only re-upholstering will make it look new." The couch was really dirty, rough looking and stained. It is now clean, virtually unstained, and I am happy with their results. She did not over promise, and I appreciate that.

Anne Shaw and her associate did a very professional job. They arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning my rugs. Anne quoted me a price on cleaning and conditioning my sectional sofa, and I agreed to have the work done. My 15-year-old sofa had never been treated, and the improvement in its appearance and condition was amazing. I will definitely use this company again.

Showed up to clean chase lounge with three women. One was the owner and the other two employees. Owner admits at one point during the services the employees were not in the room with her. One employee admits that used the master bathroom without permission. After the company left I discovered my families rare cameo ring from the 1920' s was missing and can never be replaced. When confronted owner admitted that a background check was not complete on these two employees. Both employees deny stealing ring. I am heart broken and wished that they had stole a diamond instead because that can be replaced. Beware! I will ever never allow workers out of my sight again!

From the moment I called, Anne Shaw of World Class Services was professional and accommodating. They quoted a very reasonable price, and were willing to work around my difficult schedule. The cleaning team arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. They even called to let me know they were finished, and locked up the house when they left.

Couldn't have gone better. Ann and her crew showed up right on time and went right to work. The attention to deal was incredible and the results were terrific. When it was all done, Ann wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results and indicated that if I wasn't happy, she'd make sure that I was. Didn't need to worry about that--- World Class Services are first class!

Anne arrived on time. She did a very good job removing 3 big stains on our leather sofa. She totally got rid of the stains and made sure the color was a perfect match on the sofa. I would use her again!! Thanks, Anne,

Great team of ladies performed excellent work. Attention was given to areas that were especially soiled. They did a fantastic job! They even provided us with shoe covers to use until carpet is completely dried.

Ann and her assistant did a great job. I was actually embarrassed by how dirty my leather furniture was thanks to all of my dogs and kids. They were responsive, punctual, and profession, and worked relentlessly on each piece of furniture, cushion, nook, and cranny. They have outstanding attention to detail and my 15 year old leather furniture looks almost brand new again. I could not quite believe how good it looked when they were done. I will be calling them in the near future to clean my area rugs!

We were quite pleased with the experience. Anne Shaw was very good at keeping us informed about their schedule and time of arrival. We had some concerns about a few stains and a cushion with cat odor. Surprisingly, they were able to get it clean and odor-free The carpet and rugs look brand new - no stains. We felt the cost was reasonable considering the quality of their work. We would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Anne, the owner, came right on time with an assistant. They did a terrific job. The rugs look so much better. They were conscientious and obviously wanted to do a good job. Very pleasant, too.

Anne and her two assistants cleaned the carpets throughout our newly purchased home. The carpet had some heavily stained areas from the previous homeowners and the team worked very hard to remove the soiled areas as best they could. They vacuumed prior to beginning and thoroughly covered each room. They kept me informed as they went and were very efficient. I appreciated that they left paper down in some hallways and rooms so that I could travel over the area while waiting for them to dry and also left some booties for me to use when other workers were coming in my home that day. Anne was very courteous and quickly responded to my calls. She was able to schedule me right away.

Two ladies came to clean the sectional. They inspected the sofa to determine what the soil spots were and then took about two hours to clean. They did a very nice job and were very thorough. They also added a protector so hopefully I won't have to clean the sofa that often. All in all a very nice job. I didn't expect it to be so expensive but it has been a very long time since I have cleaned any furniture. It seems that if you figured out the original price of the sofa and then decided how long you want to keep it - $400 every very few years to keep it looking fresh and clean- seems reasonable?

My first experience with Ann Shaw cleaning the two area rugs was so positive that I asked her back to clean all the bedroom carpets after we moved out of the house. Ann is very professional and does an outstanding job and pays a lot of attention to detail. The area rugs including a white one with a long pile look like new again, and took only 1 day to be completely dry. I will definitely be calling her back in our new home when we need this type of service in the future. I notice that other members thought the price was high, I did not think that at all, and you definitely get good value with this company.
