It went great! After researching and reading reviews for many companies, there was no question that World Class Services was the only company we wanted to go with! I called and reached Anne, who was very pleasant and informative, and was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. On the day of service Anne and her crew, Katrina and Kiana, arrived as scheduled. They did a beautiful job on our leather sofa, cleaning and conditioning it. They also did a great job on our two area rugs - they look like new! Anne is very knowledgeable about her business - she informed me of the proper way to maintain my leather furniture, which I greatly appreciated! I am extremely picky and detail minded and Anne and her crew are as well -- they did not disappoint! There is a very good reason why they are a 5-star company! I have already gotten an estimate from Anne for another grouping of furniture, upholstery and leather, that I want to have cleaned in the near future. I highly recommend Anne and her company!

Anne and her team were great. Our furniture had been in storage for two years and WCS made the couches look and smell like new. Anne was punctual and was able to fit us in her schedule on short notice after I had cancelled the appointment previously. We really are extremely satisfied with customer service and results. Overall they did a thorough job, there were still stains left that could not be removed. The price was high and not agreed upon until they looked at all the beds.

They are a little more on the pricey side but the work has been worth it and I am always pleased with their services.

Anne and her associate were extremely thorough and did an outstanding job. I had them return a year later to clean the rugs again, and they were very careful to protect my new wood floor. On the first visit, they also cleaned and oiled a leather sectional, and did a very nice job making it look better and feel softer. It was a pleasure having them work in my home, and I highly recommend them.

The furniture and all of my carpets look amazing! It had been over 3 years since the furniture or carpets had been cleaned and they had gotten very dingy, but now look almost new. This is the second time I've used this company and both times it was a very positive experience. It's a pleasure to deal with the owner Ann because you can tell she takes a lot of pride in doing the job well.

Ann and her team arrived on time. They were polite, friendly and professional. Ann took care to identify how the items should be treated before she began. She determined the rugs needed a dry cleaning treatment as the dyes would run. They worked by hand treating the sofas, cushions and arm protectors all very carefully. I added the fabric protection. I thought the whole price was a little high, but given the quality of the work done by hand, the attention to detail and the end result it was worth it. The team worked hard and finished on time I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Ann, it was a pleasure having her in my home. I have already passed her name on to others.

I had seen the stellar reviews on Ann Shaw's service on the Internet and was determined to try her since my 25 year old off- white carpet was so stained I would have thrown it away if I could have found and afforded an exact replacement. Basically World Class saved it, and it looks almost as stunning as when it was installed. I have my carpet cleaned every spring, and the last three cleaners all did a disappointing job, but I really didn't know what was possible until Ann tackled it. Granted, the price was a whole lot more than what I have paid in the past, but I had bought the best quality carpet I could find and I felt it was well worth it to restore it to its former glory. This was a case of under promise and over deliver. When Ann looked at how bad the stains were before doing the estimate, she sounded so pessimistic I was unsure whether or not to take the leap over my husband's objections.. I'm thrilled I did, and he is too. Great job!

They took their time and really did a thorough job. Gave me advice on how to keep it looking good. They were both very personable.

Ann and her team did an excellent job cleaning our very soiled carpet. They arrived on time and as scheduled, and the workers were courteous and respectful. They took their time assuring that we were satisfied and the job was done thoroughly. This is the second time we have used Ann, and a family member also used her for specialty leather cleaning with excellent results. Also, Ann always follows up with a phone call to be sure we are happy. We will never use another carpet cleaning service.

The company responded very promptly to my inquiry, and arrived promptly ready to work. Much of the original blood stains had been removed by another provider, but some stains remained and one had occurred because of the previous provider. World Class completely removed the stains on carpet and furniture, and left some special powder to use in case of any remaining stain once the furniture cover had dried. It was not necessary to use the powder b/c World Class had done such a good job of cleaning. I would definitely use this provider again, especially when I wanted very good and deep cleaning of carpet or upholstery.

Team of 3 arrived early after making contact to see if they could come early - measured the areas to be cleaned and provided a quote. They vacuumed, pre-treated the pet stains and cleaned the carpet. They left the whole condo smelling amazing and the carpet was free of pet stains and odors. They also talked us through what to do with the carpet for the rest of the day and how to take care of it until their visit next year. My elderly mother was here and they were extra cautious to leave the furniture where she had it and made sure she understood that the carpet would have moisture and to be careful on the tile, laying towels at the transition points between the wet carpet and the tile. It was an all female crew and I've never had a more professional and comfortable experience getting the carpets cleaned + excellent work - they condo and the the carpet still looks amazing. Will hire again!

Ann and crew are the best. Ann called as promised for scheduling my annual cleaning. They arrived on time, had fun while cleaning, cleaned up perfectly and best of all made my area rug look as new as the day I bought it. I highly recommend their services and will use them as long as I own this rug!

They did a great job. One carpet in particular (pet involved) was completely resurrected. Very happy with Ann and her team and would certainly hire them again.

Called Anne around 11AM to get the carpet done in a rental apartment. She picked up the phone, said she could likely get to it that day. She called me back about 30 minutes later and said she was on her way. They did a great job and at what I thought was a fair price. I will be using them again for carpet cleaning needs.
