I contacted WCS and they were able to meet me 2 days earlier than our first appointment. The phone quote was exact. The work was excellent and I could not be happier.

She did a great job. I would hire them again.

My sister and I traded kitchen tables and chairs since I was planning on moving. She had all the holiday parties at her house and the chairs we got were really filthy with food droppings and just plain wear and tear (though the fabric was in good shape, amazingly enough) Anne started by covering the floor with a protective drop cloth, then soaking the chairs with stain remover and something else... then she started scrubbing, she really had a personal work out! She brought in an extractor unit that took the dirty water out... and it was filthy. It took her a couple of hours to do the four chairs... and they now look like new. The price includes scotch guarding after she was done. It also includes the 10% Angie's discount! ;o)

Arrived on time, but then gave new estimate which was almost $100 more than quoted on tel. Did remove pet stains well, but at a premium!

When I called on Tuesday, I needed the carpets done for Friday, as we were having guests. She able to make it thurs. She showed up on time at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. She was diligent and for the next 4 hours scrubbed and extracted the carpets. They looked great when she fininshed. We have a older dog that has been having digestive dificulties that caused her to retch. She did not vomit, but there was spotting. Sh is a Lab, and her fur tends to get oily. This leads to further soiling of the carpet where she lay. when we bought the dog, we brought a swatch of carpet to match. Yellow lab, beige carpet. However, Her favorite places to sleep became quite dark. Anne was able to fix all of this. As the carpet dried, some stains "wicked up" They did not appear untill after the carpet had dried. I called on Monday, and she came out and reworked the areas. Happy, happy, joy, joy She is not just A carpet steamer, and is worth the difference in cost.

Anne arrived on time both visits and did a very thorough job. We had spots on the carpeting that required pre-treating (cat hairballs mostly) and she gave us suggestions on what to do for the future when that happened. She was very nice and worked hard. We had sold our home and the inspector tracked TAR onto our newly cleaned carpet in the bedroom. He was very apologetic and said he'd pay to have it cleaned. We knew who to call immediately. Anne "came to our rescue" and was able to move another customer out an hour and arrived the next morning at 8AM and cleaned up the tar.

Anne answered the phone, came out the same day for an estimate and finished her work on time. She worked very hard. I was very happy with her work, everything looks so muh cleaner!

Ann was able to do the job the day after I had called her. She arrived on time, took measurements, and provided me with estimate before starting work. She explained to me the method of cleaning, and then started working. She was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She vacuumed all areas before starting, did stain/spot treatment, cleaned, extracted the cleaning solution, and then applied the Scotchgard. She adjusted my fans for maximum drying effect. She had me inspect areas several times, and to ensure my satisfaction. The furniture cleaning was all done manually with a dry cleaning solution(per fabric instructions). I was very satisfied with the outcome of carpets and furniture-all spots removed-a very "quality" cleaning. I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past that charged much less-but the quality and meticulousness of Ann's job far surpasses them. She protected all other areas with plastic, and put down paper over the damp areas so we could walk on them. I felt comfortable leaving her in my home while going out to run some errands. I would definitely recommend Ann.

Ann was able to book my job the day after calling. She was right on time and got right to work measuring the areas I wanted cleaned. Ann impressed me instantly with her friendly but professional manner and knowledge of her trade. She did not try to sell me any products which was refreshing and when I asked her advice on protective coatings for the carpet, she was very thorough in explaining the reasoning behind such coatings like Scotchguard. I felt so comfortable with her abilities that I asked Ann to undertake cleaning a sofa (mostly white) that had never been cleaned in 14 years. Returning to my home almost 8 hours later, I found Ann just finishing up on a job that frankly blew me away. I cannot believe how clean my carpets are and how beautiful my sofa came out. I am absolutely thrilled. I wholeheartedly suggest you use the services of World Class Services and ask for Anne Shaw if you want an exceptional job.

Showed up on time and brought our dingy rug back to life. Took care not to damage our hardwood floors and did everything we asked. Anne was very pleasant and professional.

GREAT!!! A tenant called, saying her carpet was wet & might be smelling of mildew. I called Ann at World Class Services, whom I found on Angie's List. She and her husband came within 30 minutes of my call. They pulled up the wet carpet and treated the carpet and pad with mildew retardant. Then they put a giant fan under the edge of the carpet and advised the tenant to leave it on for 2 days. They came back the following Monday and cleaned and treated the carpet again. t looked and smelled great. Then, on my request, they stretched some loose carpet in another apartment.

I am very pleased and will absolutely refer Ms. Shaw's service to friends. I live in a new high-rise condo, and after one year the high-traffic areas on my light-colored carpet were very unsightly. The owner, Anne Shaw, set an appointment to quote the job. She arrived and quickly measured the area, and offered suggestions-but did not up sell me! I wanted to spend as little as possible, because this was a rental unit. She showed me the minimum cleaning area needed to make the biggest impression, and I agreed with her quote (and received 10% off for my Angie's List membership). She immediately began the multi-step process, I left for my office, and when I returned the carpet was spotless and covered with white paper to allow proper drying.

She did a fabulous job on the sofa, even removed old coffee and other stains left by the kids. We were pleasantly surprised as the sofa looked almost as good as new. All the dark water stains on the legs were completely gone. Because this took a while, Ann had to take the area rugs with her. When we got them back a few days later they were beautiful, except for the fringe on the ends that had color bleeding. This was beyond her control.

One call, Anne arrived early and was finished early. If you want value, professional expertise and customer care, GO NO FURTHER! Use this company......

Excellent. Ann is very pleasant to work with. She arrived on time and is very thorough and conscientious about her work. She did an excellent job cleaning my rugs and upholstery. Looks like new!

Ms. Shaw arrived on the dot at 8:30 as scheduled. She went right to work and worked steadily until 1:30 when she finished. She moved some furniture to get behind it. When she finished, she put Styrofoam blocks under the legs of every single piece of furniture, she put paper walkways down throughout the house, she gave us instructions on when to replace furniture, how to place fans, she spot-treated heavily trafficked areas and especially soiled areas, she gave advice on how to spot clean some furniture cushions, and she even gave me some advice on kitchen remodeling! What a wonder this woman is! I have used her three times before in past years, including having her clean a couch and velor chairs. I have never been disappointed. She is one of the hardest workers I have ever run across. You really get value for your money with Ms. Shaw.

When I contacted Anne she was able to come out on a day's notice, which met my needs. She did an excellent job removing the normal dirt and soil from wear. She did work on removing the drink stain and was able to lighten it quite a bit. She did recommend a product for me to use that was safe for the rug and allows me to continue to lighten the stain. She provided me with the product name, place to purchase and specific instructions on how to maximize the cleaning benefit. Anne was responsive, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I definitely would use her again.

The price was higher than I've paid with other companies for the amount of carpet, etc. that was cleaned. However, I feel the quality of work was much higher than I've had before too. She spent a good part of the day working. She arrived at about 8:30am and left around 4pm or so. My carpets look wonderful!!! As do my chairs/bar stools!!! I would use her services again and would highly recommend her work. She was polite, on time and professional.

This is the third time we've engaged this company, and we are always extremely pleased with the quality of the work done. Ms. Shaw last cleaned this blond wall-to-wall carpet a year and a half ago, and it has looked great up until a few months ago. Her work lasts! This carpet is about 15 years old, and when Anne Shaw finishes with it, it looks brand new!

They cleaned our wool carpets & rugs, also silk fabric sectional.The company was very knowledgeable about fibers/fabrics when given comfort level. I was very pleased knowing they wouldnt do damage to my effects.
