It went great. Anne is very professional and does a great job on cleaning. She cleaned stains that had been there for many months, and even pointed out some areas that needed some work. I would definitely use her again.

She was very responsive to telephone calls and since she does not perform residential services on the weekend, I agreed to take a half day off of work for her services. Normally, when I have carpets cleaned it is on Saturday and it takes about 45 minutes. Not with Anne, she takes some time. HOWEVER, I have never been happier with a service well done. My carpet looks brand new. AMAZING!!! She is worth every penny and every minute!!! If you have the time during the week she is well worth the cost if you want it done right.

Anne was wonderful! She arrived right on time and explained everything she would be doing. I needed several large area rugs cleaned prior to packing for a move. Anne was very thorough and professional. When she had finished, she asked me if I would like a runner of paper on each rug, so I wouldn't have to step on the freshly cleaned rugs. If we weren't moving I would most definitely have Anne come back! My rugs looked like new!

My sectional was heavily soiled in areas where people and dogs have come into contact, plus some ink stains and food stains. I called Anne and she arrived promptly on the day arranged. I was impressed with her organization and attention to detail - no other cleaner I have used covered the floor to protect it. She did very little steam cleaning, which I have found to be ineffectual in the past. My sofa looks almost new again. There were one or two small spots which remained, but they have faded to almost invisible. My sofa looks and smells new again!

This is our first time using a recommendation from Angie's list and we are thoroughly pleased. Ann was amazing. Showed up on time (called prior to arriving) and did an absolutelty amazing job. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

She gave us the price on the phone which did not vary when she came to do the work. Anne was very professional both on the phone and in person. She did an excellent job (the wool rug and the two couches look great!) and she gave us our discount as was noted on Angie's List. We would highly recommend her, as well as use her again ourselves. This is what we pay for on Angie's List - quality services and the 'A's' have it! She is an 'A' for that reason.

Anne worked vigorously and made my chairs look much much better! Now I don't have to have them reupholstered. Very pleasant to work with!

Everything went just fine. Anne phoned to let me know she was on her way or if my schedule had changed. She arrived, took a look at what type of pieces I had and its material, quoted me a written price on an invoice and after I agreed she got right to work with the upholstery cleaning project. She covered the floor with a large tarp and set the pieces to be cleaned on top. She worked steady, but taking a couple of calls while she was working....Hey...She's a one person shop, right? Gotta keep up with business. I have absolutely no problem with that. She spent about 4 hours overall and I am quite pleased.

Ms. Shaw provided excellent service and value rejuvenating very dirty upholstery. She worked steadily on the furniture for approximately 6 hours. The stains on the beige dining room chairs are viturally invisible. The living room chairs look new and the sofa is much brighter. Ms. Shaw accomplished these wonders through hard, industrious effort. I will certainly contract for Ms. Shaw's services as needed in the future.

Anne was prompt in responding to my initial call and she even called the day prior to confirm. She arrived on time. Our set is cream and mostly cotton. It had been in storage for three months, had scuff marks from the move as well as a few small food stains. She was very friendly and informative. We have had the set for quite some time and I believe she has done the best job thus far!

One of the rugs had some stubborn stains and was also filled with cat hair. She theorough removed the stains, and the scotchgard she recommended has performed just as she claimed it would. It's been over a month since she came and the scotchgard has kept dirt, hair and spills on the carpet surface so that vacuuming and cleanups are now quick and thorough chores. She was punctual and cleaned up after the job. She was conscientious about not scratching or hitting any furniture with her machines, and she also gave some helpful tips on buying a good vacuum cleaner. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Anne did a great job. She worked hard to get out long-existing stains that previous carpet cleaners could not get out. She got on her hands and knees to get out particularly tough stains.

Furniture had not been cleaned for approximately 4 years. Ann Shaw came at the agreed upon time, provided a quote on the spot and proceeded to set up and clean the furniture. She thoroughly vacuumed the furniture and then proceeded to clean everything. Everything was much brighter!

This was a very good experience from beginning to end. It's a little pricey, but well worth the money and we would use this same company again.

It went very well. Anne worked hard to clean my furniture. She vacuumed, washed by hand, and put on a sealer. She was at my home about three hours. She is careful to do an excellent job. She was evev able to get out some tough stains from off-white cotton twill. She's professional and is a very nice person. She works qietly and diligently. I highly recommend her work!

Ms. Shaw arrived promptly, went right to work, vacuumed all areas, moved furniture, pre-treated all areas, then did the deep cleaning. Afterward, she put protective cardboard pads under every leg of furniture, unrolled brown paper all over to make traffic lanes for walking over the carpet while it was wet. She worked most of the morning. She never cuts corners. She is a perfectionist. My old (over 17 years) carpet always looks like new after her magic.

Ann was very well versed on her approached. Provided all services in a very professional manner. Explained in detail how to let the furniture dry before using. Actually the furniture looked brand new when she copleted her project! We have never done this before and Ann explained everything in great detail. I would most definitely utilize her services again. What impressed me was the fact that the only machine she used was a vacumn cleaner for the pre-clean. The rest of the work was "elbow grease".

They are an off-white color and were very soiled after 15 years of several dogs sitting on them. Anne spent 5 hours doing the job and very thoroughly dry cleaned them so that there are now no perceptible stains on them. She had a variety of equipment and chemicals with her and obviously knew what she was doing. We were impressed with the time she was prepared to spend to do the job completely. She had us run a large fan to dry them out for a couple of hours, but by the next morning they were thoroughly dry and there was no residual odor.

Annie was great, I live in a high rise and she was very organized and neat. Everything looks wonderful, brand new. I will use her again.
