Perfectly on time, Ms Shaw and her helper were friendly and professional in their attitude and behavior. They quickly assessed my needs and went to work. I appreciated how they were protective of my belongings . They were careful to ensure that moved items were returned to their original locations. The carpet was cleaned without strong chemical odors or excessive moisture. The price was reasonable and fair. I was very pleased with the result! The fourteen year old carpet had not been cleaned for several years and I was considering whether I would need to replace it soon. The carpet looked so nice it is not getting replaced for a few more years. I will not hesitate to call World Class Services the next time I need them!

This is the first time I have used Anne Shaw's World Class Services and was very pleased with their work. Anne called to let me know they were on the way. She & her assistant arrived and started their work on time. They cleaned and applied Scotch Guard on the carpet in the living room, two bedrooms and hallway which had many spots that needed attention. They were both friendly and very professional and did a through job. Anne was very helpful and giving advise to help take up stains in the future and called a few days later to confirm that we were satisfied. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I highly recommend World Class Services! Besides doing a great job, Ms. Shaw was responsive and professional setting up our appointment. Also, Ms. Shaw and her helper worked neatly and were themselves fresh and well-groomed. If that seems like an odd compliment, you probably haven't had many people work in your home. Its HUGE! They worked carefully with liquids and cleaning solutions, used a tarp to protect my floor and rug, and contained their workspace so that I didn't feel invaded. Thank you Angie's List...it's such a help to find good people who do great work.

Overall, we were very happy with the cleaning job. Anne and her staff spent a fair amount of time on the couch, first laying down tarps so not to get any cleaner on our carpeting. Next they cleaned the entire couch, including the cushions. They then applied a fabric protector on it. Anne also let me know that the paperwork that came with our couch had the wrong cleaning code on it, and pointed out that the correct one was on a label under the cushions. I appreciated her taking the time to do that. Her price came in a bit higher than the other folks I had gotten quotes from (all were on Angie's List), but I went with Anne because I felt that she would do the job right. Given that we spent a fair amount on our couch when we bought it, I wanted to make sure we had someone good working on it - and we weren't disappointed!

I had just purchased a home that let's say had not been loved in a long time. The carpets were is such a state that I didn't want to move anything in until they were cleaned. Anne arrived on time and worked until the carpets were clean. Could not ask for more.

Excellent service. If you're searching for a conscientious contractor who takes great care in their job - look no further -- Anne is it. I called Anne on Tuesday to see if she could clean the carpets/sofa this week as I have guests coming into town. She fit me into her schedule the next day and came out and did a wonderful job. Anne hand scrubbed the sofa -- and it looks and smells wonderful. She cleaned the carpets and got lots of stains out. Everything looks great. I plan to use Anne's service once a year. Anne's price was a little high - but considering she fit me in - I felt it was worth the $$. After seeing the service she provides - I would highly recommend using this service.

They arrived as scheduled and did a thorough, professional job. The service took a little over one hour. They did lots of prep to make sure the stone floors underneath were not damaged. The rugs looked great afterward.

My friend spilled nail polish on my cream colored microfiber sofa and I panicked! But instanly logged on to Angie's list and chose world Class Services based on other reviews. I called Monday morning and Anne was able to squeeze me in that afternoon, which was awesome. I was very skeptical all the nail polish would come out but Anne did a FANTASTIC job, she got every single drop out! No signs of of any stains!Thank You Anne!

Called for a quote which was very reasonable, based on previous reviews on AL I had no worries. They were able to shift appointment time for us with no problems. A great company to work with.

My cat pee'd on my beautiful eggplant colored sofa. I had no idea how to clean it. Anne saved the day. The sofa not only looks brand new but Anne was very knowledgeable regarding the fabric and how to ensure the urine smell goes away .I would definitely hire Anne again.

World Class Services, Inc. lives up to it's name. Anne and her helper Yvonne did a very nice job. They were thorough and helped move furniture and other items back before they left. Considering how disruptive having 5 rooms of carpet cleaned at one time can be, it was done to our satisfaction. I would definitely use and recommend Anne's company again.

I contacted World Class and spoke to Anne right away. I told her that I was afraid to have my furniture cleaned because it is very expensive, Ethan Allen furniture. She said she would look at the furniture and that she can do a combination of dry cleaning and extraction or whatever is appropriate depending on the type of fabric. She gave me an estimate of cost and scheduled a time to come and give a definite cost and said I could decide at that time if I wanted to have her clean the furniture. I decided to go ahead and have her do the job. She cleaned and put a protective spray on all the furniture. I wasn't sure at first if it would look good but once it dried thoroughly, I could see that she did a very good job. I am very happy with the quality of service as well as her professionalism and knowledge of fabrics and furniture. I definitely recommend her and would definitely use her services again.

I am going to use her again. She was very reliable, came when she said she was coming, returned phone calls quickly, did by her services, I had a spot that didn't come out and she called me to see if I was happy with it, I told her I had a spot and she came back the following week to redo the spot. She is dedicated to her work. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the company. She was professional, she has a very nice personality, she is open and honest. At first I thought the price was on the high side, never having a sofa cleaned before, but when I realized she did it all by hand, I would have to rate the price fair for the amount of work that she did, I think it was a very fair price. She scrubbed that thing by hand, it was not what I was expecting, I was expecting vacuum and spray and then vacuum it up again, but she did everything by hand. She worked really hard on the spots that were really bad and the other thing is she gave a very helpful hint to keep your sofa clean, things that you should on a regular basis that people don't do. While she was here I had her give me a price on three different area rugs and just at the time I wasn't ready to do them and I haven't gotten around to calling her to do it, but she did give me estimates and they were very fair estimates and I will eventually call her back.

I have used Anne Shaw's World Class Services many times over the past ten years. She has, at times, cleaned upholstery for me also. I am most grateful for the very thorough and very excellent job she always does on my blond plush carpet that is over 20 years old. It shows no signs of wear whenever she finishes. This time, I had not had her services for two years, and even so, the finished job made my carpet look nearly brand new. She takes her time--nearly three hours to do what some companies would skip over within less than an hour. I know her charges are more than some other companies might charge, but when I look at the outcome and realize I don't have to replace my carpeting and shell out several thousand dollars, then I think her charges are well worth it. It is so true that you get what you pay for. Anne Shaw is a real professional.

Ann and her team were on time and did a great job. They are pleasant and friendly . They are also full of furniture and material knowledge, so pick their brains while you have the opportunity.

Ann and her assistant arrived on time. They prepped the surrounding area to protect the carpet by the chair and ottoman. They took a couple hours to carefully clean and condition my chair and ottoman. They were very polite and professional. The end result was amazing. The leather looks new again! There is no better service out there. Ann's skill and expertise is superior.

It went great! Terrific job done! I called on Monday morning when another company was a no show. Anne was able to come that same anfernoon. She and her assistant gave my carpet the most thourough cleaning I have ever had done. The chair and ottoman looked like new when finished. Fabric protection was applied to the carpet, chair, and ottoman. She is very friendly and professional. Her promptness, on such short notice, was greatly appreciated as I had out-of-town company coming the following afternoon. I would certainly recommend her services to anyone.

Overall, the cleaning went great. World Class cleaned our carpet the day after I called them! Ann arrived earlier than I anticipated (calling first to make sure I was available). I was very pleased with her work. The rooms she treated for pet stains smell and look terrific. She did stop a couple of times to take/make cell calls, but she worked hard the remainder of the time here. She worked with us on pricing, too. I will use World Class again.

Anne arrived right on time, provided andestimate to clean a sofa and two upholstered chairs recently returned to me. The chairs were particularly soiled. I agreed to the price and left. Four hours later the items were spotless. Anne also correctly identified the source of ripped seams as washing and drying. I highly recommend her service.

Ann measured everything, made some recommendations, and quoted a price. Ann and her assistant worked here for about six hours. After shampooing and removing the water they put plastic barriers under each foot of the tables and furniture and ran heavy paper runners throughout the house. The job was very professionally completed and by next morning everything was dry. She called us a few days later to confirm that we were satisfied. We feel we got good value for the price paid. Having used this company twice we are very satisfied and plan to use her on a regular basis. I have no reservation in highly recommending her.

They arrived early, which was just fine. She took the measuremtns of the bedrooms to be cleaned and explained her process of how she cleans the carpets and furniture. We agreed on a price and they went to work. Everything came out beautiful.
