The two ladies arrived promptly and inspected the carpets which were badly stained. They cleaned the carpets, removed the stains and applied fabric protector. Ann also gave me the name of a product to use if the pet stains reappeared. So far the stains have not resurfaced. The carpets look wonderful. Ann and her assistant did a great job, and I would definitely recommend their services.

We were amazed at the improvement of the appearance of both the carpets and the recliner. I thought we would have to replace but they made them look good enough for company and we can postpone our purchase.

Ms. Shaw and her colleage arrived on time with a van full of equipment and supplies. After consulting on the price of cleaning the two Lazy Boy recliners that had not been cleaned or protected in seven years, they got to work, which meant: 1. Taking every precaution to keep their work area clean, and to contain the chemicals required for the work to the immediate area; 2. Using an array of equiment that included vacuums, shampooers, rinsers, blowers, and things I did not observe, as well; 3. Producing numerous buckets of dirty effluent produced from removing dirt and grime from our chairs; and 4. Spending about 5.5 hours on a job that I had thought was going to be some sort of spray, foam, and vacuum. It was instead a methodical and laborious process that was labor-intensive, skills-dependent, and impressive in its results. The chairs were basically bathed in a cleanser and dried in place, with tarps spread beneath. An optional fabric protection was added to lessen the problem with spills and stains. Ms. Shaw knows her business, and is a hard-working professional. She provides good advice and a fair price for her work. I plan to rely on her in the future.

From the initial call right through to the last follow up call by Anne everything was excellent. After researching several upholstery cleaners we decided to go with World Class Services and are so glad we did. After calling and leaving a message Anne returned our call quickly and we scheduled a time for her to come out. At that time we had only planned to have one sofa cleaned. Anne and her assistant were right on time and incredibly professional and polite. At that time we then showed Anne another sofa that was very soiled and we were going to have reupholstered and asked whether she thought it was worth cleaning. After looking it over Anne's assessment was yes that with a good cleaning we would be very surprised. After a coupled of hours they completed both sofas which turned out incredible. Even the contractor who was doing some remodeling work commented on what a difference it made. Anne then said she would follow up in a couple of days just to be sure we were happy with the results and to see if there was anything else we needed. Sure enough three days later Anne called wanting to be sure everything was ok. I explained we were thrilled and that as soon as I could I intended to right a review because the entire experience had been so positive. We would definitely recommend Anne based on our experience.

Anne and I spoke on the phone and arranged an appt for her to evaluate the work required at the church and to provide an estimate. Anne kept the appointment, examined the pews, explained her process, and gave me an estimate. The estimate was presented to the church council and accepted. Anne and I arranged an appt for the work to be done three weeks hence. Anne and her assistant arrived on time at 8:00 a.m. on the scheduled date. They worked at the church the entire day, not leaving until nearly 5:00 p.m. We at the church are pleased with the results. Most all stains are gone. Anne explained that a few just could not be completely removed. I'm satisfied that Anne and her assistant did all they could. The pews look 100% better. Anne responded to each of my phone calls. She kept the two appointments we made. She did everything she promised would be done. I would definitely recommend World Class Services to anyone who needs carpet or upholstery cleaning. My only caveat is the cost which seemed a little high but Anne explained that theirs is a two-step process of wet/dry cleaning that she deems most thorough. I would definitely use the company again and have nothing but positives to say about Anne and her assistants.

My carpets look wonderful! They did such a nice job! The sofa and love seat look nice, too, but they weren't as dirty to begin with. Anne and her assistant Yvonne were very pleasant, professional and worked hard the whole time they were at my house. I also appreciated the tips Anne volunteered about the best spot cleaners to use on my carpets in the future.

We have two dogs and a cat, but they were able to thoroughly clean the pet's travel areas. World Service was considerable more professional than previous carpet cleaning experiences.

The carpets started like they just needed to be ripped out. There were pee spots all over the carpet that looks like they have been there for years. Anne gave us an initial quote over the phone for $350 based on deep cleaning and odor booster, but when she walked in the house, she said it will be more work than she thought and we ended up paying $586. We were put off by the sudden hike in price, but when she finished, it was like new carpets outside of a few stains here and there.

I was only home for a short time and had arranged to have my carpet restretched, as it had rolled some since being installed a year or so prior. Since I had all of the furniture removed from three room, I thought it would be a good time to have the carpet cleaned as well. I called World Class services, as she had performed some work for me before. Her schedule was tight, but when I told her of my time constraints, she agreed to do the job. Her and her assistant arrived on time and got to work, completing the job without messing around.

We needed to clean the carpets of a rental property between tenants. Anne did excellent work. She called me back immediately, went to the house and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. She then worked me into her schedule, and completed the work as scheduled. She explained everything before she did it, and was even able to remove some pesky stains. The house smelled great when she was done, and the carpets were clean, nice, and fresh for the next tenants. I'd use her again in a heartbeat.

Anne and her assistant completely removed red wine stains from my blond carpet. The area was approximately 3 x 4 feet. I had tried to clean it with club soda, some carpet cleaner I had on hand, but I only made it worse. I called Anne for help on Monday morning, and she was able to rearrange an existing appointment and be at my house early on Tuesday morning. This was very helpful as I was having a dinner party that evening. While they were at my house, they cleaned a velour recliner that was badly soiled. It looks nearly new now. The wine stains in the carpet are completly gone! I have no other explanation except that it is magic! Lucky for me, Ms. Shaw has been cleaning my 23-year-old blond carpet once a year for many years now, and it still looks like new when she finishes.

Very professional -- appointment made/my schedule accommodated (much appreciated, by the way). They arrived promptly, gave estimate for desired work and got right to it for agreed upon items. Even threw in two bar stools! Amazing results on smaller recliner -- looked like it was a different color once they were done. Sectional sofa and one of the chairs had been in unoccupied home for several years and desperately needed resultant grit/grime removed before I would sit on them. I'm very grateful to not be sitting on the floor any longer... Followed up as well. Friendly, professional, efficient -- and did an excellent job!! I have off white microfiber family room furniture. I have had it for over 6 years and it gets a lot of use. I worried that cleaning it would cause spotting so it had never been cleaned before. I had World Class Services come out and they did an AMAZING job. I couldn't be happier with their service.

They were punctual and prepared. The owner was not able to give me an estimate until she saw what was needed to do. A rough estimate was given which was in range of other cleaning companies. The work was done in a timely manner, they cleaned up, and furniture put back in place. Materials and equipment used were clean. When furniture dried colors were lightly faded from the cleaning but that okay considering they were heavily soiled. I was shocked when the bill was given to me. Over $300 for sofa, chair and 5x7 area rug. This was almost doubled from the estimate. I should have gotten the real price after she saw the furniture. Unfortunately, I assumed it be closer to the estimate. The furniture was cleaned but it was not worth $300.

Initial contact was prompt and professional. Anne called the day of the cleaning to offer an earlier time which worked out well. She and her associate did an outstanding job of cleaning the rugs, moving and replacing furniture on protective feet and making sure I was satisfied with the results. The rugs looked better than I had expected.

Ann is very professional and thorough in her work. She provided us a quote for the service prior to starting and since we agreed the work began immediately. By speaking with her it is obvious she knows the proper techniques to use in order to achieve maximum results. Not your typical carpet/upholstery cleaning service that drags hoses through your home and uses a great amount of water that leaves your carpets two wet. She left paper on walk paths and as predicted the items were dry the next morning. Great job.... highly recommended.

Mrs Shaw (company owner) was five minutes early to her appointment with me, and came with one very friendly assistant. They cleaned my leather pit group and cleaned one small room of carpet during the visit. Over all they spent a little over four hours on the job, and I did get a follow up phone call two days later to confirm all was satisfactory. I was very pleased with the results, and would definitely recommend them to any one in need of this type work.

She came over with a helper to do the estimate and wanted to perform the work at the same time... so honestly it was kind of awkward, with a little pressure to make the decision at the same moment I received the estimate. Fortunately, she gave a price that I didn't think was too much. Her and her helper were very nice & professional. They did a good job of cleaning one big area rug, one medium one, and a few smaller ones. The rugs were not really dirty at all (less than a year old), but they smelled (one big dog and a cat). When they were finished, the rugs smelled fine. However, the big rug where our dog spends most of his time is already starting to stink again just a week later. Guess it's just part of owning pets & rugs. They completed the work in a couple hours and put down paper for walking along the edges of the rug. I would definitely recommend them for CLEANING rugs, but not for successfully removing dog smells from your rugs.

Anne was able to accomodate my schedule. She and her assistant showed up promptly at 8:30. She explained what she was going to do and how she would do it and approxiamtely how long it would take. They were here several hours and did an excellent job. Anne also followed up 2 days later to ensure that I was happy with the work. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the high level of customer service. I never felt like she was trying to oversell me or talk me into something I didn't need. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her services.
