Anne and Yvonne did an excellent job. They spent almost 3 hours spraying, rubbing, washing, etc. every square inch of the furniture. She was very honest on what could and couldn't be cleaned well, and set our expectations prior to doing any work (note this was pure white furniture, 100% cotton and 8 years old). All 3 pieces are now significantly cleaner. There are a few spots here and there that could not be returned to their original white color, but Anne warned us prior that those areas would be difficult to fully clean (red wine/coffee stains). She followed up regularly to ensure we were happy with the results and she even returned 6 weeks later to re-clean/treat those spots at no additional cost. The price was a little high, however, this is because we elected for the fabric protector (additional cost). Either way, certainly cheaper than buying new couches. She also honored a 10% discount coupon for Angie's List members.

Went great. Anne & Evonne arrived on time. When was the last time you saw someone clean your upholstery by hand with brushes and even a tooth brush. Everything came out great. The girls were great. Anne even called the next day to make sure all was okay and everything dried properly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Anne was running a few minutes late due to traffic but called me to let me know. She was knowledgeable and professional. She reviewed the work with me and once I approved she and her assistant got started. They finished in a timely manner and everything looked great when they were done. I highly recommend World Class and would absolutely use them again.

I have a large dog who had an upset stomach and two incidents overnight on my living room carpet. I called World Class in the morning, they were out there in the afternoon and did an AWESOME job cleaning my carpet. Before this event I though my carpet only had about a year left but now it looks great! Thanks so for the great job and the quick response.

They were very courteous and friendly. I found their process to be more thorough than other cleaners I've used: they actually moved furniture to get under it and they deep cleaned my pet room as requested to get out some urine smells. They even left us little plastic shoe covers to keep our feet from getting wet.

They were pleasant and did a wonderful job on my furniture. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Not only did the furniture look so much better, but caution had been taken to protect the oriental rugs in the area. I will have their services again.

Ann and her staff made these items look like they were brand new. They had not been cleaned for quite some time and had a number of stains, some caused by our dog. Their attention to detail and professionalism are the best I have seen. I highly recommend their services.

Toddler had a urination accident on sofa. Ann was able to rearrange appointments so she could come the same day to clean the cushions. It took about 1 1/2 hours to complete the cleaning. When done she asked for a few towells to insert between the cushion cover and padding. Leaving the cover partially opened, she asked me to use a fan to blow air into the cushion for the next few hours to expedite drying. She was very careful about taping any colored pen marks that are sometimes left on the padding, so they would not bleed through the material. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Our cat had some accidents on our upholstered furniture and the smell would not come out. Our technician was meticulous in cleaning both affected couches pulling out the odors that were pushed deep into the cushions by our previous cleaning efforts. The smells were almost completely eradicated and the carpets were cleaned beautifully as well. We will use this service again.

Anne and her partner were very responsive and able to come 1 day after I called them. She was extremely professional and certainly understands her products and industry. You can't help but trust her to do the best possible job. I had recently purchased a large sofa, 2 chairs, 2 ottomans and had a chair re-upholstered. We also bought a large 10'x 14' rug. Anne was able to scotch guard everything which made us feel safer with our small dog and cat often jumping up on the furniture. We will call her again as needed for cleaning and other services to our rugs and furniture.

WOW! They cleaned an expensive leather recliner that had a "cat disaster". I was trying them as a last resort before throwing the chair away. They were able to disassemble the chair almost completely and deep clean and deodorize the deck, cushions, seams and liners. They were extremely neat. After the chair had a few days to dry, Ann called to make sure that we were happy with the results. We continued to use enzyme sprays as Ann instructed and the chair is now odor free. The leather was not at all damaged by the cleaning process. They also cleaned 2 chairs in the family room and gave me tips on reducing wear on the sofas. I will be calling them again for other furniture. They were a pleasure to have working here.

Two women came to do the job. They were nice and they were professional. The chair looked wonderful after they were done. I was very pleased.

I was able to set up the service call on the same day I called. The providers arrived when I was told they would, and were extremely professional and personable. The lead technician consulted me about exactly what I wanted, and gave me welcome advice on exactly what should be treated and on the best care of the sofa over its lifetime. Both technicians were hard-working and clearly knew what they were doing. I would recommend these professionals to anyone!

They did a great job. I did have a delicate rug cleaned and they took special care in cleaning that rug with a dry cleaning solvent. They were on time and then called to follow up to see if I needed anything else which was nice of them.

It worked out very very well. They were very pleasant. I really didn't think my chairs could be cleaned and they did a wonderful job.

They were great and they had really good customer service. When she arrived I asked her to do an extra rug and it was not a problem.
