Description of Work: Cleaned two bedrooms and hallway, on time, cleaned well, prefer a system that uses less water however.

Description of Work: ms shaw and her assistant arrived on time and were professional. I had a couch I needed cleaned but she wasn't able to provide an estimate till she saw it long story short ... she saw it ... said that due to the material it wouldn't look as great as I liked for the 300+ price she charged me 50 dollars for the visit which I feel was ridiculous given the situation

Description of Work: Cleaned several very large area rugs. One of which was being used by a new rescue dog as a potty (unknown to us). We didn't realize it for several weeks, so obviously this was an extreme situation. Anne came out, cleaned and deodorized both sides of the rug and explained what I needed to do to dry the rug by putting slats underneath it to hold it off the floor as much as possible and use fans to dry it was quickly as possible. Once the rug was dry, the smell was gone!! She was a life-saver! Now I have her out about every 6 months or so especially once I saw how much dirt she pulled from those rugs!! We have kids and pets and I feel better knowing my rugs are deep-cleaned rather than running a wand over it with hot water. I had Anne out only a few weeks after Stanley Steemer had been here and the amount of dirt left behind by SS was astounding!!

Description of Work: anne and yvonne came out and cleaned my sectional and did an excellent job. They were very personable and very good at their job. I would certainly use them again in the future!

Description of Work: Anne and Yvonne came out and spent probably 3+ hours cleaning my oversized Norwalk linen sectional sofa. I had paid $5000 for this couch 3 years ago and had never had it cleaned before for fear of someone "ruining" it as opposed to "cleaning" it. However, after reading the reviews here I decided on using WCS and Im only sorry that I didnt do it sooner! Anne and Yvonne were so nice and obviously extrememly good at their jobs. The service is not cheap, but if you care about your furniture, it is CERTAINLY worth it. I will DEF use them again and I reccomend that you do too!

Description of Work: Cleaned 4 bedrooms Berber carpeting. All had prior pet stains that had set in for up to a year. Anne was able to clean all the way and remove the odor associated. She also followed up like she said the following week to make sure the stains were gone. I've had cheaper service done, but the spots have always returned. Nice job.

Description of Work: Anne promptly responded to my email from Angie's List. She was prompt for the appointment for the estimate. She and her assistant cleaned my black leather sofa, love seat and chair and did an excellent job. They were professional and friendly and I would hire them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned our wool carpets & rugs, also silk fabric sectional.The company was very knowledgeable about fibers/fabrics when given comfort level. I was very pleased knowing they wouldnt do damage to my effects.
