It was a nightmare of a year and half. I thought because I knew my project manager this would be a smooth process. The cabinet vendor used was garbage. Everything went wrong with cabinets. Down to being 4 shelves short and it took almost 11 months to get them. When we got them it was a piece of wood that needed to be cut to size with now unfinished edges. My floors started bubbling because there was no room for them to expand. I had to buy more product and was ensured I would be reimbursed, which I was not. It took months of begging to complete the project. It was a headache and a nightmare. Steer clear from these scam artist. The owner at one point kept insisting he was correct on one of the cabinets ordered and I knew it was incorrect. It took 3 weeks to come to my house to actually see I was right.

Do not hire. This guy is a liar who profits from doing no work in higher and cheaper labor, and then takes zero responsibility for the poor quality and the damages. He does not have employees. He hires other companies cheaper behind his customers back and makes a profit and then takes zero responsibility.

Great communication! I did not contact them through Angie's List but another site & Roberto was quick to respond. Set up a time to take a look and was able to start the project 2 days later! We had new tile installed in our townhome and it turned out beautiful. They also installed backsplash for us in our kitchen and Everything really changed up the place! Highly recommend and will definitely hire again!

Absolutely amazing. We could not ask for a better outcome. We have a 3,000sqft home and they completely remodeled the entire house in 1 month. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a construction company. Marcus and Roberto are a incredible team we cannot be more thrilled with our new home. If you want a general contractor who sticks to his timeline, pick these guys.

Marcos was awesome! He did such a beautiful job, with the oversized tiles. I know it was extra hard working with those big tiles! Roberto was so good about getting back to me for any questions I had. These guys are the real deal!!

The job went great. Eddy and Pedro were very friendly and professional. Pedro did the whole job in 2 days and it looks great. There was ABSOLUTELY NO quality control of the job! The flooring in front of the patio doors was left soft and squishy due to not using transition strips. There are gaps seen between some of the quarter rounds. There is sloppy painting of the quarter round in numerous areas. Instead of painting them BEFORE installation, the guys painted them AFTER and got unnecessary paint on ALL the vinyl planks. I paid a premium price for "less than mediocre" work!

Save yourself the headache. Disrespectful and unprofessional work. I tried to give them time to fix what they did but they just ignored me instead. I withheld 20% of their pay until the damages they left were fixed. Instead of a professional message, the worker basically threatened me and was extremely disrespectful. My painter came and fixed the damages they made that night because I was moving in 24 hours later. It took him 8 hours. He stayed till 1 AM and he couldn’t get to everything. Not cheap to fix their mistakes. I had to buy a new toilet because they removed the one I had and broke it leaving it in my only shower. Didn’t finish around my shower so anytime I use it I have to put a towel down so water doesn’t get under the floor. Ruined my doors by cutting them without taking the time to make sure it’s even. Left doors off which now are just sitting in my house bc I don’t know how to put them back on. It’s just unfinished sloppy work. They have tried to blame it on the flooring not being good quality and not having enough. This flooring is one of the best brands on the market. Comparable to calibamboo. I’ll just leave pictures. Should explain plenty. Roberto appeared to be professional and kind from the moment I met him but as soon as his coworker messed up- he apologized and vanished. Do better, this is a business. Professionalism and being kind will take you much farther. I hate leaving poor reviews but they had the opportunity to work this out with me and instead chose to run. I will never use them again.

Working with Wisdom Renovations, Roberto, and his team on our porcelain tile flooring project was a rare and excellent experience. In the 50 years I have been having contractors work on the homes I've lived in, Wisdom under Roberto's leadership was clearly one of the best! And a rare experience nowadays. Roberto was outstanding with his customer service and responsive communication. He was honest, provided a fair price, and stuck to his estimate without adding all those surprising extras. His team was punctual, respectful, very hard working, and extremely competent at their professions. They cleaned up the work area every day and were pleasant to be around. All in all, Wisdom is outstanding, and I can highly recommend them!

Roberto and company did an amazing job on our carpet installation. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and quick. A+ would absolutely hire Wisdom Renovations again!

We are so pleased with the way the floors and the baseboards turned out! Roberto came out to give me an estimate and was prompt and efficient. I got three quotes that day, and Wisdom Renovations was fair and didn't nickel and dime us with extra charges. We scheduled the job to accommodate our schedule a few weeks out. They started the job a day early and was in and out in 2 1/2 days for over 600 sq feet. Communication with Roberto was so constant and his quick responses made this a seamless install. There was an overage in calculating square footage for which he quickly adjusted our invoice. Will call them again for the work on the kitchen backsplash!

Roberto and his crew were excellent in laying this tile , André the tile guy was great at his work. Would always call them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a great tile job thanks again Roberto

Carpet looks fantastic. These gentlemen worked diligently to get the job done. They answered all questions, and took care when moving furniture and other belongings. They arrived on time, and were both professional and very friendly. Would definitely hire them again.

I couldn’t have had a better experience dealing with Roberto as an installer. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction on his work is exceptional. I would strongly recommend using him for your flooring needs. You won’t regret it!!

It went very well. Roberto gave us a detailed quote which was helpful to see the breakdown. He also takes the payment after the work is done which is great, unlike most businesses which require 50% upfront. Lindomar and Ricardo who did the work were amazing. They would arrive early morning and leave late- around 5-5:30 and worked really hard. I’ve seen folks who disappear for hours at lunch time and are in a hurry to leave but these two really did great work. We got our living room. Master bed and two more bedrooms tiles and the work took 3 1/2 days which was very quick. I would recommend this company unequivocally anytime.
