Very well. Jeff is very professional, informative and courteous. Going forward, I will be having him service the A/C unit annually.

Jeff provided service to us and our home being very much aware of our budget. He did not offer anything we didn't want or need instead went above and beyond by calling the A/C manufacturer directly. He found a solution for us from the manufacturer with full warranty. Jeff is always on time and communicates and explains everything he is going to do. He doesn't advertise his services and was recommended to us by a friend. I respect the way he does business and let's his actions and performance speak for him rather than spending tons of money and causing higher overhead due to public advertising. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for A/C help.

* Wingfield Services is an independent A/C contractor owned by Jeff Wingfield. Jeff is a long time personal friend through our kids' mutual school and scouting programs. My family and I have used Jeff's services exclusively for approximately 15 years. Jeff is straightforward and presents options when they are available. I often use his recommendations. Recently, my fifteen year old A/C system developed a massive leak and it was not cost effective to repair. Jeff offered to repair the fan coil for approximately $2000 but recommended a full system replacement as the most cost effective approach. I got a second opinion that confirmed the diagnosis and cost for repair. In conjunction with the A/C replacement I wanted to relocate the fan coil and condenser, and replace all the ductwork in the house. Jeff presented the full model lineup and helped me to choose the model best suited to my budget. I did not get a competitive quote for the exact equipment that Jeff offered but had previous quotes in hand to help gauge his price. His offer on the ductwork included a low cost option to install the minimum amount of registers and assess the need to add additional if necessary, which I elected to do. The work proceeded over the course of about ten calendar days around Easter weekend. Jeff's crew were conscious of keeping the house cleaned up and minimizing the amount of disturbance as much as possible. One of the most valuable aspects of his service was coordination with a contractor that was providing the electrical service in the new locations. When the work was done Jeff followed up with three trips. The first to add an additional return register, the second to fine tune the air flow and a final visit upon request to add an additional return register and connect my existing thermostat to optimize de-humidification. I highly recommend Jeff for A/C work.

WHEN OUR AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT SEEM TO BE PUTTING OUT ANY COOL AIR, WE CALLED JEFF WINGFIELD TO HAVE HIM LOOK AT IT. HE WAS PROMP, HONEST AND HIS WORKMANSHIP AND KNOWLEDGE WERE UNBEATABLE. WOULD CALL HIM IN A HEARTBEAT.
