WindowWall replaced four windows and a door in our historic 96 year old house. A big project, petrified wood, long hard day for the installers. We were very impressed with their work and the professionalism of all employees and reps who came at the announced time they told us tehy would be here. We were so impressed with the price, workmanship and competence of everyone that we ordered three more windows. We highly recommend them.

This company epitomizes the American work ethic rarely witnessed today. All of the individuals I had the pleasure to work with were impeccable in their standards, from arrival times, courtesy, information to clean up. The sound mitigation and thermal regulation were immediately noticeable as promised. All contracts were clear and concise. Multiple estimates were happily made on all the different sizes, styles and configurations of windows to suit your needs. I am anxious to continue working with Window Walls for my next project. I'm writing this review based on the customer service and sales tech experience. I have not had the window replaced yet but what I can tell you is that my initial experience with this company has been outstanding. I would like to add that most companies have a minimal of three windows to be installed before they do any work for you. This company is not that way if you have one window no matter the size they will replace it. Also they offer options for pricing and some companies have one set product. The window I am having replaced is a large opening with two windows and they were able to give me pricing for a large one window slider or replacing it exactly the same with two windows. The price point was a large difference between the two and that is something I appreciate having an option on price. Richard is the sales rep that I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating on scheduling.

They were right on time and communicated with me very well. They did the window in my office while I was working from home and I can tell a hear difference immediately. We were incredibly happy with our new windows. The owner and installers were wonderful to work with. The installation was done beautifully. We ended up with white interior and bronze exterior and couldn't be more pleased. However, WindowWall is now working in the Miami area so we are concerned about follow-up service.

I can't say enough about the doors and windows. The house is quieter, the electric bill is already down. But that aside, Eddie and his team did a great job on the installation and even got kudos from the county inspector that visited a week later. Great Quality , we're in process of hiring . Window Wall is by far the best Window company in Tampa. The window are top quality no price gimmicks like others such as Tate window or window world . Highly recommended!

My husband and I were impressed with the quality of the windows and specially the doors. It made a huge difference in the comfort level in my home because the outside noise is now gone, i feel a lot less heat coming through, i know I'm protected in case of a storm, they look fantastic, and they are a breeze to operate. What surprised me the most about WindowWall is how far the installers went out of their way to take care of our home. They covered my entire floor with protective paper, they covered all my items that were next to windows with thin plastic blankets, and thicker mats under the windows they worked in. The clean up at the end was impeccable. I would highly recommend WindowWall to anyone looking for new windows and doors.
