The price was great, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Danny, one of the owners, is inconsistent, failed to include parts necessary for the installation of a bay window, and did not deliver on date as promised, causing at least a two month delay in getting the windows installed.
Description of Work: Used to purchase PGT impact resistant windows and doors for new home.

I met the a sales rep. named Dean at my office for an estimate. He was 20 minutes late and looked like he had a long night before. He said he would get back to me with an estimate in 3 days. He never gave me an estimate. I have left 4 messages over the last 3 weeks. None of my calls were returned. I told the secretary that he didn't return the phone calls. She said she would make sure he got the message. Still no return call.
Description of Work: Originally, he was supposed to give me an estimate for 2 wood windows. When he said he doesn't install wood windows I asked him for an estimate for the other windows to be replaced too (they were old).

VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THEY HAVE BEEN OUT SEVERAL TIMES WITH ALL OF MY OPTIONS THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED TO ME! THEIR PRICES ARE CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN OTHERS.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE WINDOW SASHES. HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES WITH NO POSITIVE RESULT. MANY TIMES MY CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED. FINALLY, DANNY TOOK CHARGE OF THE CASE AND SAID HE CONTACTED WEST WINDOWS CORPORATION. SAID THAT HE HAS TO WAIT UNTIL THE COMPANY SHIPS THE SASHES IN A SERVICE TRUCK. THAT IS HARD TO BELIEVE AFTER ALMOST FOUR MONTHS. THEIR JOB WAS TO GET THE WINDOWS AND THEY HAVE SO FAR FAILED. THESE SASHES HAVE NOT BEEN PAID YET AND I AM CONSIDERING CANCELING THE DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: ORDERED 6 NEW DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS FOR MY HOUSE. THE PRICE WAS OK. THE WINDOWS ARRIVED AND WERE FINALLY DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE, WHICH WAS VERY NICE. THEY DID NOT INSTALL. I HAD MY INSTALLER. ORDERED BOTTOM SASHES FOR THREE WINDOWS IN EARLY MAY.

Description of Work: Did 21 windows,finished work was good. They quoted $3800, and incl. Inst., wood,and tax, no painting.Not prepared to professionaly finish windows, we had to wait for them, painters had to wait. No permits were pulled. Empl not nice made me cry.
