They never showed up

We originally contacted their office in November 2013 to get pricing to stake a new storage building and find the original stakes for the property lines. We were very surprised that they said we needed to have a totally new survey to stake a storage building that we wanted to put up. I called and spoke to Miss Sherry 6 or 7 times and asked her to have the owner contact me to explain the pricing. Then, again on February 11, 2014, I called and told her that the Owner never called me back and we were ready to move forward with the building. She told me "the owner said he is not going to call you back since you wrote a bad review about us on Angie's List". I told her that I have never written any bad reviews on Angie's List and that he is confusing me with someone else. She said, "sorry, that's his message". This of course resulted in us using a different company on Angie's with a "A" rating. I do not understand this lack in professionalism in a business.

Called on August 29th and spoke to Don Williamson. He said he could do the survey the following week. I asked him to emailed info on pricing via email which he did. I called back to hire their service and he never called back!. Do not recommend. you will waste your time waiting for a return call that will never happen.

I spoke to Mr. Williamson from the beginning who was very helpful and professional. He understood what we needed and the time frame in which we were working. His company completed the job quickly and efficiently. Mr. Williamson was available to answer any questions I had as I could not be at the site on the day of the survey

They did show up on time as promised, however they stated that they set a couple corner post, but did not set any. There was too much vegetation at the time to be able to do this properly. They said that there were encroachments on my property, but that was not shown on the survey. They also stated on the survey that they found concrete monuments on the property but I never saw them.
