I find it rare these days to come across a business whose integrity, perseverance and customer service impresses me but, Wild, Wild Pest has done that. I admit to being a little skeptical at first that the destructive pocket gophers would be removed from my yard but—cross my fingers—they appear to be gone. Further, Fox has promised to keep after them to ensure they are gone. I can’t say enough about his knowledge and diligence in pursuing the pesky gophers but I’m so glad Fox is on MY side!

Fox was incredibly helpful professional and efficient when it came to trapping the possums that took over my attic. I called him and he initially missed my call and texted me back shortly after I told him what I needed and he was to my house with traps set within 24 hours. I contacted 6 companies and multiple companies quoted me over $1200 just to trap the animals and I was starting to worry being a single parent because that was a lot of money to afford. Fox was upfront about pricing for trapping and also had other options added to seal the place they were getting into the house at. I ultimately handled sealing up my residence and had him handle the trapping. There was no pressure to do both and he even educated me on the best way to go about sealing up the house moving forward. His prices are best in the business and his positive and friendly attitude go a long way. Wouldn't hire anyone else if there were possum or raccoon issues in the future. Highly recommend - I called Fox to remove possums living under my mobile home. From day one Fox was very professional and explained the whole process well. Fox trapped 3 possums and then sealed the bottom of my home so nothing more could get under. Fox is a true professional and loves his work as well as the critters he catches. He relocates them into a natural habitat away from people so they can live out their lives without those pesky humans around.

We kept hearing weird noises through our vent. I found Wild West Pest online and Fox came over within an hour. He got the job done and you could tell he really cares for these animals and taking care of his customers like family. He did an awesome job and knew what he was doing. He was able to detect the rodent with his heat sensor and found it behind our vent in the wall. It was a baby raccoon. His prices are lower than other Critter removal companies out there. He was very nice and I was so relieved to have found him to do the job. He sent videos of him for my kids to show he taking care of the raccoon and making sure he was going to get him back to health before he is released. My kids loved it. I highly recommend Fox for your rodent removal needs!!!

Fox and company did an excellent job. We tried unsuccessfully to rid our home of rats. They damaged air conditioning ducts and were very annoying. Fox cleared them out and sealed our mobile home against future problems which he guarantees. Great organization

Fox helped us with the safe removal of some baby raccoons that we had on our property. I am the Lead Lifestyle Concierge at a resort housing community in Wesley Chapel. Because we are a new community still in the building phase, we get lots of wildlife around. I love animals so much and was very dedicated to finding someone who would relocate them and not just kill them. Fox does just that and even sends videos releasing the animals. We had a bat in our pool cage that decided that he did not want to leave. Fox was here first thing in the morning and was fast, friendly, and courteous. I would not hesitate to use him again if needed.

Fox, was amazing, not only he showed up as soon as I talked to him. He responded the inquiry I made at 3am, no one else did that and I called and emailed several companies. He was very knowledgeable, he understood me and calmed me down. He spent an extra 1.5 hours finding the second bat, he wasn't able to find him. He then came back right away after leaving when I found bat's hiding spot. He was extremely patient with me. If you doubt hiring, don't do it, he is the best, you won't be disappointed

Excellent. Job well done. Mr. Fox is very smart and kind. I would hire again and highly recommend him. I also like the fact that he relocates the critters. He had to bait and trap a possum and a racoon that would living in my rafters downstairs.

Fox is the hardest working and most humane of all trappers. He understands my concerns about the increase of wildlife in our neighborhood and property damage associated with it. He accomplishes what he says he will, even if it’s over a period of weeks. I have been looking for solutions to the problems where I live, I ended up with 5 feral TNVR cats almost 4 years ago and must relocate soon due to family concerns. If anyone reading this review knows of an equestrian center or rescue group we can rehome them here in Florida, please contact Fox. Previous to moving into my house, there were fruit rats, and recently there are some nocturnal animals that needed to be relocated. Especially, the raccoons. The first week he got 5 or 6 critters and later several others. He understands that I don’t want any animal harmed. He’s super knowledgeable and gets the job done. Call Fox whenever a wildlife problem arises, I appreciate everything he has done for my yard, neighborhood and the animals.
