A great team at Westfall Roofing ! Hector and Lindsay were Best in Class in their roles of Project Manager and Supervisor ! Their communication and notification of all upcoming work scheduling and action were outstanding.

Old house, Seminole Heights in Tampa, multiple roof levels because of badly done home additions, chimney. Westfall roofing was amazing from start to finish. They werenâ t the cheapest option, but they were only about $300 more in their quote and their rep was very courteous. What their rep did that convinced me to not go with the cheaper offer was point out some problem areas. All other quotes were just look, quote. Their guy went around the house with me instead of on their own. The worst quote we got from a company was from satellite. Measurements were accurate, but there is no way to guess the details, and theirs was the highest quote anyway. Westfall didnâ t give us a schedule that they couldnâ t keep, and then called to see if they could start early. This is much better than scheduling a time and then being late. Their project manager, Hector, was excellent to work with and was available throughout the entire project, not just at the start and finish. Personable, knowledgeable, and able to relate the information in a way that a non-roofer would undertand. Our project had some hang-ups, several hang-ups! There was some major damage inside the roof due to termites (I mentioned this is an old house in Seminole Heights) where there were rafters broken. There was also water damage and rot in several places. I donâ t know how they scheduled it in, because they obviously have other customers, but they spent an extra three days on our project. Their scheduling office was really on top of things. Our roof looks exceptional, much better than the rest of the house, and the Westfall staff was amazing to work with, thank you Brian. Good scheduling, actually getting call-backs when requested, easy to communicate with our representative, knowledgeable project manager who was available throughout, all correspondence was prompt and accurate. Simply a good experience all around. And the final bit of awesomeness? When the inspector came out to survey the roof, they said they have no issues with Westfall and congratulated us on using a good company for the work.

They were very meticulous and timely with their work. Complete roof replacement in one day. Excellent price, all workers were pleasurable and the completed product , my new roof, came out Excellent. I couldn't believe how they completed the replacement in one day. I strongly recommend them to everyone in need of those services.

The team that did the work was outstanding a professional. They did the job right, and when we found some additional issues, they worked with me to fix them. I would use them again. I would have given 5 stars across the board, but their front office needs to stop over-committing to make a sale.

WESTFALL ROOFING ISSUES - Delayed Job Start o We originally wanted the job to start in January before we moved into the house. Once we paid the deposit, we could not schedule for weeks. Our job was finally scheduled for the end of February (after we occupied the house). - Waste Trailer o We requested the waste trailer to be placed on the left side of the garage so we could have access. The trailer was placed on the right side of the garage, without our knowledge. I texted and called our Job Supervisor but did not get a response. A few hours later, the trailer was moved to the correct side of the driveway. - Delayed Job Start o After the Job Supervisor arrived, he informed me that the Crew Manager had called off sick and the crew could not work without a manager. The job would be pushed back one day. Ten minutes later, I got a call from the Westfall office stating that the crew had to finish a previous job and could not get to my house. The job would be pushed back one day. o I can understand that situations occur. I was not upset that the crew could not start on the scheduled day. But I do not appreciate being lied to. Either the Crew Manager was sick or the crew had to finish another job. But only one of those is true and the other is a lie. - Satellite Dish Receiver o When I contracted the job, we discussed the satellite dish and that we would be without service for a couple of days. After the crew left, we did not have TV service. I inspected the roof and the satellite receiver was not replaced. The wires had been cut and the receiver was nowhere to be found. o I called and texted the Job Supervisor and did not get a response until the following day. When the Job Supervisor called, he stated that our service provider would have to be scheduled to align the satellite dish. I explained that the receiver was MISSING and the wires were CUT. He apologized and stated that he should have mentioned the re-alignment service call. The Job Supervisor then stated that most customers throw away their satellite receivers when they get new roofs. (That is impossible to believe!) o The Job Supervisor mentioned that Westfall Roofing would pay for the installation of the satellite receiver. He made no effort to expedite this matter nor to assist in fixing the mistake. The solution is to put everything on the customer to figure it out. - Job Not Complete o There are supplies in my front yard and the Job Supervisor mentioned that the job is not complete. Obviously, this is not an urgent concern as nobody has come by to finish my job. First, my job could not be started because the crew was at another job. Now my roof can not be completed because the crew is at another job. When will my roof be prioritized? It seems this job is not the most important job and Westfall Roofing will get to it at their convenience. Regardless of the mistakes that have been made. Any one of these issues would not be of any consequence. But together, this is a pattern of mistakes, miscommunication, and poor customer service. We have been lied to, not responded to and our property destroyed. The inconvenience of our satellite receiver cannot be recovered. Westfall Roofing must have so many customers that they can treat some of them with a lack of respect and discard private property. Do not solve the problem, just pay for the damage. We will be waiting days to weeks to restore our satellite service. Had we known about this ahead of time, we could have been prepared to purchase a new satellite receiver and be without service for an extended amount of time.

Professional, responsive and good quality work

Everything was done as promised by the roofing consultant, David Torres, including the clean-up when the job was done. The crew were courteous and managed to get done in one day. I would recommend Westfall to anyone needing a new roof. Any questions I had were taken care of quickly and satisfactorily, including those to the office.

They just finished up our job yesterday and did an amazing job! We went with solar vent fans instead of ridge vents that were there previously. Canâ t wait to see the energy savings from this switch. Everyone was very pleasant and professional to deal with. When it comes to work ethic, these guys should have their pictures in the dictionary as the definition of the words. Excellent experience from beginning to end and will recommend them highly to anyone in need of roofing.

Kudos to Herman (Sales Rep.), Becky (Acct. Coordinator Orchestra Conductor), Simon (Site Foreman), and the Crew that performed my new roof installation. The quality of workmanship, attention to every detail, and superior rating of materials used make Westfall Roofing the best choice......the only choice. You just cannot argue with 33 years in business. While others may be cheaper, you usually get what you pay for. Westfall was totally worth the investment, my house had curb appeal before, but now it really stands out. In tough economical times, its good to know there are contractors that live up to expectations, and then go way beyond that. I have recommended Westfall Roofing to my neighbors.

The supervisor Xavier, overseeing my roof installation (shingle and slow flow) explained the whole process and answered all my guestions and followed thru to completion. He always took the time to take my calls. Communication was very important to me. The roof is completed and looks great.
