Westfall Roofing

From estimate for new roof to completion of project, the project went quick and efficient. They prepped the old roof and cleaned up the debris and put in a great new roof including removal of an old pool solar system. The were great from beginning to end. I would use them again but hopefully that will not be necessary as roof has a great warrantee. I would recommend to anyone.

Josh was excellent and explained everything well. Roof was scheduled within 2 weeks and job completed in 2 days. Clean up excellent Job well done. One happy customer here 😊

Prompt communication from the field agent and office. Clear instructions along the way as to what to expect. The team that performed the work on site were very professional, made initial introductions and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. No upcharges despite a few areas of repair and adjustment where we had a crows nest that need removing and the hole filed. We had quite an involved roof and so careful to obtain several quotes and have an opportunity to do our own due diligence. The price quoted was competative and on the lower end of the other roofing companies.

The only company to give me an honest quote. They were very professional and worked me in 3 weeks earlier than I expected. The office staff were very pleasant to deal with. A very good experience.

Ryan Westfall took extra time to educate me about shingles, underlayment etc which made my decision to hire them very easy. Before the work began, (upon my request) the landscaping was protected with plywood and the crew was extra careful not to damage anything. The work was completed in a timely manner and after the cleanup you wouldn't be able to tell that they were ever there. Very professional and efficient group of guys.

These two guys did an awesome job! Their customer service was outstanding and kept me completely informed during the entire job. Both Westfall employees who came out to do the job never slowed down once, they never complained, and you could tell they both cared about their workmanship. Great job and very impressed.

The presentation by Jeff D'Amore was the primary lever in my selecting Westfall. Weather was a factor, but the company kept me informed with updates at 730A. The crew was hard working and productive, arriving at 730-8 and working until 5-530P. The workmanship was quite good and the roof looks great. Took almost 3 days, with the crew worked around downpours. Perhaps the most exemplary thing the crew did was to clean up thoroughly each day. I have not yet found a stray nail.

When a company hired low cost labor, that is what the customer is going to get low cost labor. The crew rushed to finish in one day because the only thing they talked about was to get another job for tomorrow.... Forman has to fixed stuff that was done incorrectly. This job cost me $9,600.00

Sherry was super helpful in the office and Bill was amazing on site, explaining the needed repairs and process. They have made a painful repair as easy as pie! No one wants to pay for a roof repair but when you do, you want this level of service.

Brian visited my home to inspect a roof leak in our den. He took about 15 minutes walking around the affected area and determined that my leak may be a combination of a few problems. First, he noticed that the builder had cut some corners during install with lack of flashing in many areas. My roof is only 10 years old, so this was a disappointment. Second, he noticed a nail sticking up from a shingle almost exactly in line with the leak on the interior of our house. He asked how far I wanted to go with this repair and I mentioned that I wanted to seal the leak, however, only having a 10 year old roof that I would hope I could avoid a major repair. He gave me options from a full repair costing about $1,250 to sealing around the nail. I opted to seal around the nail myself and will see if I need to move forward with the repair later. Brian was extremely honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. I really appreciate that he did not try to sell me on a pricy repair, its rare to see that from a contractor. One thing is for sure, I saved myself time when it comes to evaluating companies for any further repairs or future replacement, they'll have my business.

Work completed in about 2 1/2 days. Workmanship was OK. Had a few minor issues that were resolved. Roof looks good. Very slow to schedule a final "walk thru" following job completion. Price was very good and they didn't stick us with any unexpected add-ons. The staff were pleasant to deal with. I got the longest/best warranty possible.

Excellent! Starting with Eric who really sold me because out of the 5 estimates I received he was the only one who stayed professional and stated he would never bad mouth another company. The shingle group was professional and told me it would be another day because they wanted a specialty group to do the flat roof and shingle connection. I appreciate them wanting the installation done properly.

I asked for quotes from 8 different roofing companies and Westfall was the only company willing to look at the job. The salesman was knowledgeable about roofing and explained our options. They install a high-end roof. We were told up front we are paying for premium service and that others might give a lower bid. Since I couldn't get another bid we went with Westfall and are very pleased with the results. They were punctual, skilled workers worked hard, and the quality of the materials was excellent. There were no surprises on the final invoice. I would hire them again.

This roof job went very well from start to finish. Frankly, working with contractors is not a favorite chore. In order to make it better, I selected 3 roofers from Angie's list. Westfall was chosen because my salesman, Eric, took the time to go over all possible expenses. I did not want any surprise charges or to bust my budget. So, we reviewed any possible additional charges and cost them out. This worked out very well; we were significantly below the amount I budgeted for this project. The crew was arrived early; they worked fast and hard. I am very satisfied with the results--and relieved to finally have my roof replaced. It's always a pleasure to work with contractors--like Westfall, that have these high standards of professional ethics and technical competence.

Westfall roofing provided superior craftsmanship. They were very adaptable to the general contractors needs as schedule changes were needed to accommodate for construction delays . From the beginning with the estimator Mark, to the workers William and Miguel, all work from this company was professional, intelligent And communicative. They did a wonderful job explaining and showing me with photos the issues. They gave me an estimate the day the company came to look at the roof, and were punctual. William and Miguel worked hard and got the job done right so I am confident I won’t have water leakage again. They even checked another area for me that I had a concern about, going the extra mile. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very well. Old roof actually had double shingles, which increased the price, per the contract. Roofing crew was courteous and professional and accommodated a few custom requests.

Replaced hurricane damaged roof with TPO roofing system. Our duct work went thru a small attic to supply our bedrooms with cool/warm air. The attic was so hot that the air warmed before reaching the bedrooms. Our sales Rep, Josh, recommended the TPO insulated commercial roofing system. He was so right. Our air conditioner is running far less and our bedrooms are cool I can now feel the air blowing out of vents and it is cold. We are very pleased with Westfall Roofing from our Sales Rep Josh, to the Office communication, and the crews and supervisors who did the work. Special thanks to supervisor Brian for being either here or available. Great job by all. Yes we recommend Westfall Roofing to everyone. If they can do this job with this roof, I would trust them with a normal roofing job.

Very happy with the responsiveness of the company. From Isaac who came out for estimate, to William who repaired the roof. Did look at other companies but came back to Westfall and very happy that I did. Professional care all the way.
