Westfall Roofing did an excellent job. Their employees were punctual and professional. Jeff D'Amore answered all of my questions and explained the process in detail. I had a few small items remaining after the crew finished, which were addressed immediately. I would definitely recommend that anyone in the Tampa Bay area that needs to replace their roof speak with Jeff before using another firm.

Westfall Roofing and the staff were very professional. We shopped around and received 4 quotes from top rated roofing companies. Westfall was the most professional of them all. They followed through with all the work and every item in the contract. Started as agreed, replaced the entire roof and rotted wood as needed. We were able to see pictures of all problem areas and also pictures of the areas after the repair was finished. They finished the work and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend you get them to quote your work.

Very well. The work was done in a timely manner, the job was cleaned up once the work was finished, and Manny (the company representative) was very attentive to the work being performed properly.

The sales rep listened to our needs and recommended a TPO roofing system that answered our needs. We have a 1/12/pitch with no attic except over the hall. The system included a solar exhaust fan. What a difference in comfort to our home. Exactly what we were promised. We are now able to sleep comfortably in our own bed. The best part was being listened to and answering those concerns/needs.

Job well done. You never quite know what lies underneath until the old roofing is stripped away. Well, in our case, a lot of wood needed to be replaced. Added repair costs were reasonable and our new roof has been brought up to code with top quality materials and workmanship. No worries about having the best possible roof on our home. Excellent! Estimator Eric Dawson did a great job explaining the entire process and the roofing products available. Everyone on the Westfall Team from the office personnel (Caitlin, AJ, Sherri) to the installers (Ricardo & his team) and the service technician kept us informed all the way thru the project. All were very professional. Everyone that worked on our roof were hard working and top of the line professional craftsman. They did an outstanding job! We chose the Owens Corning Duration Shingle and associated roofing products. I believe our roof is great example of the quality products that Owens Corning produces as well as the quality installation and workmanship that the Westfall Roofing Team provides.

Every aspect of the transaction was done in a timely manner. Communication was perfect from start to finish. Everything was done meticulously and cleaned up when they were finished. The crew was pleasant and cooperative. When the main roof on my house need to be replaced I will definitely be using Westfall Roofing to do the work.

Only a one year warranty was offered, and little effort was made in the work for provision of longevity. This was their match for my standing-seam sheet-metal main roof which has 30 years of life expectancy remaining. Replacement hood is plastic and somewhat flimsy. Vent pipes are sealed with vinyl diaphragms rather than lead boots as we discussed. However, electrical mast appears well sealed. The best news is that the leaks have apparently stopped, for now at least.

I did have a few issues (tar was left on the house, trimming was missing and needed to be replace in areas that were left off, damaged done to the screen room and the screen repair company keep delaying there arrival time to fix the screen. I did have a few plants destroyed but I did not submitt the replacement request) corrected that had occurried and needed attention but they were taken care of to my satisfaction Was extremely professional and helpful getting all issues taken care of in a timely manner. There was no pressure on them receiving their payment until all issues were completed which made was important.

The interaction with Westfall Roofing was superior in every way. I called the office and explained the repair situation. The office staff was wonderful - polite, friendly and VERY HELPFUL. They scheduled my appointment within a few days and sent a confirmation email with photo. Bill Wright arrived exactly as promised: he walked me through the project and provided me with much-needed information. Above all, Bill's extensive knowledge put my mind to rest. Bill was friendly, polite and VERY HELPFUL. Sherri Westfall emailed me the quote for the job and the friendly technician arrived promptly, started working immediately and was on-site for several hours to make sure the roof was repaired and in good condition. I was treated with courtesy and respect by everyone at Westfall during every part of the process. And EVERYONE was HELPFUL beyond measure: I am confident of their expertise and have already recommended them to two people. I contacted several companies on Angie's List that were listed under Roof Repairs but when I called them, they told me they only did new roofs. Don't bother calling anyone else for a repair or a new roof - my experience with Westfall Roofing was excellent and I highly recommend them.

Excellent. They came out to assess the problem, and within a few days, they came out to fix the leak. They were wonderful and very prompt. A few other companies that I called said they couldn't come out for 8-10 weeks. Westfall was wonderful!

The whole experience was excellent starting with the estimator Jeff D'Amore. He arrived on time to the scheduled appointment, was friendly and very informative. He went over all our options, made helpful suggestions, answered questions and reviewed the entire process so we knew what to expect. The work crew arrived when they were supposed to, answered our questions and were diligent in making sure everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Workers protected all my plants and outside equipment (AC, pool etc), and cleaned up thoroughly. Roof has been thru several torrential downpours already and NO MORE LEAKS! Caitlin Amenda, our contact with the company, communicated with us via phone and email. clearly and promptly. She was friendly and addressed questions and relayed info to the right person. She always got back to me fast about anything I called about. She sent all the notices / documents we needed (invoice, wind mitigation etc). Mr Westfall personally came out to inspect the progress and addressed my concerns/questions. All in all, this company did everything to insure that this job was professionally & expertly done with as little disruption to me as possible. This is my 3rd roof and my BEST roofing experience so far. Good job everyone! I would definitely recommend this company with no hesitations and would definitely use them again.

we explained to 9 roofing companies that we had water coming through our living room ceiling and Westfall roofing was the only company that was willing to do an emergency service . we cannot thank them enough Roy & Donna Wilson Sarasota

Nails everywhere after they were finished. Never picked up

Everything went well and looks good. Wood work was replaced. New gutters installed. There were some nails left in the yard after the work was complete. Cleanup could have been better,

The salesman Josh was great, and everything was in order for a June fourth start date. A site survey was done by Ricardo on May 17th to review the proposed job and everything was good to go. I called Josh towards the end of May to see if the start date was still on or if he needed extra time due to an extremely wet May. We agreed to push the start date to June 11th to begin the project. I called on June 8th to verify and was told I was another 8 to 12 weeks out if i wanted to use crown roof tiles but if I chose Boral or Eagle they could start the job in 3 to 4 weeks. I talked to Josh and gave him samples to pick up so I could change manufactures and get the job rolling. He picked up the samples then the owner Kirk Westfall told him he was no longer willing to do a job that had previously agreed to in a signed contract. I called the office and spoke to numerous people and was always told he was unavailable. I finally heard from Mr Westfall on friday June 15th at 4:42 pm and he gave me a little song and dance as to why he couldn't handle the job. He informed me that he had lost 2 concrete crews and didn't want to honor the contract. I explained that as per the contract I should receive 15% of the total contract for liquidated damages as he could have charged me if I had chose not to honor the contract. He said that he never enforced that clause which I believe to be false. I told him I expected the prompt return of all monies with 18% interest for waisting 3 months of my time!!!! The kicker is Kirk Westfall, or his new name WESTFAIL can't even properly calculate simple interest!!! Stay far away from these people their promise of treating you with integrity and honesty is a complete sham Caveat Emptor.

It went great. Westfall replaced the roof on our house about 2 years ago. We were completely satisfied so when my mom's roof needed replacement, it was a no brainer. We hired Westfall. Great communication, great work. We're completely satisfied and highly recommend them.
