Description of Work: I had a roof leak, and Westfall was available within three days (this was after the hardest storm of the season around May or June). They came and assessed the situation and had someone out the next day. Unfortunately the first patch job did not fix the problem, and I had another leak a day or two later. I called Westfall, and they came right out and found a 2nd source of water intrusion and fixed for no cost.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with both the service and the repair of my roof. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Mike the estimator was very informative, and Brian was very professional. I would recommend Westfall Roofing to anyone.

Description of Work: I purchased a roof maintenance package from Westfall Roofing through Angies List for $125.00 in Dec, 2015. A representative of the company inspected the roof, took pictures of areas he said needed attention, told me the roof should be replaced in 2 or three years and then left. No maintenance of any kind was done to the roof nor did I receive the promised written report. This is the same company that inspected my roof in February 2014 and gave it an overall rating of B+ in a written report that included details of the inspection. In the future I will not be paying in advance for any services before they are performed.

Description of Work: Total replacement of my flat roof. The men arrived on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. I have no doubts that my leaking issue was solved because I could see that the edges were sealed up pretty good, hence my rating of A on quality. The issue I had was the overall job appeared to be very tacky and I had to call the company to come back out to make it look more presentable. This to me showed a lack of professionalism in doing a job with excellence, hence my rate of B for professionalism. For a reputable company, there should be no reason why a job should not be done with excellence, no matter how much a customer is paying, how big the job is, or the fact that others can visually see it or not. For this reason, I probably would not call them again. The manager Ryan, was very respectful and did address my concerns.

Description of Work: We purchased our house a year ago; our first in Florida with a tile roof. Well we here in West Central Florida have been inundated with rain this summer and lo and behold our roof leaked. Checked Angie's List for providers and saw the great reviews for Westfall Roofing. Purchased a deal hoping but knowing our repairs would not be minimal. Mike Kost did our evaluation. Could not ask for anymore more professional or nice. We also decided it was time to clean our roof. As with our luck our repairs were more extensive and involved than we thought. After all the rain we were finally able to get our repairs scheduled. Christina, Ashley, and Linda in the office were great. Professional and kind. Our repair/cleaning team of William and Carlos were also amazing; professional and friendly. They kept us posted all along the way of their progress and what to expect next. Hopefully our roof trauma is over but if we ever have a problem we know who we'll call. May not be the cheapest in town but their service was awesome!!!

Description of Work: We had our roof replaced by Westfall. The entire job went very smoothly. We found the entire company to be knowledgeable and professional, from the ladies in the office to the workman on the roof. No matter when we had occasion to contact the company no matter who we talked to they were knowledgeable about our job, no need to re-explain things over and over to different people. They were always here when they said they would be. They cleaned up every day when they left.

Description of Work: Replaced a section of our roof. They were VERY helpful with all of our questions. They provided what we felt was fair advice and when we changed our minds about what repairs we wanted to do at this time, there was understanding and no judgement. They offered to help us with other roofing/ shingle issues. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and never made us feel like we were wasting their time. When we finally decided on repairs, they sent a crew to us almost immediately, knowing our roof had been in need of repair for nearly a month. Would absolutely use them again or refer them to a friend.

Description of Work: Partial roof replacement to repair leak. Very prompt, courteous, and a month later we have had no issues with the roof! Mr. Kost explained the options to repair thoroughly, and explained exactly what the repair option we chose would entail. We would use them again, even though we hope we won't have to!
