Description of Work: I made an appointment for a roof inspection and repair. The night before said appointment I called to confirm for 9am the next day. I was told I was not on the schedule. ( I had made the appointment 2 weeks prior) It was reschedules for the same day at 4pm. My tenant waited in until 4:30pm. When I called the tenant to check on them, no one had been out. I called the company and they told me someone had driven past and done a visual inspection. ( not sure how you can find an in attic leak from a drive by visual, but what ever) When I talked to Westfaill they told me they would call me back after they had checked on it. I heard nothing back, so I emailed them to ask what was the next step. Again nothing. I emailed them a second time ... and again, nothing. For this very unprofessional reason. I give them a big fat F!!
